Control group of patients received docetaxel (TXT), oxaliplatin (L-OHP) and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) combination therapy, and observation group received TXT, L-OHP and S-1 combination therapy. Tumor tissue samples were collected through gastroscopy before and after treatment, and the mRNA expression of proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy genes in them were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results: Before treatment, the differences in proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy gene mRNA expression were not statistically significant between two groups of patients. After treatment, proliferation genes EZH2, Sema3A and Survivin mRNA expression in gastric cancer tissue of observation group were lower than those of control group while PTPN13 and CADM1 mRNA expression were higher than those of control group;apoptosis genes Bcl-2 and Livin mRNA expression in gastric cancer tissue of observation group were lower than those of control group while Bax, Bad and Noxa mRNA expression were higher than those of control group;autophagy gene Beclin1 mRNA expression in gastric cancer tissue of observation group was higher than that of control group while LC3 mRNA expression was lower than that of control group.Conclusion:TXT combined with L-OHP and S-1 treatment of advanced gastric cancer can effectively inhibit the malignant biological behavior of tumor cells, reduce the cell proliferation activity and accelerate cell apoptosis process.展开更多
