林木腐烂病是苹果树、梨树和杨树等林木枝干的重要真菌性病害。为了筛选出对苹果树腐烂病菌Valsa mali var.mali、梨树腐烂病菌V.mali var.pyri和杨树腐烂病菌V.sordida等3种不同寄主腐烂病菌都能有效防控的杀菌剂,本研究开展室内毒力...林木腐烂病是苹果树、梨树和杨树等林木枝干的重要真菌性病害。为了筛选出对苹果树腐烂病菌Valsa mali var.mali、梨树腐烂病菌V.mali var.pyri和杨树腐烂病菌V.sordida等3种不同寄主腐烂病菌都能有效防控的杀菌剂,本研究开展室内毒力试验比较了7种杀菌剂对3种腐烂病病原菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的抑制效果,并进一步通过田间活性测定试验比较7种杀菌剂对梨树腐烂病病斑扩展和分生孢子发生的防治效果,同时测定了增效剂8.6%聚乙二醇(PEG)对7种杀菌剂的增效作用。毒力测定结果表明,苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯和丙唑·多菌灵对3种腐烂病病原菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的抑制作用较强,其中EC_(50)平均值最低的是苯醚甲环唑,而戊唑醇的MIC平均值最低,在0.33 mg/L浓度下对3种腐烂病病原菌的菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发抑制率均达到100%。田间试验结果表明,45%苯醚甲环唑SC、43%戊唑醇SC和35%丙唑·多菌灵SE对梨树腐烂病病斑扩展和分生孢子萌发的防治效果突出,其中45%苯醚甲环唑SC 30.00 mg/L对病斑扩展防治效果达到82.23%,孢子萌发抑制效果达到85.96%,田间防治效果最好。10%丙硫唑SC+8.6%PEG处理组对病斑扩展防治效果提高了15.39百分点,达到73.46%,分生孢子萌发抑制率提高了23.75百分点,达到83.06%,增效作用显著。本研究为苹果树、梨树和杨树等3种寄主腐烂病的化学防控提供了科学依据。展开更多
The recent advances in remote sensing and computer techniques give birth to the explosive growth of remote sensing images.The emergence of cloud storage has brought new opportunities for storage and management of mass...The recent advances in remote sensing and computer techniques give birth to the explosive growth of remote sensing images.The emergence of cloud storage has brought new opportunities for storage and management of massive remote sensing images with its large storage space,cost savings.However,the openness of cloud brings challenges for image data security.In this paper,we propose a weighted image sharing scheme to ensure the security of remote sensing in cloud environment,which takes the weights of participants(i.e.,cloud service providers)into consideration.An extended Mignotte sequence is constructed according to the weights of participants,and we can generate image shadow shares based on the hash value which can be obtained from gray value of remote sensing images.Then we store the shadows in every cloud service provider,respectively.At last,we restore the remote sensing image based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem.Experimental results show the proposed scheme can effectively realize the secure storage of remote sensing images in the cloud.The experiment also shows that no matter weight values,each service providers only needs to save one share,which simplifies the management and usage,it also reduces the transmission of secret information,strengthens the security and practicality of this scheme.展开更多
A 48 year-old Chinese woman suffering from polyarthritis,irregular fever and trichomadesis was admitted to the hospital.A diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)was made based on polyarthritis,pancytopenia,redu...A 48 year-old Chinese woman suffering from polyarthritis,irregular fever and trichomadesis was admitted to the hospital.A diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)was made based on polyarthritis,pancytopenia,reduced complement 3,multiple positive autoantibodies,a positive Coomb’s test and protein in her urine.In addition,splenomegaly was detected during physical examination and confirmed by abdominal ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging,indicating that the patient had SLE and portal hypertension.Further negative investigations ruled out the possibility of cirrhosis.The patient was diagnosed with active SLE complicated by noncirrhotic portal hypertension(NCPH)without liver histopathology,due to the patient’s refusal for liver biopsy.Portal vein diameter and splenomegaly decreased following treatment with methylprednisolone,hydroxychloroquine and metoprolol tartrate.To date,SLE complicated by NCPH has rarely been reported,as it is under-recognized clinically as well as pathologically.Here we describe a case of SLE complicated by NCPH and review the literature for its characteristics,which may contribute to improving the recognition of NCPH and reducing missed and delayed diagnosis of this disorder.展开更多

However, basaltic shergottite Northwest Africa(NWA) 8656 with subophitic texture can be use...Most basaltic shergottites are too Mg-rich to represent parent melt compositions because they contain some cumulus pyroxenes. However, basaltic shergottite Northwest Africa(NWA) 8656 with subophitic texture can be used as the parent melt composition in petrogenetic studies because it contains no or rare cumulus pyroxenes. Its pyroxene cores(Mg# 66-68, the most magnesian) are in equilibrium with the bulk rock composition based on major(Fe-Mg) and trace elements(REE—rare earth elements).The patchy zoning of pyroxenes has been interpreted as reflecting a two-stage crystallization history: 1) crystallization of Mg-rich pyroxene cores at depth(50 km, the base of Martian crust), 2) crystallization of Fe-rich pyroxene rims at the shallow depth near the Martian surface with a fast cooling history. The crystallization of Fe-rich pyroxenes and the existence of different symplectites indicate that NWA 8656 underwent eruption. The oxygen fugacity of NWA 8656(QFM –0.9±0.5) suggests an oxidized condition at the late-stage crystallization process, and the CI-normalized REE patterns of different minerals show enrichment in LREE, compared to that of depleted shergottites. Both of these observations suggest a relatively ITE(incompatible trace elements)-enriched signature of NWA 8656, similar to those of other enriched shergottites. The REE compositions of augite core and rim and plagioclase can be successfully reproduced by progressive crystallization without exogenous components, which indicates a closed magmatic system for NWA 8656. Consequently, we conclude that the ITE-enriched signature of NWA 8656 is inherited from an enriched mantle source rather than caused by crustal assimilation. Moreover, partial melting of depleted Martian mantle could not directly yield magmas that have geochemical characteristics similar to enriched shergottite parent magmas, so the enriched and depleted shergottites are derived from distinct mantle sources, and the mantle source of enriched shergottites would be expected to contain ilmenite.展开更多

This method proceeds from analysis of the differences between every kind of emotional speech and neutral speech. Besides, it takes the baseband mismatch of emotional changes as the main line. At the same time, it gives the corresponding algorithm according to four technical points which are emotional expansion, emotional shield, emotional normalization and score compensation. Compared with the traditional GMM-UBM method, the recognition rate in MASC corpus and EPST corpus was increased by 3.80% and 8.81% respectively.展开更多
Today’s social economy and science and technology levels are developing rapidly.Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing in incidence,and T2DM promotes non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)through some mechanis...Today’s social economy and science and technology levels are developing rapidly.Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing in incidence,and T2DM promotes non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)through some mechanisms.The pathogenesis of T2DM and NAFLD is interconnected,interacted with,and promoted.While increasing the economic burden on patients,it also affects the quality and life of patients themselves.In the world,the current treatment methods include exercise and diet control,drugs(including sugar reduction,lipid-lowering drugs,etc.),weight loss surgery,etc.,but currently,researching drugs can only control the progress of the disease.At present,there is no drug for T2DM combined with NAFLD treatment.Therefore,it is necessary to find and study effective drugs for NAFLD.Based on the principle of“syndrome differentiation,”traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)played an important role in treating this disease.The theory of TCM believes that the cause of NAFLD is mostly diet disorders and imbalances in daily life,leading to liver Qi stagnation,spleen dysfunction,and liver and kidney deficiency,producing phlegm and stasis.During the treatment process,we must pay attention to the goal of phlegm turbidity,but also pay attention to the source of phlegm turbidity,strengthen the spleen and stomach,nourish the liver and kidney,and restore the physiological function of the body.The ingredients of Chinese medicine extracts have the effects of antagonist oxidation stress,protecting liver cells,improving fibrous soluble systems,and promoting lipid metabolism,thereby reducing inflammatory factors to release damage to liver cells.By combining the diagnosis of TCM syndromes with Western medical disease diagnosis,the model of disease diagnosis combined with syndrome differentiation can compensate for some of the limitations of TCM’s sole reliance on syndrome differentiation,allowing for a better grasp of the disease.In treatment,a dual approach using traditional Chinese and Western medicine can enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity,leveraging both complementary strengths.Chinese medicine explains its treatment of NAFLD from a macro and micro level,providing a safer and more effective method for treating the disease.展开更多
