The physical properties and hydration of a cementitious material, which prepared mainly from the vanadium slag and phosphate slag, were investigated. These slags were investigated can be reused as original resources to prepare cement clinker based on the fact that they mainly comprise silicon and calcium phases, respectively. In this research, a batch of cement having various grades was prepared by mixing the clinker with gypsum, tailings, and fly ash. X-ray diffraction(XRD), differential thermogravimetric(DTG) as well as scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were applied to test and analyze the physical properties and hydration of the prepared cement. Experimental results suggest that the performances of the cement meet the requirements of national standards in all aspects. Its hydration process is similar to that of common Portland cement, whose hydrates were mainly composed of C-S-H, ettringite and CH. Moreover, the addition of fine particles would accelerate cement hydration, as it provided additional surfaces to help the nucleating and growing of hydrates. 展开更多

某硫化铜矿含铜0.65%、硫9.50%、Mg O 5.20%,属于高滑石硅酸镁夕卡岩型铜硫矿。由于矿石中黄铁矿和滑石含量较高,且滑石在磨矿过程中极易发生泥化,恶化浮选环境,造成现场铜浮选指标不理想。为了解决该铜矿中高滑石、高硫对铜浮选的影响... 某硫化铜矿含铜0.65%、硫9.50%、Mg O 5.20%,属于高滑石硅酸镁夕卡岩型铜硫矿。由于矿石中黄铁矿和滑石含量较高,且滑石在磨矿过程中极易发生泥化,恶化浮选环境,造成现场铜浮选指标不理想。为了解决该铜矿中高滑石、高硫对铜浮选的影响,在工艺矿物学研究的基础之上,提出采用"SNA调整剂调浆-CMC抑制滑石-铜硫混合浮选-粗精矿脱药再磨-铜硫分离"工艺。闭路试验获得了铜品位25.71%、回收率82.13%的铜精矿,铜精矿含Mg O小于5%。工艺显著提高了铜回收率,并降低了铜精矿Mg O含量。 展开更多

通过沉降试验、Zeta电位测定和显微镜观察试验,研究油酸钠体系下脱气处理对微细粒白钨矿疏水聚团行为的影响。研究结果表明:加热脱气能显著脱除水中溶解气核,且脱气后气体再次溶解速度缓慢,为后续试验稳定性和可靠性提供了保证;在脱气水... 通过沉降试验、Zeta电位测定和显微镜观察试验,研究油酸钠体系下脱气处理对微细粒白钨矿疏水聚团行为的影响。研究结果表明:加热脱气能显著脱除水中溶解气核,且脱气后气体再次溶解速度缓慢,为后续试验稳定性和可靠性提供了保证;在脱气水中,微细白钨颗粒沉降行为与油酸钠浓度密切相关,当油酸钠浓度较低时,脱气处理后矿浆浊度增大,说明脱气处理促进白钨颗粒分散,当油酸钠浓度较高时,脱气水对应矿浆浊度较小;脱气水中白钨颗粒表面负电性增强,颗粒间静电排斥增强,不利于白钨颗粒间疏水聚团;脱气处理后,白钨颗粒间疏水聚团能力减弱;当油酸钠浓度较高时,未脱气矿浆溶液中固体颗粒由于气核的桥联作用可能形成链状或网状絮团结构,颗粒沉降时浮力增大,从而导致测定矿浆浊度反而较大。 展开更多

This article presented an experimental research on washability of microcrystal graphite using float-sink tests.Chemical and X-ray analyses showed that graphite,semi-graphite,meta-anthracite,and anthracite existed together in this microcrystal graphite sample;and the intergrowth relationship between microcrystal graphite and gangues was very complicated based on optical mineralogy research.The results of float-sink tests revealed that:for the-25+0.5 mm size fraction,about 68%(by weight)of microcrystal graphite was obtained at the density of 2.0 g/cm^3.and the float product met the standard of commercial grade W65;for the-0.5 mm size fraction,58%(by weight)of microcrystal graphite was floated at the density of 2.0 g/cm^3,which met the standard of commercial grade W70.It can be concluded that microcrystal graphite may be upgraded by dense media separation(DMS)providing a float product using as the raw materials of casting or refractories. 展开更多

响应曲面法优化某低品位锡石浮选试验研究

对云南某低品位微细粒锡石进行了浮选试验研究。通过单因素实验确定药剂用量的中值水平,并采用响应曲面法对锡粗选药剂用量进行优化,得出最佳的药剂条件为:活化剂(KT-51)用量285 g/t、抑制剂(OL-1C)用量13 g/t、复合捕收剂(YK-Sn+SN-705... 对云南某低品位微细粒锡石进行了浮选试验研究。通过单因素实验确定药剂用量的中值水平,并采用响应曲面法对锡粗选药剂用量进行优化,得出最佳的药剂条件为:活化剂(KT-51)用量285 g/t、抑制剂(OL-1C)用量13 g/t、复合捕收剂(YK-Sn+SN-705)用量873 g/t,在该药剂条件下进行验证试验,锡粗精矿中Sn品位和回收率平均值分别为1.460%和74.44%,与响应曲面法预测结果接近。为进一步探索试验效果,进行了闭路试验,获得了Sn品位5.45%、Sn回收率66.70%的锡精矿,有效实现了低品位锡石资源的高效回收。 展开更多
