Herein, w...Dear Editor, Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a rare malignant neoplasm that can involve the bladder, prostate, vagina, or paratesticular area. 2he peak incidence ofparatesticular RMS occurs at 2-5 years of age. Herein, we report a case of adult paratesticular RMS that is relatively uncommon. A 20-year-old man presented with a mass in the left scrotum that had been progressively growing over a period of 1 month. 3he patient had found a pea-size neoplasm in the scrotum during bathing 1 month previously. Subsequently, it grew quickly in the scrotum without causing pain and fever. The physical examination resulted in the detection of a soft mass with mild tenderness in the left scrotum.展开更多
