Digital assets have boomed over the past few years with the emergence of Non-fungible Tokens(NFTs).To be specific,the total trading volume of digital assets reached an astounding$55.5 billion in 2022.Nevertheless,nume...Digital assets have boomed over the past few years with the emergence of Non-fungible Tokens(NFTs).To be specific,the total trading volume of digital assets reached an astounding$55.5 billion in 2022.Nevertheless,numerous security concerns have been raised by the rapid expansion of the NFT ecosystem.NFT holders are exposed to a plethora of scams and traps,putting their digital assets at risk of being lost.However,academic research on NFT security is scarce,and the security issues have aroused rare attention.In this study,the NFT ecological process is comprehensively explored.This process falls into five different stages encompassing the entire lifecycle of NFTs.Subsequently,the security issues regarding the respective stage are elaborated and analyzed in depth.A matrix model is proposed as a novel contribution to the categorization of NFT security issues.Diverse data are collected from social networks,the Ethereum blockchain,and NFT markets to substantiate our claims regarding the severity of security concerns in the NFT ecosystem.From this comprehensive dataset,nine key NFT security issues are identified from the matrix model and then subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis.This study aims to shed light on the severity of NFT ecosystem security issues.The findings stress the need for increased attention and proactive measures to safeguard the NFT ecosystem.展开更多

Background: The current study was carried out to provide a reference for monitory of aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1),zearalenone(ZEN) and deoxynivalenol(DON) contamination in feed ingredients and complete feeds were colle...Background: The current study was carried out to provide a reference for monitory of aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1),zearalenone(ZEN) and deoxynivalenol(DON) contamination in feed ingredients and complete feeds were collected from different Province in China from 2013 to 2015.Methods: A total of 443 feed ingredients, including 220 corn, 24 wheat, 24 domestic distillers dried grains with soluble(DDGS), 55 bran, 20 wheat shorts and red dog, 37 imported DDGS, 34 corn germ meal and 29 soybean meal as well as 127 complete feeds including 25 pig complete feed(powder), 90 pig complete feed(pellet), six duck complete feed and six cattle complete feed were randomly collected from different Province in China,respectively, by high-performance chromatography in combined with UV or fluorescence analysis.Results: The incidence rates of AFB_1, ZEN and DON contamination of feed ingredients and complete feeds were80.8, 92.3 and 93.9 %, respectively. The percentage of positive samples for DON ranged from 66.7 to 100 %.Domestic DDGS and imported DDGS presented the most serious contamination AFB_1, ZEN and DON contamination levels of feeds ranged from 61.5 to 100 %, indicated that serious contamination over the studied 3-year period.Conclusion: The current data provide clear evidence that AFB_1, ZEN and DON contamination of feed ingredients and complete feeds in different Province in China is serious and differs over past 3-year. The use of corn, domestic DDGS, imported DDGS and corn germ meal, which may be contaminated with these three mycotoxins, as animal feed may triggered a health risk for animal. Feeds are most contaminated with DON followed by ZEN and AFB_1.Mycotoxins contamination in feed ingredients and complete feeds should be monitored routinely in China.展开更多

Th...Vacuolar H^+-ATPase was regarded as a key enzyme promoting the fiber cell elongation in cotton (Gossypium hirsuturm L.) through regulating turgor-driven pressure involved in polarity expansion of single cell fiber. The DET3, a V-ATPase subunit C, plays an important role in assembling subunits and regulating the enzyme activity, and is involved in Brassinosteroid-induced cell elongation. To analyze the function of GhDET3 on the elongation of cotton fibers, seven candidates of ESTs were screened and contigged for a 5'-upstream sequence, and the 3'-RACE technique was used to clone the 3'-downstream sequence for the full length of GhDET3 gene. The full length of the target clone was 1,340 bp, including a 10 bp 5'-UTR, an ORF of 1,134 bp, and a 196 bp 3'-UTR. This cDNA sequence encoded a polypepide of 377 amino acid residues with a predicted molecular mass of 43 kDa and a basic isoelectric point of 5.58. Furthermore, a length of 3,410 bp sequence from genomic DNA of GhDET3 was also cloned by PCR. The deduced amino acid sequence had a high homology with DET3 from Arabidopsis, rice, and maize. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysis showed that the GhDET3 expression pattern was ubiquitous in all the tissues and organs detected. The result also revealed that the accumulation of GhDET3 mRNA reached the highest profile at the fiber elongation stage in 12 DPA (days post anthesis) fibers, compared with the lowest level at the fiber initiation stage in 0 DPA ovules (with fibers). The transcript accumulation in fibers and ovules shared the similar variation tendency. In addition, in vitro ovule culture experiment demonstrated that exogenous 24-EBL treatment to 4 DPA ovules (with fibers) was capable of increasing the expression level of GhDET3, and the mRNA accumulation of GhDET3 increased in transgenic FBP7::GhDET2 cotton fibers in vivo. These results indicate that GhDET3 gene plays a crucial role in cotton fiber elongation.展开更多
In the process of my country’s energy transition,the clean energy of hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic power generation has ushered in great development,but due to the randomness and volatility of its output,it ...In the process of my country’s energy transition,the clean energy of hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic power generation has ushered in great development,but due to the randomness and volatility of its output,it has caused a certain waste of clean energy power generation resources.Regarding the purchase and sale of electricity by electricity retailers under the condition of limited clean energy consumption,this paper establishes a quantitative model of clean energy restricted electricity fromthe perspective of power system supply and demand balance.Then it analyzes the source-charge dual uncertain factors in the electricity retailer purchasing and selling scenarios in the mid-to long-term electricity market and the day-ahead market.Through the multi-scenario analysis method,the uncertain clean energy consumption and the user’s power demand are combined to form the electricity retailer’s electricity purchase and sales scene,and the typical scene is obtained by using the hierarchical clustering algorithm.This paper establishes a electricity retailer’s risk decisionmodel for purchasing and selling electricity in themid-and long-term market and reduce-abandonment market,and takes the maximum profit expectation of the electricity retailer frompurchasing and selling electricity as the objective function.At the same time,in themediumand longterm electricity market and the day-ahead market,the electricity retailer’s purchase cost,electricity sales income,deviation assessment cost and electricity purchase and sale risk are considered.The molecular results show that electricity retailers can obtain considerable profits in the reduce-abandonment market by optimizing their own electricity purchase and sales strategies,on the premise of balancing profits and risks.展开更多

Mitochondria,with their intricate networks of functions and information processing,are pivotal in both health regulation and disease progression.Particularly,mitochondrial dysfunctions are identified in many common pa...Mitochondria,with their intricate networks of functions and information processing,are pivotal in both health regulation and disease progression.Particularly,mitochondrial dysfunctions are identified in many common pathologies,including cardiovascular diseases,neurodegeneration,metabolic syndrome,and cancer.However,the multifaceted nature and elusive phenotypic threshold of mitochondrial dysfunction complicate our understanding of their contributions to diseases.Nonetheless,these complexities do not prevent mitochondria from being among the most important therapeutic targets.In recent years,strategies targeting mitochondrial dysfunction have continuously emerged and transitioned to clinical trials.Advanced intervention such as using healthy mitochondria to replenish or replace damaged mitochondria,has shown promise in preclinical trials of various diseases.Mitochondrial components,including mtDNA,mitochondria-located microRNA,and associated proteins can be potential therapeutic agents to augment mitochondrial function in immunometabolic diseases and tissue injuries.Here,we review current knowledge of mitochondrial pathophysiology in concrete examples of common diseases.We also summarize current strategies to treat mitochondrial dysfunction from the perspective of dietary supplements and targeted therapies,as well as the clinical translational situation of related pharmacology agents.Finally,this review discusses the innovations and potential applications of mitochondrial transplantation as an advanced and promising treatment.展开更多
The actual manufacture of supercapacitors(SCs)is restricted by the inadequate energy density,and the energy density of devices can be properly promoted by assembling zinc-ion capacitors(ZICs)which used capacitive cath...The actual manufacture of supercapacitors(SCs)is restricted by the inadequate energy density,and the energy density of devices can be properly promoted by assembling zinc-ion capacitors(ZICs)which used capacitive cathode and battery-type anode.Two-dimensional(2D)MXene has brought great focuses in the electrode research on the foundation of large redox-active surface,but the specific capacitance is still affected by the tight stacking of interlaminations.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@polyaniline(PANI)heterostructures are prepared by uniformly depositing the conductive polymer PANI nanorods as the intercalation agent into the external of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanosheets to inhibit stacking.Subsequently,by using graphene oxide(GO)-assisted low-temperature hydrothermal self-assembly manufacture,2D heterostructures are assembled into the three-dimensional(3D)porous crosslinked Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hydrogels.Attributed to the synergistic work of PANI nanorods,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)nanosheets,and 3D crosslinking frameworks of RGO to match capacitive and battery effects,3D porous hierarchical Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO heterostructure hydrogels have rich ion transport channels,a large number of active sites,and excellent reaction kinetics.ZIC is assembled by using Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO heterostructure hydrogels as cathodes and zinc foil as anodes.In this work,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO//Zn ZIC exhibits a wide working window(2.0 V),marked specific capacitance(589.89 F·g^(−1)at 0.5 A·g−1),salient energy density(327.71 Wh·kg^(−1)at 513.61 W·kg^(−1)and 192.20 Wh·kg^(−1)at 13,005.87 W·kg^(−1)),and durable cycling stability(97.87%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles at 10 A·g^(−1)).This study emphasizes the device design of ZICs and the broad prospect of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based hydrogels as viable cathodes for ZICs.展开更多
Trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)is a microbiota-derived metabolite,and numerous studies have shown that it could regulate fat metabolism in humans and mice.However,few studies have focused on the effects of TMAO on fat depo...Trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)is a microbiota-derived metabolite,and numerous studies have shown that it could regulate fat metabolism in humans and mice.However,few studies have focused on the effects of TMAO on fat deposition in growing-finishing pigs.This study aimed to investigate the effect of TMAO on fat deposition and intestinal microbiota in growing-finishing pigs.Sixteen growing pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups and fed with a basal diet with 0 or 1 g/kg TMAO for 149 d.The intestinal microbial profiles,fat deposition indexes,and fatty acid profiles were measured.These results showed that TMAO supplementation had a tendency to decrease lean body mass(P<0.10)and significantly increased backfat thickness(P<0.05),but it did not affect growth performance.TMAO significantly increased total protein(TP)concentration,and reduced alkaline phosphatase(ALP)concentration in serum(P<0.05).TMAO increased the α diversity of the ileal microbiota community(P<0.05),and it did not affect the colonic microbial community.TMAO supplementation significantly increased acetate content in the ileum,and Proteobacteria and Escherichia-Shigella were significantly enriched in the TMAO group(P<0.05).In addition,TMAO decreased fat content,as well as the ratio of linoleic acid,n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),and PUFA in the liver(P<0.05).On the contrary,TMAO increased intramuscular fat content of the longissimus dorsi muscle,whereas the C18:2n6c ratio was increased,and the n-6 PUFA:PUFA ratio was decreased(P<0.05).In vitro,1 mmol/LTMAO treatment significantly upregulated the expression of FASN and SREBP1 in C2C12 cells(P<0.05).Nevertheless,TMAO also increased adipocyte area and decreased the CPT-1B expression in subcutaneous fat(P<0.05).Taken together,TMAO supplementation regulated ileal microbial composition and acetate production,and regulated fat distribution and fatty acid composition in growing-finishing pigs.These results provide new insights for understanding the role of TMAO in humans and animals.展开更多
目的:对比我院既往腹腔镜下与开放手术行输尿管再植术治疗输尿管阴道瘘的处理情况及患者结局,进而分析并总结腹腔镜下输尿管再植术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析了2008年—2018在四川大学华西医院就诊的80例患者资料,依据手术方式分为开...目的:对比我院既往腹腔镜下与开放手术行输尿管再植术治疗输尿管阴道瘘的处理情况及患者结局,进而分析并总结腹腔镜下输尿管再植术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析了2008年—2018在四川大学华西医院就诊的80例患者资料,依据手术方式分为开放组(60例)和腹腔镜组(20例),比较了两组在住院时间、手术结局及并发症等方面的差异。结果:开放组同腹腔镜组在手术结局(58/60 vs.19/20,P=1),术后并发症(伤口感染:3.33%vs.0,P=1;切口疼痛:11.67%vs.0,P=0.25;慢性尿路感染:5.00%vs.0,P=0.57)等方面差异无统计学意义,住院时间腹腔镜组显著短于开放组(8 d vs.6 d,P<0.001)。结论:对于输尿管阴道瘘这一损伤,腹腔镜下输尿管再植术具有住院时间短、恢复快等优点,且疗效确切,未增加并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。展开更多

文摘The actual manufacture of supercapacitors(SCs)is restricted by the inadequate energy density,and the energy density of devices can be properly promoted by assembling zinc-ion capacitors(ZICs)which used capacitive cathode and battery-type anode.Two-dimensional(2D)MXene has brought great focuses in the electrode research on the foundation of large redox-active surface,but the specific capacitance is still affected by the tight stacking of interlaminations.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@polyaniline(PANI)heterostructures are prepared by uniformly depositing the conductive polymer PANI nanorods as the intercalation agent into the external of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)nanosheets to inhibit stacking.Subsequently,by using graphene oxide(GO)-assisted low-temperature hydrothermal self-assembly manufacture,2D heterostructures are assembled into the three-dimensional(3D)porous crosslinked Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-reduced graphene oxide(RGO)hydrogels.Attributed to the synergistic work of PANI nanorods,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)nanosheets,and 3D crosslinking frameworks of RGO to match capacitive and battery effects,3D porous hierarchical Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO heterostructure hydrogels have rich ion transport channels,a large number of active sites,and excellent reaction kinetics.ZIC is assembled by using Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO heterostructure hydrogels as cathodes and zinc foil as anodes.In this work,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@PANI-RGO//Zn ZIC exhibits a wide working window(2.0 V),marked specific capacitance(589.89 F·g^(−1)at 0.5 A·g−1),salient energy density(327.71 Wh·kg^(−1)at 513.61 W·kg^(−1)and 192.20 Wh·kg^(−1)at 13,005.87 W·kg^(−1)),and durable cycling stability(97.87%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles at 10 A·g^(−1)).This study emphasizes the device design of ZICs and the broad prospect of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based hydrogels as viable cathodes for ZICs.

文摘Trimethylamine oxide(TMAO)is a microbiota-derived metabolite,and numerous studies have shown that it could regulate fat metabolism in humans and mice.However,few studies have focused on the effects of TMAO on fat deposition in growing-finishing pigs.This study aimed to investigate the effect of TMAO on fat deposition and intestinal microbiota in growing-finishing pigs.Sixteen growing pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups and fed with a basal diet with 0 or 1 g/kg TMAO for 149 d.The intestinal microbial profiles,fat deposition indexes,and fatty acid profiles were measured.These results showed that TMAO supplementation had a tendency to decrease lean body mass(P<0.10)and significantly increased backfat thickness(P<0.05),but it did not affect growth performance.TMAO significantly increased total protein(TP)concentration,and reduced alkaline phosphatase(ALP)concentration in serum(P<0.05).TMAO increased the α diversity of the ileal microbiota community(P<0.05),and it did not affect the colonic microbial community.TMAO supplementation significantly increased acetate content in the ileum,and Proteobacteria and Escherichia-Shigella were significantly enriched in the TMAO group(P<0.05).In addition,TMAO decreased fat content,as well as the ratio of linoleic acid,n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),and PUFA in the liver(P<0.05).On the contrary,TMAO increased intramuscular fat content of the longissimus dorsi muscle,whereas the C18:2n6c ratio was increased,and the n-6 PUFA:PUFA ratio was decreased(P<0.05).In vitro,1 mmol/LTMAO treatment significantly upregulated the expression of FASN and SREBP1 in C2C12 cells(P<0.05).Nevertheless,TMAO also increased adipocyte area and decreased the CPT-1B expression in subcutaneous fat(P<0.05).Taken together,TMAO supplementation regulated ileal microbial composition and acetate production,and regulated fat distribution and fatty acid composition in growing-finishing pigs.These results provide new insights for understanding the role of TMAO in humans and animals.
文摘目的:对比我院既往腹腔镜下与开放手术行输尿管再植术治疗输尿管阴道瘘的处理情况及患者结局,进而分析并总结腹腔镜下输尿管再植术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析了2008年—2018在四川大学华西医院就诊的80例患者资料,依据手术方式分为开放组(60例)和腹腔镜组(20例),比较了两组在住院时间、手术结局及并发症等方面的差异。结果:开放组同腹腔镜组在手术结局(58/60 vs.19/20,P=1),术后并发症(伤口感染:3.33%vs.0,P=1;切口疼痛:11.67%vs.0,P=0.25;慢性尿路感染:5.00%vs.0,P=0.57)等方面差异无统计学意义,住院时间腹腔镜组显著短于开放组(8 d vs.6 d,P<0.001)。结论:对于输尿管阴道瘘这一损伤,腹腔镜下输尿管再植术具有住院时间短、恢复快等优点,且疗效确切,未增加并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。
