目的了解老年听力损失者配戴助听器后日常生活的满意度情况,为提高验配技术水平,提升满意度提供科学依据。方法抽取在南宁市新声达听力设备技术有限公司连锁店验配助听器的听力损失老人作为研究对象,采用日常生活助听满意度问卷(the sat...目的了解老年听力损失者配戴助听器后日常生活的满意度情况,为提高验配技术水平,提升满意度提供科学依据。方法抽取在南宁市新声达听力设备技术有限公司连锁店验配助听器的听力损失老人作为研究对象,采用日常生活助听满意度问卷(the satisfaction with amplification in daily life,SADL),调查听力损失程度、助听器类型、降噪功能、通道数、多麦克风、配戴时间、每日配戴时间等内容,计算被试的积极作用、服务价格、负面作用、自我形象和外观、总平均等5个维度得分,采用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行组间比较t检验或F检验和多重线性逐步回归分析。结果共调查319人,总均分5.15,达标率63.95%,积极作用得分5.60,达标率85.27%,服务与价格得分5.69,达标率83.70%,负面作用得分3.06、自我形象和外观得分4.46分,低于SADL标准得分。单因素分析显示,在积极作用维度,年龄、通道数、配戴时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在服务与价格维度,多麦克风差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余单因素分析差异无统计学意义;多重线性回归分析显示,在积极作用维度,通道数、多个麦克风、配戴时间3自变量被引入方程;在服务和价格维度,多个麦克风被引入方程,其余维度没有引入变量。结论SADL平均满意度得分和达标率较高,多个麦克风和配戴时间具有正相关关系,通道数量具有负相关关系。验配师应加强与配戴者沟通,设置合理期望值,加强新技术学习,以提高助听器配戴满意度。展开更多

A new conserved quantity,as well as the Noether conserved quantity and the Hojman conserved quantity, deduced from the unified symmetry, is obtained.
