南海永兴岛和东岛土壤中微塑料和卤代阻燃剂的分布特征 被引量:2

永兴岛和东岛是南海的重要战略岛屿,研究微塑料和卤代阻燃剂(Halogenated flame retardants,HFRs)在永兴岛和东岛土壤中的分布特征,有助于更好地了解南海岛屿土壤的生态环境现状,为评估海岛土壤中微塑料和HFRs的生态风险提供重要的科学... 永兴岛和东岛是南海的重要战略岛屿,研究微塑料和卤代阻燃剂(Halogenated flame retardants,HFRs)在永兴岛和东岛土壤中的分布特征,有助于更好地了解南海岛屿土壤的生态环境现状,为评估海岛土壤中微塑料和HFRs的生态风险提供重要的科学依据。该文研究了永兴岛和东岛土壤样品中微塑料和HFRs的污染水平和组成特征,并探讨了2个岛屿之间微塑料和卤代阻燃剂的差异。结果表明,永兴岛和东岛土壤样品中微塑料的平均丰度分别为(512±110)items·kg^(-1)和(219±45)items·kg^(-1)。2个岛屿土壤中都以小于0.5 mm,纤维状、透明的微塑料为主,其材质主要为PET。永兴岛土壤中多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)、1,2-二(2,4,6-三溴苯氧基)乙烷(BTBPE)、十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)和德克隆(DP)的质量分数分别为(75.4±50.1)、(0.02±0.01)、(4.05±1.80)、(0.10±0.01)ng·g^(-1);东岛土壤中PBDEs、BTBPE、DBDPE和DP的质量分数为(2.12±0.15)、nd(未检出)、(0.26±0.02)、(0.07±0.01)ng·g^(-1)。永兴岛土壤中微塑料丰度、PBDEs、DBDPE和DP质量分数都显著高于东岛土壤,这可能与永兴岛上的人类活动有关。土壤中PBDEs、DBDPE和DP的质量分数之间呈显著正相关,说明这三类卤代阻燃剂可能有相似的来源或环境行为。BDE 209是2个岛屿土壤中最主要的PBDEs单体;2个岛屿土壤中fanti值都低于工业品,表明两岛土壤选择性地赋存了syn-DP。 展开更多

Objective To measure the endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in wastewater and evaluate the EDCs removal efficiencies in the municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Methods A battery of in vitro recombinant yeast bioassays incorporated with exogenous metabolic activation system (rat liver preparation, S9 mix) was conducted to assess the estrogen receptor (ER), androgen receptor (AR), progesterone receptor (PR), and thyroid receptor (TR) ant/agonistic activities of effluents collected from Datansha WWTP. Results The indirect estrogenic, anti‐androgenic, anti‐progesteronic, and anti‐thyroidic activities were observed in the influent. The removal efficiencies of EDCs were above 74%, suggesting that the present wastewater treatment processes were good enough to remove most of these indirect endocrine disrupting chemicals. Conclusion The incorporation of exogenous metabolic capacity into the test system was valid for the study of indirect effects on ER, AR, PR, and TR. 展开更多

405 samples were collected from L5-S5-L6 in consideration of obvious variations in susceptibility of the geological sections, which are section Xifeng in Gansu Province and section Duanjiapo in Shaanxi Province for st... 405 samples were collected from L5-S5-L6 in consideration of obvious variations in susceptibility of the geological sections, which are section Xifeng in Gansu Province and section Duanjiapo in Shaanxi Province for study of magnetotactic bacteria (MB) and magnetosomes (MS) in Chinese loess-paleosol sequences. MB in each sample were observed by TEM after being cultured under 8-18℃, room temperature (RT), 25℃, 26℃ and 30℃ conditions. In general, MB are distributed widely in loess-paleosol sequences, fewer in loess layers with predomination of vibriod in shape. However, there are more MB in paleosol layers with morphological varieties such as roddish, vibriod and occasionally approximately coccus. The magnetosomes (MS) in MB of paleosol are usually arranged in chains along the cells. It was also found that MB growth and MS formation are associated with the environment in which MB live. It can be inferred from the distributions of MB and MS that the paleoclimates fluctuated during the formation of 展开更多
