Objective:To study the chemical constituents in leaves of Cebera manghas.Methods:Chemical constituents were isolated by using various column chromatography and tho structures were elucidated on basis of physicochemical constants and spectral data analysis.Results:Nine compounds were obtained including p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1),benzamide(2),n-hexadecane acid monoglyceride(3),loliolide(4),β-sitosterol(5),cerberin(6),neriifolin(7),cerleaside A(8), daucosterol(9).Conclusions:Compounds 1-4 are obtained from this genus for the first time. 展开更多

为探究紫锥菊提取物及酚酸化合物体外抗血小板聚集活性,体外抗血小板聚集实验采用Born比浊法,以聚集抑制率和半数抑制浓度为指标评价。同时采用分子对接方法,选择凝血因子V(F5)、凝血因子VIII(F8)及凝血因子XI(F11)与酚酸类化合物进行... 为探究紫锥菊提取物及酚酸化合物体外抗血小板聚集活性,体外抗血小板聚集实验采用Born比浊法,以聚集抑制率和半数抑制浓度为指标评价。同时采用分子对接方法,选择凝血因子V(F5)、凝血因子VIII(F8)及凝血因子XI(F11)与酚酸类化合物进行虚拟对接,研究其抗血小板聚集的分子作用靶点。结果表明化合物S-1~S-10及其提取物对体外ADP诱导的血小板聚集有抑制作用,抑制率呈浓度依赖性,S-6与靶点的结合位点更多,选择性更强。紫锥菊中酚酸类化合物及其提取物在体外均显现出抗ADP诱导的血小板聚集活性,为紫锥菊体内研究提供依据。 展开更多

目的:研究茄科酸浆属植物苦蘵(Physalis angulata)的内生真菌哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)的次级代谢产物。方法:菌株采用震荡培养箱扩大培养,得到的菌液用乙酸乙酯等体积萃取3次,菌丝体则以丙酮浸泡超声,回收溶剂后将所得提取物合... 目的:研究茄科酸浆属植物苦蘵(Physalis angulata)的内生真菌哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)的次级代谢产物。方法:菌株采用震荡培养箱扩大培养,得到的菌液用乙酸乙酯等体积萃取3次,菌丝体则以丙酮浸泡超声,回收溶剂后将所得提取物合并,再经液相-质谱联用技术,开放ODS反相柱色谱,LH-20羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱(sephadex LH-20),高效液相色谱等方法进行成分的分析与分离纯化活性次级代谢产物。利用其理化性质和光谱数据(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)等鉴定化合物结构。采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法测定化合物的细胞毒性。结果:从苦蘵内生真菌哈茨木霉中分离得到10个次级代谢产物,分别鉴定为destruxin A2(1),destruxin B2(2),环(亮-脯)二肽(3),环(苯丙-脯)二肽(4),cyclonerodiol(5),brevianamide F(6),N-乙酰色胺(7),9-羟基-邻苯二甲酸二异丁基酯(8),5-羟基-3-羟甲基-2-甲基-7-甲氧基色酮(9)和苯丙酸(10)。细胞毒性试验结果显示,化合物1~10对肺癌细胞株A549均未表现出显著的细胞毒性(半抑制浓度≥20 mg·L^-1)。结论:化合物1~10均首次从哈茨木霉中分离得到。 展开更多

The present study carried out a phytochemical investigation on the root barks of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz, leading to the isolation and characterization of two new aromatic ring butyrolactone derivatives, dasycarpusphenol acid A(1) and dasycarpusphenol acid B(2). Their structures were elucidated by using spectroscopic techniques and HR-FAB-MS. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited antioxidant activity, with their IC_(50) values being 28.95 and 41.76 mg·mL^(-1),respectively. 展开更多

The present study was designed to further investigate the C_(21) steroidal glycosides in Cynanchum plants.Two new steroidal glycosides based on a 13,14:14,15-disecopregnane-type aglycone,komaroside P(1) and komaroside Q(2),together with three known compounds(3-5) were isolated from the whole herbs of Cynanchum komarovii.The aglycones of compounds 1 and 2 were two new disecopregnane.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1 D,2 D NMR spectroscopic data and acid hydrolysis.All the compounds(1-5) showed potent inhibitory activities against human leukemia cell lines(HL-60) with IC50 values ranging from 16.6 to 26.3 μmol·L^(-1),compared to the positive control 5-fluorouracil(6.4 μmol·L^(-1)). 展开更多

Two new compounds,(22E)-25-carboxy-8β,14β-epoxy-4α,5α-dihydroxyergosta-2,22-dien-7-one(1) and fusidione(3), along with two known compounds, 5α,8α-epidioxy ergosta-6,22-diene-3β-ol(2) and microperfuranone(4), were isolated from the fermentation products of the marine-sourced fungus Acremonium fusidioides RZ01. The structures of compounds 1 and 3 were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR, and their absolute configurations were suggested on the basis of the circular dichroism spectral analysis and the NOESY data. Both new compounds showed inhibitory activity against HL-60 cells with IC50 values being16.6 and 44.9 μmol·L-1, respectively. 展开更多
