病毒来源的转基因水稻对靶病毒的抗性评价

通过连续3年对236个病毒来源的转基因水稻系(包括T1,T2和T3代)对靶病毒水稻齿叶矮缩病毒(RRSV)的抗性进行评价,发现抗性与所转RRSV基因片段有相关性,且随着繁殖世代的增加,转基因水稻的抗性逐渐减弱。
