Based on the analysis of the development process system status of domestic and foreign civil aircraft airborne system suppliers,this paper proposes the overall construction idea of"a set of civil aircraft process system"based on IPD(Integrated product development)in the organization.The development stage,process,activity and task are the logical framework elements of the system construction."Based on process decomposition,vertical stratification,horizontal segmentation,combination of special and common,process customized to tools,role and process integration,giving full consideration to the interface between supplier management and process modules"etc.are the concrete ideas.Moreover,formulate top⁃level system construction standards,implemented by process system management tool platform,so that the process system and development work can be effectively integrated to effectively guide the development work of airborne system suppliers,and meet the quality and airworthiness requirements of civil aircraft development.Through the development application of a certain type of flight control system,the process system and tool platform were verified and optimized in practice. 展开更多

Simulation Study on Dynamic Stiffness of Kick-reaction Link Actuator

Under the same aerodynamic load,the load transmitted by the kick-reaction link actuator to the aircraft structure is only 1/5 to 1/3 of that of the point-to-point actuator,which can significantly reduce the weight of the structure,and is widely used in the main flight control surface of large and medium-sized civil airliners.In order to restrain the flutter of aircraft rudder surface,it is necessary to design the servo stiffness of the kick-reaction link actuator in the development stage,so that it can meet the dynamic stiffness requirement within the frequency range.Taking the actuator of a civil airliner as the research object,the dynamic stiffness modeling of elevator actuator is carried out on MATLAB platform,and the dynamic stiffness test is carried out to verify the correctness of dynamic stiffness modeling.The simulation and test results show that the actuator can meet the dynamic stiffness design requirements. 展开更多

利用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术,对云南地方香稻品种排沙香糯稻米中的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明在地方品种排沙香糯中共鉴定出57种挥发性成分,其中有醛类、醇类、酮类、酯类、烃类、芳香族类和杂环类7类挥... 利用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术,对云南地方香稻品种排沙香糯稻米中的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明在地方品种排沙香糯中共鉴定出57种挥发性成分,其中有醛类、醇类、酮类、酯类、烃类、芳香族类和杂环类7类挥发性成分。其中主要的挥发性成分是醛类和醇类,相对含量分别为70.20%和14.05%;酯类和芳香族化合物相对总含量最少,为1.91%和0.48%。挥发性成分中相对含量最高是壬醛(26.57%)和己醛(22.79%),2-异丙基-1-己烯的相对含量最低,为0.05%。此外,在该香稻中也鉴定出香米的特征香味成分2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉(2AP),相对含量为0.57%。排沙香糯稻米中含有许多挥发性成分,是一种特殊的香稻种质,探究该香米品种挥发性物质的主要成分,研究结果可为该品种在育种和生产中的利用提供理论依据,为香米产业的发展提供参考。 展开更多

优质米业对云南地方经济的持续发展和边疆民族的脱贫具有重要作用。‘滇屯502’是云南优质香软米生产的主要品种,也是香软米品种改良的主要香稻资源,但对于‘滇屯502’香味性状的遗传规律迄今尚不清楚。本研究利用水稻香味基因badh2特... 优质米业对云南地方经济的持续发展和边疆民族的脱贫具有重要作用。‘滇屯502’是云南优质香软米生产的主要品种,也是香软米品种改良的主要香稻资源,但对于‘滇屯502’香味性状的遗传规律迄今尚不清楚。本研究利用水稻香味基因badh2特异引物,结合米粒咀嚼法,分析了‘滇屯502’香味性状的遗传规律,及其杂交后代的表型差异。结果表明‘滇屯502’的香味性状受核隐性基因badh2控制,其遗传分离比例不受细胞质基因背景和种植环境差异的影响。对F2单株和F3株系分析,虽未发现与香味性状明显相关的农艺性状,但具香味性状的单株穗实粒数、穗总粒数、有效穗和结实率均低于无香味性状的,尤其是F3香味株系更明显地表现出穗实粒数少、结实率低、产量低的特性。本研究结果为开展‘滇屯502’品种改良和提纯复壮提供理论依据。 展开更多
