为宇宙射线缪子(μ子)测量实验设计了基于FPGA的高精度时间-数字转换器(TDC),结合TDC测量值与GPS提供的标准时间(UTC)精确记录了粒子事件的时间信息。TDC采用粗计数+细时间测量相结合的方式,用计数器实现动态范围大于1 s的粗时间测量;使... 为宇宙射线缪子(μ子)测量实验设计了基于FPGA的高精度时间-数字转换器(TDC),结合TDC测量值与GPS提供的标准时间(UTC)精确记录了粒子事件的时间信息。TDC采用粗计数+细时间测量相结合的方式,用计数器实现动态范围大于1 s的粗时间测量;使用FPGA加法进位延时链构建时间内插完成了细时间测量,并借助Wave-Union与bin-by-bin方法提高时间分辨并改善非线性。实验室测试双边沿TDC的时间分辨为16.68 ps,时间测量精度(RMS)好于45 ps。测量结果表明,该TDC满足脉冲前沿时间甄别要求。 展开更多

However, the base for the tube on the market can cost up to sev... The photomultiplier tube is a vacuum electronic device widely used in spectrum analysis instrument. And itplays an important role in nuclear experiments. However, the base for the tube on the market can cost up to severalhundreds of dollars. Thus there is a need to develop a practical and economical PMT-base in our laboratory.We designed and tested a construction of a photomultiplier base used in a Cosmic Ray Detector. This PMT-baseused the so-called Cockcroft-Walton voltage multiplier circuit[1] to generate a graded series of voltages with linearadjustment from -100 to -1 200 V while the power consumption is low(50 mA current and 0.5 W power requiredunder a 12 V DC supply). Meanwhile other unique features such as simple structure, low cost, less heat dissipation,and safety are emphasized. The test results of the base with a negative high voltage are presented. 展开更多

To establish the sputter ion pump remote control system for TR5 and TR6 of HIRFL(Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou),EPICS(Experimental Physics And Industrial Control System)is adopted to development new control system.Beckhoff PLC and self-designed hardware module have been used to build the hardware platform and the whole system structure is established based on field bus and EtherCAT(Ethernet for Control Automation Technology)technology.EtherCAT is an ideal Ethernet solution for industrial automation,characterized by outstanding performance and particularly simple handling.In the realization process of the system,IOC record device support and PV definition are achieved.At the same time,we have developed a client application in the CSS environment.In this sputter ion pump control system,we realized the basic interlocking protection function in both of hardware and software.The photo of hardware module is shown in Fig.1.The GUI interface is shown in Fig.2.The control system has being stably run since installed in Aug.2017. 展开更多

We have designed and developed one small,low power consumption,portable and fully functional secondary charged particle detector.This detector consists of sensitive detection body,photomultiplier tube,high voltage power supply module,signal conditioning and data processing circuit,and can work at outdoor powered by a solar battery or vehicle power supply when monitoring the cosmic ray flux at different areas via a network for a long time,and make records of environmental parameters,such as air temperature,humidity and air pressure in these areas as large data sample.This large data sample shall be used in a further study of the correlation between cosmic rays and climate change[1],biodiversity and genetic variations of animals and plants. 展开更多

为解决重离子加速器束流位置探测中横跨低中高频段的微弱信号难以数字化的难题,设计了一款低噪声高阻宽带前置放大器。放大电路采用多级放大结构,输入级由两级低噪声N沟道结型场效应晶体管(NJFET)级联,并采用共源共栅与源极跟随低噪声结... 为解决重离子加速器束流位置探测中横跨低中高频段的微弱信号难以数字化的难题,设计了一款低噪声高阻宽带前置放大器。放大电路采用多级放大结构,输入级由两级低噪声N沟道结型场效应晶体管(NJFET)级联,并采用共源共栅与源极跟随低噪声结构,利用恒流源阻抗特性增大开环增益;输出级采用宽带电流反馈型运算放大器提供足够的输出功率和带宽,负反馈网络与两级放大电路并联提高灵敏度、减小失真。实测带宽34 kHz~38.47 MHz,带内增益36.2 dB,平坦度小于±0.3 dB,输入电压噪声密度为0.76 nV/(Hz)1/2@10 MHz,1/f噪声拐点160.85 kHz,增益压缩1 dB的输出功率(P^(1dB))为26.2 dBm,总谐波失真为-55.34 dB@100 kHz,满足了低噪声、宽带前置放大器的设计需求。 展开更多
