The physicochemical properties and the stabilities under different conditions were investigated. By PEG modification, the greatly increased water solubility and desirable partition coefficient of scuteUarin were obtained, and the results showed that these conjugates were potential prodrugs for the oral delivery of scuteUarin.展开更多
