A non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)process was used to fabricate a series of sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES)membranes blending with different concentrations of SBA-15-g-PSPA with the applications in the ult...A non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)process was used to fabricate a series of sulfonated polyethersulfone(SPES)membranes blending with different concentrations of SBA-15-g-PSPA with the applications in the ultrafiltration(UF)process.SBA-15 was modified with 3-methacrylate-propyltrime thoxysilane(MPS)to form SBA-15-g-MPS.It was further modified with the charge tailorable polymer chains by reacting with 3-sulfopropyl methacrylate potassium salt.The nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed and finger-like channels were developed within the membrane.The adding of surface modified SBA-15-g-PSPA nanoparticles has significantly improved membrane water permeability,hydrophilicity,and antifouling properties.The pure water fluxes of the composite SPES membranes were significantly higher than the pristine SPES membrane.For the membrane containing 5%(mass)of SBA-15-g-PSPA(MSSPA5),the pure water flux was increased dramatically to 402.15 Lm^(-2)·h^(-1),which is ~1.5 times that of MSSPA0(268.0 Lm^(-2)·h^(-1)).The high flux rate was achieved with 3%(mass)of SBA-15 nanoparticles with retained high rejection ratio 98%for natural organic matter.The results indicate that the fashioned composite membrane comprising SBA-15-g-PSPA nanoparticles have a promising future in ultrafiltration applications.展开更多
目的自噬在稽留流产中的相关研究鲜有报道。文中通过检测自噬相关因子Beclin-1及LC3在正常妊娠者和稽留流产者的绒毛及蜕膜中的表达情况,探讨稽留流产与细胞自噬之间的关系,为稽留流产的早期防治提供理论依据。方法选取2017年1月至3月...目的自噬在稽留流产中的相关研究鲜有报道。文中通过检测自噬相关因子Beclin-1及LC3在正常妊娠者和稽留流产者的绒毛及蜕膜中的表达情况,探讨稽留流产与细胞自噬之间的关系,为稽留流产的早期防治提供理论依据。方法选取2017年1月至3月在江苏大学第四附属医院妇科收治的30例稽留流产患者作为稽留组,同期收治的30例正常妊娠患者作为对照组。利用荧光定量PCR方法检测2组绒毛及蜕膜组织中Beclin-1 mRNA的表达水平,利用Western Blot检测两组绒毛及蜕膜组织中Beclin-1、LC3II/LC3I蛋白的表达水平,利用免疫组化观察Beclin-1在2组绒毛及蜕膜组织中的定位情况。结果与对照组相比,Beclin-1 mRNA在稽留流产绒毛(1.00±0.28 vs 2.17±0.87)及蜕膜组织(1.75±0.41 vs 4.74±0.93)中显著性上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Beclin-1和LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ蛋白在稽留流产绒毛及蜕膜组织中均呈上调趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫组化显示Beclin-1蛋白在稽留流产绒毛及蜕膜组织中的表达水平均呈现上调趋势。结论Beclin-1 mRNA及蛋白、LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ在稽留流产的绒毛及蜕膜组织中均上调,提示细胞自噬参与了稽留流产的发生,为研究稽留流产的发病机制提供新的理论依据。展开更多
为进一步促进机器学习技术在玉米单产估测中的应用,以河北中部平原为研究区域,选取与玉米长势和产量密切相关的条件植被温度指数(Vegetation temperature condition index,VTCI)和叶面积指数(Leaf area index,LAI)为特征变量,通过极限...为进一步促进机器学习技术在玉米单产估测中的应用,以河北中部平原为研究区域,选取与玉米长势和产量密切相关的条件植被温度指数(Vegetation temperature condition index,VTCI)和叶面积指数(Leaf area index,LAI)为特征变量,通过极限梯度提升(Extreme gradient boosting,XGBoost)算法和随机森林(Random forest,RF)算法分别对玉米单产进行估测。基于组合预测思想与Shapley值理论,分别确定组合预测模型中XGBoost与RF模型权重,进而得到组合预测模型,结果表明,基于Shapley值确定的组合估产模型精度较高(R^(2)=0.32),达极显著水平(P<0.001)。同时将组合预测模型应用于河北中部平原2012年各县(区)玉米的单产估测,结果表明,模型精度较高(R^(2)=0.52),玉米估测单产与实际单产的平均相对误差和均方根误差分别为9.86%、831.14 kg/km^(2),达到极显著水平(P<0.001),且组合预测模型的精度均优于单一估测模型。研究发现,河北中部平原玉米估测单产随年份发生波动变化,呈先降低后升高的趋势。玉米估测单产以西部地区最高,其次是北部和南部地区,东部地区最低。展开更多
膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤(inverted papilloma of the bladder,IPB),又称Brunn腺瘤,是一种以内翻性生长为特征的尿路上皮良性肿瘤,部分具有低度恶性潜能,约占膀胱肿瘤的6%。IPB的临床及影像学表现与尿路上皮癌(bladder urothelial carcinoma,...膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤(inverted papilloma of the bladder,IPB),又称Brunn腺瘤,是一种以内翻性生长为特征的尿路上皮良性肿瘤,部分具有低度恶性潜能,约占膀胱肿瘤的6%。IPB的临床及影像学表现与尿路上皮癌(bladder urothelial carcinoma,BUC)有相似之处,术前易误诊为BUC。本组回顾性分析经病理证实的26例IPB和59例BUC患者术前超声检查资料,比较其声像图特征,以期提高术前超声诊断符合率。展开更多
