紫草的蒙医传统奶炮制工艺及质量标准研究

目的:采用传统的蒙药炮制方法,对紫草药材进行奶炮制,通过HPLC等对其生品及其炮制品的有效成分进行含量测定,为紫草的奶炮制品的质量标准控制提供依据。方法:通过TLC进行理化鉴别,UV法测定其生品和炮制品的羟基萘醌总色素的含量,HPLC法测定其β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量。结果:TLC结果表明,紫草的炮制品和对照药材的斑点一致,表明奶炮制后其总色素成分基本没有发生变化;UV和HPLC的结果表明,炮制品的羟基萘醌总色素(0.56%～2.5%)和β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁(0.020%～0.52%)的含量与生品比较均有不同程度下降。结论:本研究可为今后的蒙医药中紫草的奶炮制品的质量标准及药理实验提供实验依据。
