系列双胍的合成及体外抗菌活性研究

以双氰胺和伯胺为原料,以浓硫酸为催化剂,合成系列酰基双胍(4-吡啶甲酰基双胍,B^1;3-吡啶甲酰基双胍,B^2;2-氟苯甲酰基双胍,B3;氯乙酰基双胍,B^4;2,2,2-三氯乙酰基双胍,B^5;2-氯吡啶-3-甲酰基双胍,B6)及3-吡啶双胍(M1)。采用熔点、FT-IR... 以双氰胺和伯胺为原料,以浓硫酸为催化剂,合成系列酰基双胍(4-吡啶甲酰基双胍,B^1;3-吡啶甲酰基双胍,B^2;2-氟苯甲酰基双胍,B3;氯乙酰基双胍,B^4;2,2,2-三氯乙酰基双胍,B^5;2-氯吡啶-3-甲酰基双胍,B6)及3-吡啶双胍(M1)。采用熔点、FT-IR、1HNMR、13CNMR及元素分析对产物B^1~6和M^1进行了表征,并对M1进行单晶X-射线衍射结构分析。采用微量肉汤稀释法探究B^1~6及M1分别对金黄色葡萄球菌(a)、大肠杆菌(b)以及白色念珠菌(c)的抗菌活性。结果表明,在B^1~6中,取代基为一氯代烷烃的B4抗菌效果最好,其对三种菌的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为1.30(a)、1.62(b)和4.51mg/mL(c),且具有最低的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),其值分别为2.56(a)、2.56(b)和10.24(c)mg/mL;同时,B4对三种菌具有较低的最低杀菌浓度,其MBC分别为5.12(a)、5.12(b)、10.24(c)mg/mL。不含羰基的M1的抗菌效果优于B1~6,其对三种菌的IC50分别为0.64(a)、1.01(b)和1.43(c)mg/mL,同时,M1对三种菌种的MIC(2.56(a)、1.28(b)、2.56(c)mg/mL)及MBC(2.56(a)、1.28(b)、5.12(c)mg/mL)均低于B4。 展开更多

Ahmed Al-Sadawi is the first Iraqi writer to win the seventh International Prize for Arabic Fiction for his novel Frankenstein in Baghdad.Previously,novels about the Iraq war were written mainly by Americans,the works categorized as“post 9·11 literature.”Ahmed transforms Western image Frankenstein into Baghdad Frankenstein to denounce hegemonism,terrorism and sectarianism.The Baghdad monster and its maker related to the book title have been widely discussed.However,the“mad”woman Elishva has been overlooked while her story line is equally ingenious and important.Focused on Elishva,an old woman who waits for her son to return for over twenty years but suddenly leaves within a day,this paper explains her choices and the reasons why Ahmed arranges such a character and destiny.In this way,this paper explores the truth about religion through the recurring religious picture in the novel and the truth about body by means of Merleau-Ponty’s phenomenology of perception,with the purpose to display the novel’s artistical condemnation of the destructiveness of war.In the end of this paper Elishva-centering community of shared destiny will be discussed to stress her true nature and others’false attitude toward violence-invaded life. 展开更多

Organoboryl germanium(Ⅱ)oxides were synthesized from the 1,4-addition reaction of L′Ge(L′=HC[C(CH2)N(Ar)]C(Me)N(Ar),Ar=2,6-iPr2C6H3)with selected monosubstituted arylboronic acids RB(OH)2(R=2,6-Me2C6H3,2,4,6-Me3C6H... Organoboryl germanium(Ⅱ)oxides were synthesized from the 1,4-addition reaction of L′Ge(L′=HC[C(CH2)N(Ar)]C(Me)N(Ar),Ar=2,6-iPr2C6H3)with selected monosubstituted arylboronic acids RB(OH)2(R=2,6-Me2C6H3,2,4,6-Me3C6H2,1-Naph)at the molar ratios of 1:1 and 2:1.The mononuclear products RB(OH)OGeL(L=CH[C(Me)N(Ar)]2,Ar=2,6-iPr2C6H3;R=2,6-Me2C6H3(1),2,4,6-Me3C6H2(2),1-Naph(3))containing the Ge–O–B core were obtained smoothly through the 1:1 reaction.However,the reaction of L′Ge with 2,6-Me2C6H3B(OH)2 in a 2:1 ratio gave only the mononuclear product(1)instead of the expected binuclear one.What’s more,a new borate compound[(2,6-Me2C6H3)4B5O6]-[H:C]+(4)(:C=C[N(iPr)C(Me)]2)was concomitantly formed when the in situ prepared L′Ge was used as the precursor.In contrast,the use of 2,4,6-Me3C6H2B(OH)2 or 1-NaphB(OH)2 as the organoboryl source in the similar reaction led to the formation and isolation of the binuclear products RB(OGeL)2(R=2,4,6-Me3C6H2(5),1-Naph(6))containing the Ge–O–B–O–Ge core in a straight way.Compounds 1~6 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. 展开更多
