We investigated 294 hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) Chinese children with EV71 infection (165 mild cases and 129 encephalitis cases). The improved multiplex ligation detection reaction (iMLDR) technique was used to test the genotypes. In EV71-infected patients, the CA genotype distribution (P=0.007), A allele frequency (OR 1.32, 95% CI 1.0-1.7, P=0.034) and CA+AA carriage frequency (P=0.003) of OAS2 rs739901 5'-flanking were obviously elevated as compared with controls, but there were no statistically significant differences between mild cases and encephalitis cases. In EV71-infected patients, the counts of white blood cells (P=0.034) and blood glucose concentrations (P=0.042) were raised in A carriers (CA+AA). Among different genotypes of encephalitis cases, the contents of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) showed no significant differences. IFN-7 levels in EV71-infected patients were higher than those in controls (mild group vs. control group, P〈0.01; encephalitis group vs. control group, P〈0.001). In encephalitis cases, IFN-7 levels were reduced (P〈0.05) in A carriers compared to CC genotype, however, there were no significant differences between genotypes CA and AA ( P=0.226). These findings suggest that OAS2 rs739901 5'-flanking C/A genetic polymorphisms involve the susceptibility to EV71 infection, and A allele might be a risk factor of the susceptibility to EV-71 infection.展开更多

The best corrected visual acuity of IXT group was higher than that of strabismus control group, but lower than the control group. In addition, the median strabismus degree in IXT group was higher than that in other strabismus control group. The median psychosocial scores and median visual function scores of the IXT group was lower than that of the normal control group, but not different from strabismus control group. Occupation status, course of disease, far stereopsis and near stereopsis significantly affected the quality of life in IXT patients.CONCLUSION: Adult IXT patients in China have a certain proportion of family history and lower quality of life, The main factors affecting the quality of life of IXT patients is stereopsis, course of disease and occupation status.展开更多

However, at present, few flexible EC devices developed by industry exist due to some problems and challenges still to be solved such as flexibility. In this work, we have successfully synthesized a novel thiophene-furan(TFu) monomer via Stille coupling reaction, and facilely electrochemically polymerized in a neutral Bu_4 NPF_6-CH_2Cl2 electrolyte system to afford the corresponding poly(thiophene-furan)(PTFu) polymer film with good flexibility. The electrochemical and photoelectrochemical analyses of the as-prepared PTFu demonstrate that it has achieved the improved EC performance compared with pure polyfuran and polythiophene polymers, and as a result it possesses favorable EC parameters manifested as a reasonable ΔT(32.1%), faster response(1.38 s), excellent coloration efficiency(CE, 300.9 cm^(2)·C^(-1)), and after a continuous redox process up to 2000 s, its optical stability can be maintained at 96%, and even after 3000 s, it can still be maintained at 80%. In addition, the successful assembly of the electrochromic device of PTFu film can easily realize the reversible conversion of the color from orange to gray. All these systematic studies suggest that the as-prepared flexible PTFu film is a promising candidate for EC materials and has great potential interest for versatile EC applications.展开更多

文摘IntroductionIn recent years, drugs that have been reported to be associated with dermatitis include glucocorticoid, tacrolimus pimecrolimus,1 epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors (EGFRIs) such as erlotinib2 and cetuximab, vitamin B6,3 rarely the oral antidiabetic drug metformin, parabens, calcium channel blockers, and selective phosphodiesterase inhibitors. However, few reports have described drug-induced rosacea-like dermatitis.

文摘High-throughput sequencing has facilitated the identification of many types of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)involved in diverse cellular processes.NcRNAs as epigenetic mediators play key roles in neuronal development, maintenance, and dysfunction by controlling gene expression at multiple levels.NcRNAs may not only target specific DNA or RNA for gene silence but may also directly interact with chromatin-modifying proteins like Polycomb group(PcG)proteins to drive orchestrated transcriptional programs.Recent significant progress has been made in characterizing ncRNAs and PcG proteins involved in transcriptional,post-transcriptional,and epigenetic regulation.More importantly, dysregulation of ncRNAs,PcG proteins, and interplay among them is closely associated with the pathogenesis of central nervous system(CNS)disorders. In this review,we focus on the interplay between ncRNAs and PcG proteins in the CNS and highlight the functional roles of the partnership during neural development and diseases.

文摘The aim of this paper is to investigate the continuity of solution mappings for para-metric set optimization problems with upper and lower set less order relations by scalarization methods.First,we recall some linear and nonlinear scalarization prop-erties used to characterize the set order relations.Subsequently,we introduce new monotonicity concepts of the set-valued mapping by linear and nonlinear scalarization methods. Finally,we obtain the semicontinuity and closedness of solution mappings for parametric set optimization problems(both convex and nonconvex cases)under the monotonicity assumption and other suitable conditions. The results achieved do not impose the continuity of the set-valued objective mapping, which are obviously different from the related ones in the literature.
文摘In a recent paper published in Nature,Gate et al.reported adaptive immune changes in Alzheimer’s disease(AD),discovered CD8+T effector memory CD45RA+(TEMRA)cells with proinflammatory and cytotoxic functions in AD patients, and identified two TEMRA cell-recognized antigens of human herpesvirus 4(HHV-4),also known as Epstein–Barr virus(EBV).1 The findings suggested that adaptive immunity might have a role in AD progression.

文摘Mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)plays a crucial role in the function of cells and organelles, involving various cellular physiological processes, including energy production, formation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),unfolded protein stress, and cell survival.Currently, there is a lack of genetically encoded fluorescence indicators(GEVIs)for MMP.In our screening of various GEVIs for their potential monitoring MMP,the Accelerated Sensor of Action Potentials(ASAP)demonstrated optimal performance in targeting mitochondria and sensitivity to depolarization in multiple cell types. However, mitochondrial ASAPs also displayed sensitivity to ROS in cardiomyocytes. Therefore, two ASAP mutants resistant to ROS were generated.A double mutant ASAP3-ST exhibited the highest voltage sensitivity but weaker fluorescence.Overall, four GEVIs capable of targeting mitochondria were obtained and named mitochondrial potential indicators 1-4(MPI-1-4).In vivo, fiber photometry experiments utilizing MPI-2 revealed a mitochondrial depolarization during isoflurane-induced narcosis in the M2 cortex.
