With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),there is an increasing need for interac-tion between different networks.In order to improve the level of interconnection,especially the interoper-ability of us...With the rapid development of the Internet of Things(IoT),there is an increasing need for interac-tion between different networks.In order to improve the level of interconnection,especially the interoper-ability of users/devices between different nodes is very important.In the IoT heterogeneous blockchain sce-nario,how to ensure the legitimacy of the chain and how to confirm the identity of cross-chain informa-tion users/devices become the key issues to be solved for blockchain interoperability.In this paper,we pro-pose a secure and trusted interoperability mechanism for IoT based on heterogeneous chains to improve the security of blockchain interoperability.In this mecha-nism,a primary sidechain architecture supporting au-thentication at both ends of the heterogeneous chain is designed.In addition,a distributed gateway archi-tecture is proposed for cross-chain authentication and protocol conversion.The security and performance analysis shows that our scheme is feasible and effec-tive in improving the security of cross-chain opera-tions in IoT.展开更多
In the past decades,the Incoherent Scatter Radar(ISR)has been demonstrated to be one of the most powerful instruments for ionosphere monitoring.The Institute of Geology and Geophysics at the Chinese Academy of Science...In the past decades,the Incoherent Scatter Radar(ISR)has been demonstrated to be one of the most powerful instruments for ionosphere monitoring.The Institute of Geology and Geophysics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences was founded to build a state-ofthe-art phased-array ISR at Sanya(18.3°N,109.6°E),a low-latitude station on Hainan Island,named the Sanya ISR(SYISR).As a first step,a prototype radar system consisting of eight subarrays(SYISR-8)was built to reduce the technical risk of producing the entire large array.In this work,we have summarized the preliminary experimental results based on the SYISR-8.The amplitude and phase among 256 channels were first calibrated through an embedded internal monitoring network.The mean oscillation of the amplitude and phase after calibration were about 1 dB and 5°,respectively,which met the basic requirements.The beam directivity was confirmed by crossing screen of the International Space Station.The SYISR-8 was further used to detect the tropospheric wind profile and meteors.The derived winds were evaluated by comparison with independent radiosonde and balloon-based GPS measurements.The SYISR-8 was able to observe several typical meteor echoes,such as the meteor head echo,range-spread trail echo,and specular trail echo.These results confirmed the validity and reliability of the SYISR-8 system,thereby reducing the technical risk of producing the entire large array of the SYISR to some extent.展开更多

On May 9,2022,3 local residents in Guang’an City,Sichuan Province,tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and were diagnosed as asymptomatic infections with coronavirus disease ...On May 9,2022,3 local residents in Guang’an City,Sichuan Province,tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)and were diagnosed as asymptomatic infections with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in a local outbreak,and as of May 14,a total of 20 confirmed cases and 398 asymptomatic infections were reported.Whole genome sequencing was performed directly on the nasal and throat swab specimens from the initial three asymptomatic infected individuals using the Illumina MiSeq platform(Illumina,San Diego,CA,USA).The complete genome sequences of 3 SARSCoV-2 strains,named SC1215,SC1216,and SC1217,were obtained.The sequence of SC1217 has been deposited in the GISAID database(under the accession number EPI_ISL_12725020).展开更多
