目的探讨重型颅脑创伤后多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)的临床表现及治疗方法;提高对重型颅脑创伤后MODS的认识及掌握俯卧位通气联合持续肾脏替代治疗的应用。方法回顾性分析溧水区人民医院收治的1例...目的探讨重型颅脑创伤后多器官功能障碍综合征(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)的临床表现及治疗方法;提高对重型颅脑创伤后MODS的认识及掌握俯卧位通气联合持续肾脏替代治疗的应用。方法回顾性分析溧水区人民医院收治的1例重型颅脑创伤后MODS患者的诊断、治疗过程及预后。并结合相关文献分析重型颅脑创伤并发MODS的诊治经验。本例重型颅脑创伤患者在ICU经气管切开、脱水、神经营养和抗感染治疗后病情平稳,转入普通病房后出现重症肺炎及急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS,中度);经俯卧位通气及敏感性抗生素治疗后症状控制;入院第22 d患者出现急性肾损伤。结果患者虽经持续肾脏替代治疗,最终因急性肾衰竭及MODS死亡。结论重型颅脑创伤后MODS的死亡率高,发生重症肺炎及ARDS后行呼吸机辅助通气效果不佳者,应立即改为俯卧位通气可有效控制重型颅脑损伤并发的肺部感染;持续性颅内压监测可指导脱水剂的合理有效使用,避免经验性使用甘露醇,最大限度降低肾损伤的发生。展开更多

The present investigation not only designed and realized the Ensemble Kalman Filtering algorithm (EnKF) assimilation by combing the crop growth model (CERES-Wheat) with remote sensing data, but also optimized and updated the key parameters (LAI) of winter wheat by using remote sensing data. Results showed that the assimilation LAI and the observation ones agreed with each other, and the R2 reached 0.8315. So assimilation remote sensing and crop model could provide reference data for the agricultural production.展开更多
The aim of this study was to detect evidence for signatures of recent selection in the Jinhua pig genome.These results can be useful to better understand the regions under selection in Jinhua pigs and might shed some ...The aim of this study was to detect evidence for signatures of recent selection in the Jinhua pig genome.These results can be useful to better understand the regions under selection in Jinhua pigs and might shed some lights on groups of genes that control production traits.In the present study,we performed extended haplotype homozygosity(EHH)tests to identify significant core regions in 202 Jinhua pigs.A total of 26161 core regions spanning 636.42 Mb were identified,which occupied approximately 28%of the genome across all autosomes,and 1158 significant(P<0.01)core haplotypes were selected.Genes in these regions were related to several economically important traits,including meat quality,reproduction,immune responses and exterior traits.A panel of genes including ssc-mir-365-2,KDM8,RABEP2,GSG1L,RHEB,RPH3AL and a signal pathway of PI3K-Akt were detected with the most extreme P-values.The findings in our study could draw a comparatively genome-wide map of selection signature in the pig genome,and also help to detect functional candidate genes under positive selection for further genetic and breeding research in Jinhua and other pigs.展开更多
In this study, precision agriculture management zones were delineated using yield data over four years from the combine harvester equipped with yield monitor and DGPS receiver. Relative yields measured during each yea...In this study, precision agriculture management zones were delineated using yield data over four years from the combine harvester equipped with yield monitor and DGPS receiver. Relative yields measured during each year were interpolated to 4 m2 grid size using ordinary kriging. The resultant interpolated yield maps were averaged across years to create a map of the mean relative yield, which was then used for cluster analysis. The mean yield map of post-classification was processed by applying majority filtering with window sizes that were equivalent to the grid sizes of 12, 20, 28, 36, 44, 52 and 60 m. The scale effect of management zones was evaluated using relative variance reduction, test of significant differences of the means of yield zones, spatial fragmentation, and spatial agreement. The results showed that the post-classification majority filtering (PCMF) eliminated lots of isolated cells or patches caused by random variation while preserving yield means, high variance reduction, general yield patterns, and high spatial agreement. The zoned result can be used as yield goal map for preplant or in-season fertilizer recommendation in precision agriculture.展开更多
