In this paper, we consider a class of high-order nonlinear systems with unmodelled dynamics from the viewpoint of maintaining the desired control performance (e,g., asymptotical stability) and reducing the control effort. By introducing a new reseating transformation, adopting an effective reduced-order observer, and choosing an ingenious Lyapunov function and appropriate design parameters, this paper designs all improved output-feedback controller. The output-feedback controller guarantees the globally asymptotieal stability of the closed-loop system. Subsequently, taking a concrete system for an example, the smaller critical values for gain parameter and resealing transformation parameter are obtained to effectively reduce the control effort. 展开更多

This paper considers a concrete stochastic nonlinear system with stochastic unmeasurable inverse dynamics. Motivated by the concept of integral input-to-state stability (iISS) in deterministic systems and stochastic input-to-state stability (SISS) in stochastic systems, a concept of stochastic integral input-to-state stability (SiISS) using Lyapunov functions is first introduced. A constructive strategy is proposed to design a dynamic output feedback control law, which drives the state to the origin almost surely while keeping all other closed-loop signals almost surely bounded. At last, a simulation is given to verify the effectiveness of the control law. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of common goldenrop decoction combined with ramuli cinnamomi decoction in the treatment of patients with insomnia during the period of the day from 11 PM to 3 AM.Methods:80 patients with insomnia during the period of the day from 11 PM to 3 AM were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was treated with 1 mg of estazolam tablets at 9 PM every night;while the intervention group was given common goldenrop decoction combined with ramuli cinnamomi decoction based on the estazolam tablets.After 2 weeks of treatment and after 2 weeks of withdrawal,the improvement in sleep was observed.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the intervention group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%).The difference was statistically significant.After 2 weeks of withdrawal,the intervention group still had an effective rate of 87.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(55.0%).Conclusion:common goldenrop decoction combined with ramuli cinnamomi decoction can improve the short-term and long-term sleep quality of patients with insomnia during the period of the day from 11 PM to 3 AM. 展开更多

Ecological analysis of a typical farm-scale biogas plant in China 被引量:1

The aim of this work was to present the common anaerobic digestion technologies in a typical farm-scale biogas plant in China. The comprehensive benefits of most biogas plants in China have not been fully assessed in past decades due to the limited information of the anaerobic digestion processes in biogas plants. This paper analyzed four key aspects (i.e., operational perfor- mance, nonrenewable energy (NE) savings, CO2 emission reduction (CER) and economic benefits (EBs)) of a typical farm-scale biogas plant, where beef cattle manure was used as feedstock. Owing to the monitoring system, stable operation was achieved with a hydraulic retention time of 18-22 days and a production of 876,000 m3 of biogas and 37,960t of digestate fertilizer annually. This could substantially substitute for the nonrenewable energy and chemical fertilizer. The total amount of NE savings and CER derived from biogas and digestate fertilizer was 2.10× 10^7 MJ (equivalent to 749.7 tee) and 9.71 × 10^5 kg, respectively. The EBs of the biogas plant was 6.84× 10^5 CNY.yr^-1 with an outputs-to-inputs ratio of 2.37. As a result, the monitoring system was proved to contribute significantly to the sound management and quantitative assessment of the biogas plant. Biogas plants could produce biogas which could be used to substitute fossil fuels and reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases, and digestate fertilizer is also an important bio-product. 展开更多

Algal blooms have become a worldwide environmental concern due to water eutrophication.Dianchi Lake in Yunnan Province,China is suffering from severe eutrophication and is listed in the Three Important Lakes Restoration Act of China.Hydrothermal liquefaction allows a promising and direct conversion of algal biomass into biocrude oil.In this study,algal samples were collected from Dianchi Lake after a separation procedure including dissolved air flotation with polyaluminum chloride and centrifugation during four months,April,June,August and October.The algal biochemical components varied over the period;lipids from 0.7%to 2.1%ash-free dry weight(afdw),protein from 20.9%to 33.4%afdw and ash from 36.6%to 45.2%dry weight.The algae in June had the highest lipid and protein concentrations,leading to a maximum biocrude oil yield of 24.3%afdw.Biodiversity analysis using pyrosequencing revealed different distributions of microbial communities,specifically Microcystis in April(89.0%),June(63.7%)and August(84.0%),and Synechococcus in April(2.2%),June(12.0%)and August(1.0%).This study demonstrated remarkable temporal changes in the biochemical composition and biodiversity of algae harvested from Dianchi Lake and changes in biocrude oil production potential. 展开更多

Persulfate-based advanced oxidation processes(AOPs)have obtained increasing attention due to the generation of sulfate radical(SO_(4)-)with high reactivity for organic contaminants degradation,Numerous activation methods have been used to activate two common persulfates:peroxymonosulfate(PMS)and peroxydisulfate(PDS).However,the comparisons of activation methods and two oxidants in the comprehensive degradation performance of the target contaminant are still limited.Thus,taking norfloxacin(NOR)as the target contaminant,we proposed five key parameters(the observed pseudo-first-order rate constant,kobs;average mineralization rate,rm;utilization efficiency of catalyst,Ucat;utilization efficiency of oxidant,Uox;and net utilization efficiency of oxidant,Uox')to quantify the comprehensive degradation performance of NOR.The irradiation affected target pollutants,catalysts,and oxidants,leading to an improved degradation performance of NOR.Various heterogeneous catalysts were compared in terms of the key elements contained.Fe,Co,and Mn-based materials performed better,while carbon-based catalysts performed poorly on NOR degradation.The overall degradation performance of NOR was different for PMS and PDS,which can be ascribed to their varied reaction pathways towards NOR,but stemmed from different properties of PMS and PDS.Besides,the effect of pH on the degradation efficiency of NOR was investigated.A neutral solution was optimal for PMS system,while an acidic solution worked better for PDS system.Finally,we analyzed the molecule structure of NOR by density functional theory(DFT)calculation to study the sites easy to attack.Then,we summarized four typical degradation pathways of NOR in SO_(4)^(-)-based AOP systems,including defluorination,piperazine ring cleavage,piperazine ring oxidation,and quinoline group transformation. 展开更多

By utilizing the radial basis function neural network approximation method and backstepping technique, we successfully construct a controller to guarantee the solution process to be bounded in probability.The tracking error signal is 4th-moment semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded(SGUUB) and can be regulated into a small neighborhood of the origin in probability.
