The results of resolutions of 0.02° and 0.06° were presented with the same surface coverage of the GlobeLand30 V2020, companies with the results of resolution 0.02° with the USGS global surface coverage. The results showed that, on the overall assessment the 2 km model performed better in forecasting 2 m temperature, while the 6 km model was more accurate in predicting 10 m wind speed. In the evaluation of representative stations, the 2 km model performed better in forecasting 2 m temperature and 2 m relative humidity at the coastal stations, and the 2 km model was also better in forecasting 2 m pressure at the representative stations. However, the 6 km model performed better in forecasting 10 m wind speed at the representative stations. Furthermore, the 2 km model, owing to its higher horizontal resolution, presented a more detailed stratification of various meteorological field maps, allowing for a more pronounced simulation of local meteorological element variations. And the use of the surface coverage data of the GlobeLand30 V2020 improved the forecasting of 2 m temperature, and 10 m wind speed compared to the USGS surface coverage data.展开更多

Recombinant Kat A and Ahp C proteins were constructed and the levels of antibodies were tested by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Logistic regression was applied to analyze the relationships between Kat A, Ahp C and GC. The χ2 trend test was used to evaluate the dose-response relationships between serum Kat A and Ahp C antibody levels and GC. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to evaluate the screening accuracy of Kat A and Ahp C as biomarkers. Combined analysis was used to observe screening accuracy of predictors for GC.RESULTS: In all subjects, the association between Kat A and Ahp C and GC risk was significant(P < 0.001) with odds ratio(OR) = 12.84(95%CI: 7.79-21.15)and OR = 2.4(95%CI: 1.55-3.73), respectively. Kat A and Ahp C antibody levels were strongly related to GC risk with a dose-dependent effect(P for trend < 0.001). The area under the ROC(AUC) for Kat A was 0.806, providing a sensitivity of 66.81% and specificity of 86.36%; and the AUC for Ahp C was 0.615, with a sensitivity of 75.65% and specificity of 45.49%. The AUC was 0.906 for Kat A and flagella protein A(Fla A) combined analysis.CONCLUSION: Serum Kat A and Ahp C antibodies are associated with GC risk and Kat A may serve as a biomarker for GC. Kat A/Fla A combined analysis improved screening accuracy.展开更多

As a main element of China second generation of geostationary meteorological satellite Fengyun 4 (FY-4), which was launched on Dec. 11, 2016, the Geostationary Interferometric Infrared Sounder (GIIRS) is the first interferometric infrared sounder working on the international geostationary orbit. It is used for vertical atmospheric sounding and gains atmospheric temperature, humidity, and disturbances. The combination of Fourier transform spectrometer technology and infrared detectors makes GIIRS have high spectral resolution and large coverage over spatial areas. With this kind of instrument, meteoro- logical satellites can improve the capabilities for severe weather event monitoring and numerical weather prediction. Here a concise review of the GIIRS development project, including its history, missions and functions, technical design, key technologies, system integration, calibration and in-orbit operation status, etc., is presented.展开更多
