The effect of charge current density on the growth of CN_(χ)films by electrolysis of a methanol-urea solution is investigated experimentally.It is seen that the C-C_(3)N_(4) phase grains in the films are about 200-300 nm for a density of 55 mA/cm^(2)and dendrite growth takes place with grains as large as 7μm formed when density is about 70 m A/cm^(2). 展开更多

A model based on the statistics of individual atoms[Europhys.Lett.94(2011)40002],which has been successfully applied to predict the rate constant of unimolecular reactions,was further extended to bimolecular reactions induced by collisions.Compared with the measured rate constants of the reactions S+SO_(2)→SO+SO and NH_(3)+Cl→NH_(2)+HCl,the model is proved to be significantly better than conventional transition state theory.In order to strictly test the model,we perform molecular dynamics simulation of C_(60)+C_(60)→C_(120),and show that the rate constants are in excellent agreement with our model but far away from the transition state theory. 展开更多

We proposed a method for effective population transfer in an atomic vapor with Doppler effect and collision.Using this method,we have demonstrated that an efficient population transfer occurs in ^(238)U vapor produced in a hollow-cathode discharge tube.A numerical calculation with density matrix agrees well with our experimental result and indicates that the method can be used to raise the efficiency of atomic vapor isotope separation. 展开更多
