Taking China Dinosaur Land in Changzhou City for example, visitors' perception about soundscape comfort in theme parks was studied. The researches found that acoustic comfort was infl uenced by objective parameters of sound and subjective perception of visitors, and when the soundscape volume stayed at a certain threshold value, visitors would gain the most satisfi ed acoustic comfort experience, and they were most sensitive to sound elements that able to convey cultural connotations of the theme park. On this basis, this paper adopted positive design, negative design, and zero design, and proposed the concepts of optimizing theme park soundscapes.展开更多
目的系统分析慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的影响因素,为临床制定有效的干预措施提供参考依据。方法系统检索中国知网,万方数据库,维普网,中国生物医学文献数据库,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,PsycINFO,PsyARTICLE数据库。...目的系统分析慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的影响因素,为临床制定有效的干预措施提供参考依据。方法系统检索中国知网,万方数据库,维普网,中国生物医学文献数据库,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,PsycINFO,PsyARTICLE数据库。按照文献的纳入排除标准进行文献筛选,由2名研究员独立进行纳入文献的质量评价及数据的提取,使用Review Manager 5.3对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入25篇研究,Meta分析结果显示,各影响因素的合并效应量OR/SD(95%CI)由大到小依次为:久坐行为2.75(1.62~4.66)、病程长2.58(2.09~3.07)、左室射血分数-2.29(-3.44~-1.13)、心功能Ⅲ或Ⅳ级2.28(1.70~3.08)、合并贫血1.72(1.30~2.28)、独居1.48(1.16~1.88)、合并慢性肾功能不全1.46(1.16~1.85)、合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病1.44(1.04~2.00)、体重指数低-1.13(-1.64~-0.98)、心力衰竭知识掌握良好0.67(0.47~0.95)、男性0.63(0.53~0.76)、已婚0.57(0.47~0.69)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的影响因素多样,医护人员应根据相关影响因素早期识别高危人群,对可控影响因素进行有效干预以减少抑郁的发生。展开更多
