包埋磷酸盐小球的合成及其对溶液中铅镉的吸附与固定(英文) 被引量:7

采用海藻酸钠、磷酸二氢钙和碳酸氢钠成功合成了包埋磷酸盐的海藻酸钙小球。通过扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射等分析表征了该小球的形貌与结构。研究p H值和初始金属离子浓度对铅镉去除率的影响,发现吸附铅镉的最佳p H值分... 采用海藻酸钠、磷酸二氢钙和碳酸氢钠成功合成了包埋磷酸盐的海藻酸钙小球。通过扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射等分析表征了该小球的形貌与结构。研究p H值和初始金属离子浓度对铅镉去除率的影响,发现吸附铅镉的最佳p H值分别为4.0和5.5;铅镉的最适初始浓度分别为200 mg/L和25 mg/L,对应的去除率分别达94.2%和80%。XRD和FTIR的分析结果证实了该小球对铅镉的去除机理为:铅镉离子吸附到小球的表面,与小球的羧基发生反应,进而与磷酸根反应生成稳定的磷酸盐沉淀。铅镉的吸附符合Langmuir等温线方程,拟合系数R2分别为0.9957和0.988。根据Langmuir等温线方程计算得到铅镉的理论饱和吸附量分别为263.16mg/g和82.64 mg/g。研究结果表明该小球对溶液中的铅镉离子有良好的处理效果,同时由于生成稳定的沉淀物,也能应用于处理被铅镉污染的水稻土。 展开更多

锌浸渣产生于传统湿法炼锌过程,它是一种危险废物同时也是一种潜在的有价固体废物。用硫酸盐化焙烧-水浸的组合工艺对锌浸渣中有价金属进行回收。首先,锌浸渣在640°C下与硫酸铁进行混合焙烧,硫酸铁/铁酸锌摩尔比为1.2,硫酸盐化焙... 锌浸渣产生于传统湿法炼锌过程,它是一种危险废物同时也是一种潜在的有价固体废物。用硫酸盐化焙烧-水浸的组合工艺对锌浸渣中有价金属进行回收。首先,锌浸渣在640°C下与硫酸铁进行混合焙烧,硫酸铁/铁酸锌摩尔比为1.2,硫酸盐化焙烧时间为1 h。在此过程中,废渣中的有价金属转化为可溶的硫酸盐,而铁以氧化铁形式存在。随后,采用水浸法提取有价金属硫酸盐,渣中锌、锰、铜、镉、铁的回收率分别为92.4%、93.3%、99.3%,91.4%,1.1%。对水浸处理后的废渣进行浸出毒性检测。结果表明,上述工艺可以有效地实现锌浸渣的无害化处理,处理后各重金属浸出毒性均低于限值。 展开更多

通过气-液硫化反应初步分离污酸废水中的铜和砷,并将一级铜、砷分离渣按一定比例加入污酸原液中实现溶液中铜和渣中砷的置换分离。考察反应时间、温度和H2S用量对铜、砷去除率的影响,同时考察固液比、时间和温度对铜、砷置换反应的影响... 通过气-液硫化反应初步分离污酸废水中的铜和砷,并将一级铜、砷分离渣按一定比例加入污酸原液中实现溶液中铜和渣中砷的置换分离。考察反应时间、温度和H2S用量对铜、砷去除率的影响,同时考察固液比、时间和温度对铜、砷置换反应的影响。当在50℃时加入20mmol/L的H2S时,在0.5min时间内即可使铜的去除率达到80%以上,且砷的去除率约为20%。将铜、砷一级分离渣按照10%以上的固液比例加入污酸废水中,在20℃下10min后由于铜、砷置换作用,废酸中铜和砷分离率达到99%以上。沉渣中主要物相为CuS,富集的铜渣中铜的质量分数为63.38%。 展开更多

目的探讨不同治疗方法对非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月—2018年9月于福建医科大学附属第二医院晋江分院诊断为非哺乳期乳腺炎患者149例。同时将患者分为保守治疗组与手术治疗组、传统手术组与区段切除组,以及区段切... 目的探讨不同治疗方法对非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年9月—2018年9月于福建医科大学附属第二医院晋江分院诊断为非哺乳期乳腺炎患者149例。同时将患者分为保守治疗组与手术治疗组、传统手术组与区段切除组,以及区段切除+无皮瓣转移组与区段切除+任意皮瓣转移组,对不同组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果手术治疗组复发率低于保守治疗组(P<0.05);区段切除组复发率低于传统手术组(P<0.05);区段切除+任意皮瓣转移组术后并发症发生率低于区段切除+无皮瓣转移组(P<0.05);区段切除+任意皮瓣转移组患者术后满意度高于区段切除+无皮瓣转移组(P<0.05)。结论相较于保守治疗,手术是治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的有效手段。手术的关键在于彻底清除炎性病灶。术中应用任意皮瓣转移技术能够达到较好的美容效果。 展开更多

We report a low-noise, high-signal-to-noise-ratio(SNR) balanced homodyne detector based on the standard transimpedance amplifier circuit and the inductance and capacitance combination for the measurement of the bright squeezed state in the range from 1 kHz to 100 kHz. A capacitance is mounted at the input end of the AC branch to prevent the DC photocurrent from entering the AC branch and avoid AC branch saturation. By adding a switch at the DC branch,the DC branch can be flexibly turned on and off on different occasions. When the switch is on, the DC output provides a monitor signal for laser beam alignment. When the switch is off, the electronic noise of the AC branch is greatly reduced at audio-frequency band due to immunity to the impedance of the DC branch, hence the SNR of the AC branch is significantly improved. As a result, the electronic noise of the AC branch is close to -125 dBm, and the maximum SNR of the AC branch is 48 dB with the incident power of 8 mW in the range from 1 kHz to 100 kHz. The developed photodetector paves a path for measuring the bright squeezed state at audio-frequency band. 展开更多

采用硫脲冻融循环法分离硫酸铅-黄钠铁矾共沉淀物中的铅。研究结果表明,在硫脲冻融循环过程中,共沉淀物中混杂的硫酸铅逐渐在黄钠铁矾表面聚集,同时通过冷冻浓缩作用促进硫酸铅与硫脲反应,形成硫脲铅(Pb-tu)新物相。随着冻融循环次数的... 采用硫脲冻融循环法分离硫酸铅-黄钠铁矾共沉淀物中的铅。研究结果表明,在硫脲冻融循环过程中,共沉淀物中混杂的硫酸铅逐渐在黄钠铁矾表面聚集,同时通过冷冻浓缩作用促进硫酸铅与硫脲反应,形成硫脲铅(Pb-tu)新物相。随着冻融循环次数的增加,黄钠铁矾周围的硫酸铅不断转化为Pb-tu,直至反应完全。12次冻融循环后,黄钠铁矾和Pb-tu发生自发分层现象,即黄钠铁矾沉于底部,而Pb-tu浮在黄钠铁矾的上层,从而实现铅的分离。分离后黄钠铁矾沉淀的浸出毒性比分离前降低了73.7%。本研究表明,硫脲冻融循环法在分离硫酸铅-黄钠铁矾共沉淀物中的铅和铁矾渣中有价金属回收方面具有较大的应用潜力。 展开更多

Objective:To prepare the liposomes of mangrove oil,Optimization of the formulation of mangrove oil liposomes by Box Behnken response surface methodology.Methods:Preparation of Rhododendron oil liposomes by ethanol injection probe ultrasound,Determination of gemacrone by HPLC.The ratio of lecithin to cholesterol(X1),drug lipid ratio(X2)and phospholipid concentration(X3)were used as independent variables,and encapsulation efficiency(Y)was used as dependent variable,the formulation was optimized by Box Behnken response surface method,and the entrapment efficiency was predicted.The entrapment efficiency,particle size,polydispersity index(PDI),Zeta potential and drug loading of the optimized liposomes were evaluated.Results:The optimal prescription and preparation of Folium Rhododendri Daurici oil liposome was confirmed as follows:X1=7.28:1、X2=11.34:1、X3=9.32mg·mL-1,the encapsulation efficiency was(82.55±1.66)%,the particle size was(130.531±46)nm,the polydispersity index was 0.185±05,Zeta potential was(21.970±36)mV,the drug loading was(5.941±0.12)%.Conclusion:The Box Behnken response surface method is accurate to obtain the optimal formulation of mangrove oil liposomes,it has high precision and good prediction effect.And the preparation process of mangrove oil liposomes is stable and feasible. 展开更多

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect on premature ovarian failure(POF)treated with the combination of mild moxibustion and western medication.Methods A total of 66 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,33 cases in each one.In the control group,the conventional western medication was administered.In the observation group,besides the treatment as the control group,mild moxibustion was supplemented at Guānyuán(关元CV4),Qìhăi(气海CV6),Píshū(脾俞BL20)(bilateral)and Shènshū(肾俞BL23)(bilateral).The duration of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles in either group.Before treatment and on the 9th day of menstruation after 3-menstrual cycle treatment,the number of antral follicles and ovarian volume were detected by color Doppler ultrasound respectively.Before treatment and on day 2 to 4 of menstruation after 3-menstrual cycle treatment,the levels of serum estrogen(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),interleukin-21(IL-21)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were determined separately and the therapeutic effect was evaluated in two groups separately.Results The effective rate was 93.94%in the observation group and was 72.73%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of antral follicles and ovarian volume were increased as compared with those before treatment in the patients of two groups(both P<0.05).After treatment,the number of antral follicles and ovarian volume in the observation group were higher than the control group(both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum E_(2) and FSH were improved as compared with those before treatment in the two groups(both P<0.05).The levels of serum E_(2) and FSH in the observation group were better than the control group after treatment(both P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-21 and VEGF after treatment did not change obviously as compared with those before treatment in the control group(both P>0.05).But in the observation group,the levels of serum IL-21 and VEGF after treatment changed apparently as compared with those before treatment(both P<0.05)and the levels of these two indicators after treatment were better than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of mild moxibustion with western medication achieves the definite therapeutic effect on POF and it increases the number of antral follicles and ovarian volume and regulates sex hormone level,which is probably related to the regulation of serum IL-21 and VEGF. 展开更多

In the electromagnetic induction-controlled automated steel teeming(EICAST)technology of ladle,the height and location of the blocking layer are critical factors to determine the structure size and installation location of induction coil.And,they are also the key parameters affecting the successful implementation of this new technology.In this paper,the influence of the liquid steel temperature,the holding time and the alloy composition on the height and location of the blocking layer were studied by numerical simulation.The simulation results were verified by 40 t ladle industrial experiments.Moreover,the regulation approach of the blocking layer was determined,and the determination process of coil size and its installation location were also analyzed.The results show that the location of the blocking layer moves down with the increase in the liquid steel temperature and the holding time.The height of the blocking layer decreases with the increase in the liquid steel temperature;however,it increases with the increase in the holding time.The height and location of the blocking layer can be largely adjusted by changing the alloy composition of filling particles in the upper nozzle.When the liquid steel temperature is 1550℃,the holding time is 180 min and the alloy composition is confirmed,the melting layer height is 120 mm,and the blocking layer height is 129 mm,which are beneficial to design and installation of induction coil.These results are very important for the industrial implementation of the EICAST technology. 展开更多

The Ti0.9Zr0.1V0.2Ni1.5La0.5 alloy samples were synthesized by melt-spinning technique at the different wheel velocity (cooling rate), and the structure and electrochenfical hydrogen storage properties were investigated. The result indicated that the structure of the melt-spun ribbons mainly contains C14 Laves phase and V-based solid solution phase. The discharge capacity, cyclic stability, high-rate discharge ability and electrochemical kinetic of the alloy electrodes are correlated with the cooling rate (wheel velocity), and the maximum discharge capacity is over 200 mA.h/g at the wheel velocity of 20 m/s. 展开更多
