The performance applications(e.g.,photocatalysis)of zirconium(Zr)and hafnium(Hf)based complexes are greatly hindered by the limited development of their structures and the relatively inert metal reactivity.In this wor...The performance applications(e.g.,photocatalysis)of zirconium(Zr)and hafnium(Hf)based complexes are greatly hindered by the limited development of their structures and the relatively inert metal reactivity.In this work,we constructed two ultrastable Zr/Hf-based clusters(Zr_(9)-TC4A and Hf_(9)-TC4A)using hydrophobic 4-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene(H4TC4A)ligands,in which unsaturated coordinated sulfur(S)atoms on the TC4A^(4-)ligand can generate strong metal–ligand synergy with nearby active metal Zr/Hf sites.As a result,these two functionalized H4TC4A ligands modified Zr/Hf-oxo clusters,as catalysts for the amine oxidation reaction,exhibited excellent catalytic activity,achieving very high substrate conversion(>99%)and product selectivity(>90%).Combining comparative experiments and theoretical calculations,we found that these Zr/Hf-based cluster catalysts accomplish efficient amine oxidation reactions through synergistic effect between metals and ligands:(i)The photocatalytic benzylamine(BA)oxidation reaction was achieved by the synergistic effect of the dual active sites,in which,the naked S sites on the TC4A^(4-)ligand oxidize the BA by photogenerated hole and oxygen molecules are reduced by photogenerated electrons on the metal active sites;(ii)in the aniline oxidation reaction,aniline was adsorbed by the bare S sites on ligands to be closer to metal active sites and then oxidized by the oxygen-containing radicals activated by the metal sites,thus completing the catalytic reaction under the synergistic catalytic effect of the proximity metal–ligand.In this work,the Zr/Hf-based complexes applied in the oxidation of organic amines have been realized using active S atom-directed metal–ligand synergistic catalysis and have demonstrated very high reactivity.展开更多
The goal of this study was to investigate the clinical application of free/total prostate-specific antigen(F/T PSA)ratio,considering the new broad serum total PSA(T-PSA)“gray zone”of 2.0–25.0 ng ml^(−1)in different...The goal of this study was to investigate the clinical application of free/total prostate-specific antigen(F/T PSA)ratio,considering the new broad serum total PSA(T-PSA)“gray zone”of 2.0–25.0 ng ml^(−1)in differential diagnosis of prostate cancer(PCa)and benign prostate diseases(BPD)in men over 50 years in Western China.A total of 1655 patients were included,528 with PCa and 1127 with BPD.Serum T-PSA,free PSA(F-PSA),and F/T PSA ratio were analyzed.Receiver operating characteristic curves were used to assess the efficiency of PSA and F/T PSA ratio.There were 47.4%of cancer patients with T-PSA of 2.0–25.0 ng ml^(−1).When T-PSA was 2.0–4.0 ng ml^(−1),4.0–10.0 ng ml^(−1),and 10.0–25.0 ng ml^(−1),the area under the curve(AUC)of F/T PSA ratio was 0.749,0.769,and 0.761,respectively.The best AUC of F/T PSA ratio was 0.811 when T-PSA was 2.0–25.0 ng ml^(−1),with a specificity of 0.732,a sensitivity of 0.788,and an optimal cutoff value of 15.5%.The AUC of F/T PSA ratio in different age groups(50–59 years,60–69 years,70–79 years,and≥80 years)was 0.767,0.806,0.815,and 0.833,respectively,and the best sensitivity(0.857)and specificity(0.802)were observed in patients over 80 years.The T-PSA trend was in accordance with the Gleason score,tumor node metastasis(TNM)stage,and American Joint Committee on Cancer prognosis group.Therefore,the F/T PSA ratio can facilitate the differential diagnosis of PCa and BPD in the broad T-PSA“gray zone”.Serum T-PSA can be a Gleason score and prognostic indicator.展开更多

Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong injection(DHI)on perioperative metabolomics of unstable angina pectoris(UA)with blood stasis syndrome.Materials and Methods:A prospective,randomized,controlled,and single-bli...Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong injection(DHI)on perioperative metabolomics of unstable angina pectoris(UA)with blood stasis syndrome.Materials and Methods:A prospective,randomized,controlled,and single-blind clinical trial was conducted.Sixty-one UA patients with traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis syndrome undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were randomly divided into the Danhong and control groups,and 10 healthy volunteers were included as baseline.The Danhong group received western medicine+DHI treatment,while the control group received western medicine+saline.Nontargeted metabolomics was used to analyze the serum metabolites of healthy volunteers in the Danhong and control groups before and 5 days after PCI.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum metabolites between the Danhong and control groups,but there was a significant difference between the two groups and the healthy group.Differential metabolites were clustered mainly in glycerophospholipid,sphingolipid,purine,and amino acid groups,which were generated in their metabolic pathways.After 5 days of PCI,the profiles of serum metabolites were significantly closer between the Danhong-or control-treated groups and that of the healthy group.Furthermore,DHI treatment converted the serum metabolite profile more to that of the healthy group than the control treatment.Conclusion:The beneficial effect of DHI on patients with unstable angina is reflected at the level of serum metabolic biomarkers.展开更多

文摘Self-assembly of nanoparticles at solid-liquid interface could be promising to realize the assembled functions for various applications,such as rechargeable batteries,supercapacitors,and electrocatalysis.This review summarizes the self-assembly of the nanoparticles at solid-liquid interface according to the different driving forces of assembly,including hydrophilic-hydrophobic interactions,solvophobic and electrostatic interaction.To be specific,the self-assembly can be divided into the following two types:surfactant-assisted self-assembly and direct self-assembly of Janus particles(inorganic and amphiphilic copolymer-inorganic Janus nanoparticles).Using the emulsion stabilized by nanoparticles as the template,the self-assembly constructed by the interaction of the nanostructure unit(including metal,metal oxide,and semiconductor,etc.)not only possesses the characteristic of nanostructure unit,but also exhibits the excellent assembly performance in electrochemistry aspect.The application of these assemblies in the area of electrochemical capacitors is presented.Finally,the current research progress and perspectives toward the self-assembly of nanoparticles at stabilized solid-liquid interface are proposed.

文摘Attractive interaction between electrons(or neutral fermions)is responsible for superconductivity(or superfluidity).In condensed matter systems,attractive interaction is usually induced by the boson-exchange mechanism[1].Indeed,in the celebrated Bardeen-Cooper-Schreiffer(BCS)theory,electrons develop attractive interaction by exchanging phonons[2].Subsequent studies show that other collective excitations such as charge density waves[3]and spin fluctuations[4]can also induce attractive interaction.The bosonexchange mechanism,together with the concept of Cooperpair,is considered to be the cornerstone of the modern theory of superconductivity.
文摘Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong injection(DHI)on perioperative metabolomics of unstable angina pectoris(UA)with blood stasis syndrome.Materials and Methods:A prospective,randomized,controlled,and single-blind clinical trial was conducted.Sixty-one UA patients with traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis syndrome undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were randomly divided into the Danhong and control groups,and 10 healthy volunteers were included as baseline.The Danhong group received western medicine+DHI treatment,while the control group received western medicine+saline.Nontargeted metabolomics was used to analyze the serum metabolites of healthy volunteers in the Danhong and control groups before and 5 days after PCI.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum metabolites between the Danhong and control groups,but there was a significant difference between the two groups and the healthy group.Differential metabolites were clustered mainly in glycerophospholipid,sphingolipid,purine,and amino acid groups,which were generated in their metabolic pathways.After 5 days of PCI,the profiles of serum metabolites were significantly closer between the Danhong-or control-treated groups and that of the healthy group.Furthermore,DHI treatment converted the serum metabolite profile more to that of the healthy group than the control treatment.Conclusion:The beneficial effect of DHI on patients with unstable angina is reflected at the level of serum metabolic biomarkers.
