该文提出了一种基于盘型对称驱动的惯性冲击旋转压电马达。该马达主要由定子、转子、驱动足和预紧装置组成。马达激励信号为锯齿波信号,采用压电叠堆激励实现马达高功率输出。马达通过螺杆将定子与预紧装置装配于一体,实现了马达结构紧... 该文提出了一种基于盘型对称驱动的惯性冲击旋转压电马达。该马达主要由定子、转子、驱动足和预紧装置组成。马达激励信号为锯齿波信号,采用压电叠堆激励实现马达高功率输出。马达通过螺杆将定子与预紧装置装配于一体,实现了马达结构紧凑化与微型化。设计加工了马达样机并通过实验验证了马达的工作原理,对马达的综合性能进行了分析和测试。测试结果表明,当马达预紧装置施加的预紧力为1 N,输入激励电压峰-峰值为80 V,激励信号频率为1 kHz,且每输出一个周期锯齿波,激励信号延迟100 ms再输出下一个,以研究马达静态启动特性和步长,测得马达的最大空载速度达到3.05 r/min,平均步长为0.032 rad;激励信号频率为3 kHz时,马达的最大空载速度达到9.1 r/min,马达最大负载可达16.2 N·mm;马达在0.5~3 kHz激励信号频率范围内均可实现转动。 展开更多

地基SAR作为一种新型地面遥感技术,因其高精度、全天候、设站灵活、实时连续观测等特点,在微形变监测领域具有广泛的应用前景。在深入研究了地基SAR微形变监测关键技术问题的基础上,结合基坑监测特点,采用加权圆周中值滤波去噪,提高干... 地基SAR作为一种新型地面遥感技术,因其高精度、全天候、设站灵活、实时连续观测等特点,在微形变监测领域具有广泛的应用前景。在深入研究了地基SAR微形变监测关键技术问题的基础上,结合基坑监测特点,采用加权圆周中值滤波去噪,提高干涉图信噪比,削弱噪声引起的相位差;提出了基于PSC网的气象改正,减小气象扰动影响,削弱大气相位差。并将改进方法应用到基坑监测实验。实验结果表明,通过加权圆周中值滤波和PSC网的气象改正有效地削弱地基SAR基坑监测中噪声和大气引起的相位变化,实现了亚毫米级的监测精度。为验证地基SAR监测的准确性,利用高精度全站仪进行了同步观测,监测结果表明二者高度一致,进一步说明了地基SAR技术用于基坑微形变监测的可靠性和可行性。 展开更多

针对高铁桥梁运营性能参数传统测试方法存在的数据采集设备安装困难、数据传输不稳定、工作效率低等问题,运用地基雷达非接触、高精度、高频率测量技术,对京沪高铁31.5m预应力混凝土双线简支箱梁进行运营性能检定。结果表明:在动车组时... 针对高铁桥梁运营性能参数传统测试方法存在的数据采集设备安装困难、数据传输不稳定、工作效率低等问题,运用地基雷达非接触、高精度、高频率测量技术,对京沪高铁31.5m预应力混凝土双线简支箱梁进行运营性能检定。结果表明:在动车组时速为300km以上、载客运行状态下,检测得到该桥梁体的自振频率为6.823Hz,挠跨比为1/7 150~1/9 450,梁端转角为0.33‰~0.43‰;单线运行条件下梁体竖向振幅为0.13mm,横向振幅为0.07mm;实测动力系数小于运营动力系数;基于地基雷达的检定结果与传统方法检定结果相吻合;简支箱梁的运行性能参数与相关规范规定的通常值相接近;采用地基雷达能够方便、快速、高效地检定出高铁桥梁的梁体自振频率、梁体跨中挠度、梁端转角、运营动力系数、跨中竖向振幅和横向振幅,为我国高铁简支箱梁运营性能检定提供了新的方法。 展开更多

针对露天矿高边坡监测精度要求高、实时性强、难以全面覆盖、接触困难等问题,分析了地基雷达测量的技术特点,研究了基于地基雷达的露天矿高边坡形变监测方法及大气扰动改正、时序分析等关键技术。结合三友矿边坡变形监测试验,给出了地... 针对露天矿高边坡监测精度要求高、实时性强、难以全面覆盖、接触困难等问题,分析了地基雷达测量的技术特点,研究了基于地基雷达的露天矿高边坡形变监测方法及大气扰动改正、时序分析等关键技术。结合三友矿边坡变形监测试验,给出了地基雷达数据的处理流程,基于振幅离散指数、估计的稳定性指数、位移精度等参数的雷达数据质量评价方法。针对露天矿边坡长时间、远距离监测中的大气扰动问题,探索了基于PSC网的大气校正方法,取得较好的大气改正效果,监测结果与高精度测量机器人的监测结果相一致,验证了所提监测方法的有效性。研究结果表明:监测目标区域稳定边坡雷达影像的振幅离散指数优于0.1,相位估计的稳定性指数大于10,位移精度优于0.2 mm。PSC网大气校正能有效消除昼夜温差和湿度引起的相位变化,实现亚毫米级测量精度。基于时序分析技术,实现露天矿高边坡微形变监测,为矿山边坡安全提供了一种新的监测方法。 展开更多

作为我国首颗高分辨率立体测绘卫星,“资源三号卫星”(ZY-3)为大区域立体测绘提供了可能。以紫金矿区为研究区,利用ZY-3立体影像提取数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM),评价了山区地形条件下该卫星的立体测绘能力。结果显示,... 作为我国首颗高分辨率立体测绘卫星,“资源三号卫星”(ZY-3)为大区域立体测绘提供了可能。以紫金矿区为研究区,利用ZY-3立体影像提取数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model,DEM),评价了山区地形条件下该卫星的立体测绘能力。结果显示,无地面控制点情况下DEM精度在20 m以内,1个控制点便可以将DEM的精度提高至5.2 m,3~5个控制点可使DEM的精度达到4.8 m。分析3~8个控制点生成的DEM的精度,结果显示,单个检查点的系统误差对总误差影响较大,随机误差对总误差贡献较小。在有控制点的情况下,ZY-3立体影像能够满足山区地形1∶50000 DEM测绘的精度要求。 展开更多

The temperature field distribution and thermal history of Fe-9Cr2WVTa reduced activation steel prepared by laser melting deposition(LMD)have been calculated with Gaussian and Ring laser beams,and the nucleation and growth behaviors of M_(23)C_(6)precipitates in the 1st,7th and 19th layers have been calculated using the modified classical nucleation theory and Svoboda Fischer Fratzl Kozeschnik model.The energy distribution shows W-shape with Ring laser beam while it shows V-shape with Gaussian laser beam,which results in the more uniform M_(23)C_(6)size in the same layer with Ring laser beam.Precipitates in the bottom(i.e.,the 1st layer)have the minimum size and the size increases with the layer number with Gaussian and Ring laser beams.The temperature history,the instantaneous nucleation rate and the size evolution of M_(23)C_(6)have been systematically discussed.The results indicate that the nucleation,growth and re-dissolution of precipitates in reduced activation steel depend on the amount of energy absorbed in the thermal cycle during LMD.The continuous accumulation of energy during the thermal cycle leads to larger M_(23)C_(6)at the top area.The unsteady state precipitation dynamics of M_(23)C_(6)carbides during thermal cycling are consistent with the simulation results. 展开更多

Background:Seborrheic dermatitis (SD) is a common inflammatory skin condition.The etiology is unclear,although overgrowth of Malassezia on the skin has been suggested to cause SD.This study investigated whether colonization with Staphylococcus plays a role in facial SD,which was not well addressed previously.Methods:The study was conducted from September 1,2011 to February 20,2012 in the First Hospital of China Medical University.In the first phase,the study evaluated the level of transepidennal water loss (TEWL) and the number of colony-forming units (CFU) of Staphylococcus in defined skin areas of SD patients who were human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) seropositive (HIV [+] SD [+] group,n =13),classical SD (HIV [-] SD [+] group,n =24) patients,H IV seropositive-non-SD (HIV [+] SD [-] group,n =16) patients,and healthy volunteers (HIV [-] SD [-] group,n 16).In the second phase,we enrolled another cohort of HIV (-) SD (+) patients who applied topical fusidic acid (n =15),tacrolimus (n =16),or moisturizer (n =12).Changes in the Seborrheic Dermatitis Area Severity Index (SDASI),TEWL,and Staphylococcus density were evaluated 2 weeks later.Comparisons of each index were performed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and least significant difference method.Results:The level of TEWL was greater through lesional sites in the HIV (+) SD (+) group than that in HIV (+) SD (-) and HIV () SD (-) groups (95% confidence interval [CI]:18.873-47.071,P 〈 0.001 and 95% CI:28.755-55.936,P 〈 0.001,respectively).The number of CFU of Staphylococcus was greater in the HIV (+) SD (+) group than that in HIV (+) SD (-) and HIV (-) SD (-) groups (95% CI:37.487-142.744,P =0.001 and 95% CI:54.936-156.400,P 〈 0.001,respectively).TEWL was significantly more improved in patients treated with tacrolimus and fusidic acid than that in those treated with moisturizers (95% CI:7.560 38.987,P =0.004 and 95% CI:4.659-37.619,P =0.01 1,respectively).Topical tacrolimus and fusidic acid were significantly associated with decreased SDASI as compared with moisturizer (95% CI:0.03-0.432,P =0.025 and 95% CI:0.033 0.44,P =0.024,respectively).Conclusions:High colonization with Staphylococcus epidermidis,along with impaired skin permeability barrier function,contributes to the occurrence of SD. 展开更多

To the Editor:Metastatic melanoma is a fatal disease with rapid systemic dissemination and a 5-year survival rate of about 1 7%.[1] More than half of primary metastases involve the skin as nodal,subcutaneous,or distant metastasis.[2] Cutaneous metastases of melanoma occur relatively frequently and can arise in early-or late-stage disease,with a variable clinical appearance and pattern distribution.[3] We describe herein a patient with a large subcutaneous nodule on the arm that we initially diagnosed as a lipoma.After obtaining further clinical history and reviewing the pathologic findings after excision,the nodule was determined to represent metastatic melanoma. 展开更多

To the Edteor:Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)in the ungual apparatus is a rare neoplasm.Although it is the most prevalent malignant tumor in this region,it often presents with non-specific features that lead to misdiagnosis and delayed treatment.[1]Various treatments have been proposed,including Mohs micrographic surgery,wide local excision with skin grafting,and amputation of the digit.Given the rarity of the condition,there is no consensus on the optimal treatment.[2]Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been extensively used to treat nonmelanoma skin cancers,such as actinic keratosis,basal cell carcinoma,and SCC in situ.[3]The difficult treatment of subungual SCC and the success rates of PDT for early SCC suggested that this treatment would be useful for treating the following patient,who was diagnosed with subungual SCC but refused surgery and was ultimately successfully treated with topical PDT. 展开更多

Effect of thermal cycles on microstructure of reduced activation steel fabricated using laser melting deposition

Reduced activation steel was successfully fabricated by laser melting deposition employing a Gaussian and a ring-shaped laser.The microstructure evolution of the reduced activation steel was investigated using the scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and electron backscatter diffraction.The experimental results showed that the grains close to the substrate were smaller than the grains in the upper layers.Compared to those deposited using a Gaussian laser,the samples deposited using a ring-shaped laser showed a more homogeneous microstructure.Furthermore,a finite element analysis(FEA)model was applied to reveal the thermal history during laser melting deposition.The simulation results were well validated with the experimental results.FEA results indicate that the peak temperature increases and the cooling rate decreases,as the layer gets further from the substrate.Additionally,the temperature and the cooling rate resulting from the Gaussian laser model were higher at the midline of the samples and lower around the edges,whereas those of the ring-shaped laser model were consistent with both at the center and around the edges. 展开更多
