The concept of low-carbon economy was introduced firstly, and then patterns and principles of circular agriculture were analyzed, finally noticeable problems during circular agricultural development were put forward, such as increasing the output of circular agriculture and farmers＇ in- come, improving the market system of agricultural products, and making an effort to improve the ability of circular agriculture to adapt to climate change.

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between the Price of Maize and Wheat

In recent years,the constant increase in the purchase price of maize has caused maize to squeeze wheat planting area,affecting the wheat supply and price in the market,and posing a threat to the safety of wheat rations. In order to further study the price fluctuations between maize and wheat,based on the quarterly data of the 2007-2017 maize and wheat production price index,this paper established a VAR model and found that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the price of maize and wheat,and maize price fluctuation was the Granger cause of wheat price fluctuation,wheat price fluctuation was not the Granger cause of maize price fluctuation. Based on the above conclusions,it came up with recommendations for the optimization of grain planting structure,and protection of food security is of great significance.

Research on the Coordinated Development of Rural Revitalization and Human-centered Urbanization Based on Urban-rural Integration

Although there are certain differences in the center of gravity between rural revitalization and human-centered urbanization,their connotations and goals require that both must be promoted in concert.Therefore,based on a deep understanding of the connotation of rural revitalization and human-centered urbanization,it is necessary to clarify the goals of the two through the two-way flow of elements between urban and rural areas,the urban-rural linkage of industries,to achieve coordinated promotion of rural revitalization and human-centered urbanization in China.

Characterization and quantification of two acylated flavonol glycosides from Camellia sinensis and their antibacterial effect on oral pathogens

Acylated flavonol glycosides(AFGs)are a new group of flavonoids with multiple pharmacological functions.In the present work,two AFGs were isolated with a combined chromatography technology from Camellia sinensis and identified as quercetin tetraglycosides with one p-coumaryl moiety(F1)and kaempferol tetraglycosides with one p-coumaryl moiety(F2)by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).F1 and F2 with high purity and quantity can be obtained through relatively simple steps,which is of great significance in industrial production and application.The quantification of two AFGs in different tea cultivars and different season samples was conducted using the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Among fifty tested tea cultivars,the contents of F1 and F2 were extremely high in'Zhenghe Dabaicha'and'Wannong 95',but these were undetectable in some tea cultivars.Relatively high contents of AFGs were found in autumn harvested tea samples which might be related to sunlight irradiation.Further in vitro experiments showed that F1 and F2 monomers were effective on inhibiting growth and biofilm development of Porphyromonas gingivalis and Fusobacterium nucleatum.This antibacterial activity was proven to involve the chelation of iron.These results provide useful information on AFGsrich tea resources and new insights of AFGs into effective agents against oral diseases.

Problems and Recommendations for Confirmation of Land Right in Rural Areas

Land,the foundation of agriculture and farmers,is the most basic capital goods of agricultural production. Confirmation of land right in rural areas not only effectively protects the land contract management right of peasants and helps to realize the informatization management of land contract,but also lays a foundation for land circulation and scale management. In addition,it also promotes the realization of agricultural modernization. This paper analyzes the problems in the confirmation of land right and sets forth recommendations under the premise of realizing the importance of confirmation of land right.

Effect of a combined microwave-assisted drying and air drying on improving active nutraceutical compounds,flavor quality,and antioxidant properties of Camellia sinensis L.(cv.Longjing 43)flowers

Drying tea flowers into a high-quality product is important to its commodity value.In the present work,a combination of microwave-assisted drying and air drying(MAD-AD)was applied in the processing of fresh tea flowers and its effects on flavor quality,active nutraceutical compounds,and antioxidant capacities were studied.The results showed that compared to air drying and freeze drying tea flowers,the MAD-AD tea flowers had higher amounts of active compounds such as catechins,flavonol glycosides,and triterpenoid saponins,and possessed high antioxidant activities.Moreover,this drying method improved the tea flowers'color and preserved a more floral fragrance.This combined method could be of interest as an industrial method for drying tea flowers with the benefit of reduced processing time,more reserved active compounds and high quality of products.
