Senile male, physically fit at usual, he died suddenly without any clinical symptoms. By autopsy dissection, it was found that large amount of bleeding was presented in pericardial cavity, the abdominal cavity and thoracic cavity had a small amount of hemorrhage, partial pancrea tissue had coagulation necrosis accompanied with infiltration of neutrophile granulocyte and degeneration and necrosis of liver cell accompanied with acute or chronic inflammation cell infiltration. Laboratory examination of the patient when he was alive suggested that liver function and coagulation function had obstacles, there was not any timely clinical process, and he died suddenly. Autopsy examination results suggested that acute pancreatitis caused a large quantity of bleeding in pericardial cavity, which led to cardiac tamponade and it cause acute circulation failure, which initiated cardiac arrest and then death. Coronary heart disease may exert certain facilitation effect in the death process. Patients with pancreatitis, especially the senile and pancreatitis patients with coronary artery disease, should be evaluated and prevented ahead of schedule, for those patients who had coma suddenly, it should be thought that it had possibility of combining with hemorrhage in the interior of pericardial cavity, the patient's doctor should try his or her best to reduce death rate. 展开更多

Predatory hunting is an innate appetite-driven and evolutionarily conserved behavior essential for animal survival, integrating sequential behaviors including searching, pursuit, attack, retrieval, and ultimately consumption. Nevertheless, neural circuits underlying hunting behavior with different features remain largely unexplored. Here, we deciphered a novel function of lateral hypothalamus (LH) calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II α (CaMKIIα^(+)) neurons in hunting behavior and uncovered upstream/downstream circuit basis. LH CaMKIIα^(+) neurons bidirectionally modulate novelty-seeking behavior, predatory attack, and eating in hunting behavior. LH CaMKIIα^(+) neurons integrate hunting-related novelty-seeking information from the medial preoptic area (MPOA) and project to the ventral periaqueductal gray (vPAG) to promote predatory eating. Our results demonstrate that LH CaMKIIα^(+) neurons are the key hub that integrate MPOA-conveyed novelty-seeking signals and encode predatory eating in hunting behavior, which enriched the neuronal substrate of hunting behavior. 展开更多

Background The large high-altitude air shower observatory(LHAASO)is being built near Daocheng(4410 m a.s.l.)in the Sichuan province of China. Its main instrument is the one-kilometer square extensive air shower array(KM2A)which will comprise nearly 7000 detectors. The system adopts a distributed architecture where each detector has local front-end electronics for signal digitization and transmission.White Rabbit(WR)is the communication protocol used within KM2A to reach the required 1-ns synchronization accuracy between detectors.Purpose To provide data transport and synchronization over the same network. Methods We have developed a firmware implementation of the TCP/IP protocol in Verilog hardware description language that can be coupled with a WR intellectual property core. Results LHAASO KM2A distributed data and clock synchronization network meets the high requirement of the array for reliable data transmission and clock synchronization. Conclusion The data transmission method based on the TCP/IP protocol suite and WR can be run in Xilinx Spartan6 FPGA with low resource needs, which greatly expand its application field. 展开更多
