目的:探讨男性抑郁症患者自杀行为与糖脂水平、炎症因子、甲状腺功能的相关性。方法:收集有自杀行为(23例)和无自杀行为(112例)的男性抑郁症患者年龄、病程、受教育年限、婚姻状况、是否伴有躯体疾病、是否首发、精神疾病家族史、自杀... 目的:探讨男性抑郁症患者自杀行为与糖脂水平、炎症因子、甲状腺功能的相关性。方法:收集有自杀行为(23例)和无自杀行为(112例)的男性抑郁症患者年龄、病程、受教育年限、婚姻状况、是否伴有躯体疾病、是否首发、精神疾病家族史、自杀家族史等资料,抽取空腹血标本检测空腹血糖(FBS)、血浆总胆固醇(TCH)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平,并进行比较和分析。结果:与无自杀行为组相比,有自杀行为组的首发抑郁症患者更多(P<0.05)、hs-CRP水平较高(P<0.05)、TSH水平较低(P<0.05)。结论:男性抑郁症患者的自杀行为与首次发病及血清hs-CRP、TSH水平有关。 展开更多

目的:探讨情绪稳定剂(MSs)和苯二氮[艹卓]类药(BZs)对无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)诱导癫痫发作阈值、刺激电量和癫痫发作持续时间的影响。方法:347例接受MECT治疗的精神障碍患者根据用药情况分为MSs组(79例)、BZs组(87例)、合用组(118例)和... 目的:探讨情绪稳定剂(MSs)和苯二氮[艹卓]类药(BZs)对无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)诱导癫痫发作阈值、刺激电量和癫痫发作持续时间的影响。方法:347例接受MECT治疗的精神障碍患者根据用药情况分为MSs组(79例)、BZs组(87例)、合用组(118例)和对照组(63例),采用MECT从低剂量开始滴定刺激电量。记录阈值电量、每次治疗电量和癫痫发作持续时间,并进行组间比较。结果:各组MECT阈值电量、平均刺激电量及诱导的癫痫发作持续时间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);各组阈值电量依次为合用组>MSs组>BZs组>对照组;平均刺激电量依次为合用组>MSs组>BZs组>对照组;诱导癫痫发作持续时间依次为对照组>BZs组>MSs组>合用组。结论:服用MSs或BZs的精神障碍患者进行MECT治疗时出现癫痫发作时间缩短和刺激电量增加;其中服用MSs对其的影响大于BZs;MSs和BZs合用时对此影响更大。 展开更多

Association between body mass index and erosive esophagitis:A meta-analysis

Studies were selected for analys... AIM:To conduct a meta-analysis to estimate the determinants of the association between erosive esophagitis (EE)and body mass index(BMI). METHODS:We identified the studies using PubMed. Studies were selected for analysis based on certain inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data were extracted from each study on the basis of predefined items.Metaanalyses were performed to verify the risk factors,such as obesity and gender. RESULTS:Twenty-one studies were included in this systematic review.These studies demonstrated an association between increasing BMI and the presence of EE[95%confidence interval(CI):1.35-1.88,overweight,odds ratio(OR)=1.60,P value homogeneity =0.003,95%CI:1.65-2.55,obese,OR=2.05,P< 0.01].The heterogeneity disappeared by stratifying for gender.No publication bias was observed in this metaanalysis by the Egger method. CONCLUSION:This analysis demonstrates a positive association between BMI and the presence of EE,especially in males.The risk seems to progressively increase with increasing weight. 展开更多

New pollutant pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs),especially antiviral drugs,have received increasing attention not only due to their increase in usage after the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemics but also due to their adverse impacts on water ecological environment.Electro-Fenton technology is an effective method to remove PPCPs from water.Novel particle electrodes(MMT/rGO/Fe_(3)O_(4))were synthesized by depositing Fe3O4 nanoparticles on reduced graphene oxide modified montmorillonite and acted as catalysts to promote oxidation performance in a three-dimensional electro-Fenton(3D-EF)system.The electrodes combined the catalytic property of Fe3O4,hydrophilicity of montmorillonite and electrical conductivity of graphene oxides,and applied for the degradation of Acyclovir(ACV)with high efficiency and ease of operation.At optimal condition,the degradation rate of ACV reached 100%within 120 min,and the applicable pH range could be 3 to 11 in the 3D-EF system.The stability and reusability of MMT/rGO/Fe_(3)O_(4)particle electrodes were also studied,the removal rate of ACV remained at 92%after 10 cycles,which was just slightly lower than that of the first cycle.Potential degradation mechanisms were also proposed by methanol quenching tests and FT-ICR-MS. 展开更多

随着高镍三元锂电池在新能源电动汽车领域的规模化应用,全球镍资源的需求量日益增加,绿色、高效、低成本地从硫化镍矿资源中提取镍的技术备受关注。本工作提出了机械活化辅助氧化浸出硫化镍矿的提取路径,在机械活化过程中通过改变硫化... 随着高镍三元锂电池在新能源电动汽车领域的规模化应用,全球镍资源的需求量日益增加,绿色、高效、低成本地从硫化镍矿资源中提取镍的技术备受关注。本工作提出了机械活化辅助氧化浸出硫化镍矿的提取路径,在机械活化过程中通过改变硫化镍矿结构、增加晶体无序化程度、减小粒度和增加比表面积增加硫化镍矿的反应活性,再通过Na2S2O8氧化浸出实现了常压环境中硫化镍矿中有价金属的高效浸出。考察了机械活化和浸出过程中各因素对硫化镍精矿浸出的影响,确定了较优条件。在较优条件球磨转速613 r/min、球料比20:1、球磨时间120 min、酸浓度2 mol/L、过硫酸钠浓度0.42 mol/L、浸出时间60min、液固比5:1、搅拌速率400 r/min和浸出温度80℃下,Ni,Co,Cu和Fe的浸出率分别达98.9%,97.7%,98.2%和98.7%。 展开更多

Acute ischemic stroke (AIS), as the third leading cause of death worldwide, is characterized by its high incidence, mortality rate, high incurred disability rate, and frequent reoccurrence. The neuroprotective effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) against several cerebral diseases have been reported in previous studies, but the underlying mechanisms of action are still unclear. Using a novel in vitro rat cortical capillary endothelial cell- astrocyte-neuron network model, we investigated the neuroprotective effects of GBE and one of its important constituents, Ginkgolide B (GB), against oxygenglucose deprivation/reoxygenation and glucose (OGD/R) injury. In this model, rat cortical capillary endothelial cells, astrocytes, and neurons were cocultured so that they could be synchronously observed in the same system. Pretreatment with GBE or GB increased the neuron cell viability, ameliorated cell injury, and inhibited the cell apoptotic rate through Bax and Bcl-2 expression regulation after OGD/R injury. Furthermore, GBE or GB pretreatment enhanced the transendothelial electrical resistance of capillary endothelial monolayers, reduced the endothelial permeability coefficients for sodium fluorescein (Na-F), and increased the expression levels of tight junction proteins, namely, ZO-1 and occludin, in endothelial cells. Results demonstrated the preventive effects of GBE on neuronal cell death and enhancement of the function of brain capillary endothelial monolayers after OGD/R injury in vitro; thus, GBE could be used as an effective neuroprotective agent for AIS/reperfusion, with GB as one of its significant constituents. 展开更多
