In this work,the Slacks-Based Measure(SBM)model within Data Envelopment Analysis was employed to establish a set of indicators for evaluating the energy efficiency of manufacturing workshops.The energy efficiency of 1...In this work,the Slacks-Based Measure(SBM)model within Data Envelopment Analysis was employed to establish a set of indicators for evaluating the energy efficiency of manufacturing workshops.The energy efficiency of 12 Company CW’s manufacturing workshops from 2016 to 2022 was assessed.The findings indicated that aside from a few workshops operating at the production frontier,the rest exhibit significant fluctuations in energy efficiency and generally low energy efficiency.Subsequently,a combined GRA-Tobit analysis model was introduced to identify factors influencing the energy efficiency of Company CW’s manufacturing workshops.Regression analysis revealed that technological investments,employee quality,workshop production scale,investment in clean energy,and the level of pollution control all significantly impact the energy efficiency of Company CW’s manufacturing workshops.By evaluating the energy efficiency of Company CW’s manufacturing workshops and studying their influencing factors,this research aids company managers in understanding the energy efficiency of the manufacturing process.It optimizes the combination of various production elements,thereby offering effective guidance for improving the energy efficiency issues of the company’s manufacturing workshops,which can contribute to enhancing the corporation’s overall energy efficiency.展开更多
The amount of 3D data stored and transmitted in the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)is increasing,making protecting these medical data increasingly prominent.However,there are relatively few researches on 3D data wate...The amount of 3D data stored and transmitted in the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)is increasing,making protecting these medical data increasingly prominent.However,there are relatively few researches on 3D data watermarking.Moreover,due to the particularity of medical data,strict data quality should be considered while protecting data security.To solve the problem,in the field of medical volume data,we proposed a robust watermarking algorithm based on Polar Cosine Transform and 3D-Discrete Cosine Transform(PCT and 3D-DCT).Each slice of the volume data was transformed by PCT to obtain feature row vector,and then the reshaped three-dimensional feature matrix was transformed by 3D-DCT.Based on the contour information of the volume data and the detail information of the inner slice,the visual feature vector was obtained by applying the per-ceptual hash.In addition,the watermark was encrypted by a multi-sensitive initial value Sine and Piecewise linear chaotic Mapping(SPM)system,and embedded as a zero watermark.The key was stored in a third party.Under the same experimental conditions,when the volume data is rotated by 80 degrees,cut 25%along the Z axis,and the JPEG compression quality is 1%,the Normalized Correlation Coefficient(NC)of the extracted watermark is 0.80,0.89,and 1.00 respectively,which are significantly higher than the comparison algorithm.展开更多

[Methods] The collected ovaries were randomly and evenly divided into four groups. They were preserved in physiological saline containing penicillin( 100 IU/ml) and streptomycin( 100 μg/ml) at 15-20 ℃ for 0( Control),6,12 and 18 h,respectively. Then,the oocytes were subjected to in vitro fertilization. [Results]The maturation rates,cleavage rates and blastocyst rates of the oocytes preserved for 6 and 12 h showed no significant differences compared with those of the oocytes preserved for0 h( 72. 03%,70. 87% vs. 73. 68%; 74. 12%,72. 60% vs. 74. 49%; 22. 22%,20. 75% vs. 23. 29%)( P 〉 0. 05). There were also no significant differences in maturation rate,cleavage rate or blastocyst rate between the oocytes preserved for 18 and 0 h( P 〉 0. 05). Background:Liver cancer is largely resistant to chemotherapy.This study aimed to identify the effective chemotherapeutics forβ-catenin-activated liver cancer which is caused by gain-of-function mutation of catenin be...Background:Liver cancer is largely resistant to chemotherapy.This study aimed to identify the effective chemotherapeutics forβ-catenin-activated liver cancer which is caused by gain-of-function mutation of catenin beta 1(CTNNB1),the most frequently altered proto-oncogene in hepatic neoplasms.Methods:Constitutiveβ-catenin-activated mouse embryonic fibroblasts(MEFs)were established by deleting exon 3(β-catenin^(Δ(ex3)/+)),the most common mutation site in CTNNB1 gene.A screening of 12 widely used chemotherapy drugs was conducted for the ones that selectively inhibitedβ-catenin^(Δ(ex3)/+)but not for wild-type MEFs.Untargeted metabolomics was carried out to examine the alterations of metabolites in nucleotide synthesis.The efficacy and selectivity of methotrexate(MTX)onβ-catenin-activated human liver cancer cells were determined in vitro.Immuno-deficient nude mice subcutaneously inoculated withβ-catenin wild-type or mutant liver cancer cells and hepatitis B virus(HBV);β-catenin^(lox(ex3)/+)mice were used,respectively,to evaluate the efficacy of MTX in the treatment ofβ-catenin mutant liver cancer.Results:MTX was identified and validated as a preferential agent against the proliferation and tumor formation ofβ-catenin-activated cells.Boosted nucleotide synthesis was the major metabolic aberration inβ-catenin-active cells,and this alteration was also the target of MTX.Moreover,MTX abrogated hepatocarcinogenesis of HBV;β-catenin^(lox(ex3)/+)mice,which stimulated concurrent Ctnnb1-activated mutation and HBV infection in liver cancer.Conclusion:MTX is a promising chemotherapeutic agent forβ-catenin hyperactive liver cancer.Since repurposing MTX has the advantages of lower risk,shorter timelines,and less investment in drug discovery and development,a clinical trial is warranted to test its efficacy in the treatment ofβ-catenin mutant liver cancer.展开更多

Burn is an under-appreciated trauma that is associated with unacceptably high morbidity and mortality.Although the survival rate after devastating burn injuries has continued to increase in previous decades due to med...Burn is an under-appreciated trauma that is associated with unacceptably high morbidity and mortality.Although the survival rate after devastating burn injuries has continued to increase in previous decades due to medical advances in burn wound care,nutritional and fluid resuscitation and improved infection control practices,there are still large numbers of patients at a high risk of death.One of the most common complications of burn is sepsis,which is defined as“severe organ dysfunction attributed to host’s disordered response to infection”and is the primary cause of death in burn patients.Indeed,burn injuries are accompanied by a series of events that lead to sepsis and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,such as a hypovolaemic state,immune and inflammatory responses and metabolic changes.Therefore,clear diagnostic criteria and predictive biomarkers are especially important in the prevention and treatment of sepsis and septic shock.In this review,we focus on the pathogenesis of burn wound infection and the post-burn events leading to sepsis.Moreover,the clinical and promising biomarkers of burn sepsis will also be summarized.展开更多

Here, nanocellulosebased liquid metal(NC-LM) printed circuit has been fabricated by the evaporation-induced transfer printing technology...Reusable electronics have received widespread attention and are urgently needed. Here, nanocellulosebased liquid metal(NC-LM) printed circuit has been fabricated by the evaporation-induced transfer printing technology. In this way, the liquid metal pattern is embedded into the nanocellulose membrane, which is beneficial for the stability of the circuit during use. Besides, the NC-LM circuit is ultrathin with just tens of microns. In particular, the finished product is environmentally friendly because it can be completely dissolved by water, and both the liquid metal ink and the nanocellulose membrane can be easily recollected and reused, thereby reducing waste and pollution to the environment. Several examples of flexible circuits have been designed to evaluate their performance. The mechanism of evaporation-induced transfer printing technology involves the deposition, aggregation, and coverage tightly of the nanosized cellulose fibrils as the water evaporated. This study provides an economical and environmentally friendly way for the fabrication of renewable flexible electronics.展开更多
