Chemistry, composition, structure, thermal and hydrolytic properties of fluorination products were investigated. Ammonium fluoro- and oxofluorotitanates are suitable for preparing of titanium dioxide as pigmentary product or as doped by nitrogen and fluorine. 展开更多
