The effect of different ratio of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied.Using randomized blocks design,the data of the test materials K326 were analyzed by using variance analysis,significance test and other methods.The release efficiency of organic fertilizer in the soil was slower,and the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth of tobacco plants was worse than that of chemical fertilizers,and under 25% organic fertilizer + 75% chemical fertilizer treatment,the quality of the fluecured tobacco was good.Under the treatment of 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer,the production of flue-cured tobacco was high and the ratio of first-class tobacco was high.It is suggested that the organic fertilizer application ratio should be 25%-50% in the agricultural production. 展开更多

Macroscopic chiral spherulites prepared by hierarchical self-assembly have attracted considerable attention due to their excellent property as chiroptical materials.However,preparing controllable chiral spherulites in bulk film remains a challenge due to the absent knowledge of the evolution mechanism from the molecule to macroscopic crystal during chiral assembly.In this contribution,chiral macroscopic spherulites were constructed with controllable circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)using enantiomeric tartaric acid and rhodamine B co-assembled with liquid crystal block copolymers,poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(methyl methacrylate)bearing azobenzene group side chains.It was found that the chiral liquid crystal field induced by exogenous chiral molecules was closely related to the formation of macroscopic chiral spherulites.Moreover,the transformation of azobenzene cis-trans isomerization under photo-thermal endows films with adjustable CPL.This facile strategy provides a platform to design large-scale chiral structures for chiroptical switching,encryption,and memory storage materials. 展开更多

Internet of Things(IoT)devices facilitate intelligent service delivery in a broad range of settings,such as smart offices,homes and cities.However,the existing IoT access control solutions are mainly based on conventional identity management schemes and use centralized architectures.There are knowm security and privacy limitations with such schemes and architectures,such as the single-point failure or surveillance(e.g.,device tracking).Hence,in this paper,we present an architecture for capability-based IoT access control utilizing the blockchain and decentralized identifiers to manage the identity and access control for IoT devices.Then,we propose a protocol to provide a systematic view of system interactions,to improve security.We also implement a proof-of-concept prototype of the proposed approach and evaluate the prototype using a real-world use case.Our evaluation results show that the proposed solution is feasible,secure,and scalable. 展开更多

Exploring superior electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is an urgent need for hydrogen production based on water splitting.The redistribution of electrons and the increase of active sites through multi-interface designing of electrocatalyst are powerful strategies to improve the catalytic efficiency.Herein,a three-phase interface structure of N,P co-doped carbon tube embedded with MoO_(2)/Mo_(2)C(MoO_(2)/Mo_(2)C-CT)was fabricated via a cooperative polymerizing-embedding and pyrolysis strategy.Work function and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)verified that the interfacial charge was quantificationally modulated,achieving an intrinsically enhanced charge transfer by an induced built-in electric field.Theoretical study of density functional theory(DFT)illustrated that triple-interface structure showed a lower energy for H*+H2O*than that of single-interface counterparts.The triple-interface MoO_(2)/Mo_(2)C-CT delivered a lower overpotential of 129 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)than that of either single-interface MoO_(2)-CT or Mo_(2)C-CT catalyst.This work may put forward an attractive approach for modulating electronic structure and provide insights into the understanding of triple-interface structure towards HER. 展开更多

Communication opportunities among vehicles are important for data transmission over the Internet of Vehicles(IoV).Mixture models are appropriate to describe complex spatial-temporal data.By calculating the expectation of hidden variables in vehicle communication,Expectation Maximization(EM)algorithm solves the maximum likelihood estimation of parameters,and then obtains the mixture model of vehicle communication opportunities.However,the EM algorithm requires multiple iterations and each iteration needs to process all the data.Thus its computational complexity is high.A parameter estimation algorithm with low computational complexity based on Bin Count(BC)and Differential Evolution(DE)(PEBCDE)is proposed.It overcomes the disadvantages of the EM algorithm in solving mixture models for big data.In order to reduce the computational complexity of the mixture models in the IoV,massive data are divided into relatively few time intervals and then counted.According to these few counted values,the parameters of the mixture model are obtained by using DE algorithm.Through modeling and analysis of simulation data and instance data,the PEBCDE algorithm is verified and discussed from two aspects,i.e.,accuracy and efficiency.The numerical solution of the probability distribution parameters is obtained,which further provides a more detailed statistical model for the distribution of the opportunity interval of the IoV. 展开更多

Excitation wavelength dependent(Ex-De) luminescent materials have attracted intense attention due to their great potential in multicolor bioimaging,dynamic anti-counterfeiting,and light emitting devices.However,it remains a formidable challenge to construct an Ex-De luminescent biomaterial with green starting materials,excellent biocompatibility,good water solubility,and multiple color emission for dynamic cell imaging.In this work,nanocomposites based on the facile self-assembly strategy of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and Au(Ⅰ)-complex are rationally designed and synthesized to simultaneously present Ex-De fluorescence(429–516 nm) and decent phosphorescence(~615 nm) in a dilute aqueous solution.Combinatory analyses of spectroscopic and microscopic results reveal that the luminescent mechanism of Au(Ⅰ)-BSA nanocomposites is cluster-induced Ex-De fluorescence and metal-to-ligand charge transition(MLCT) based phosphorescence.Importantly,based on the excellent biocompatibility,water-solubility and color-tunable emission over the entire visible region(360–800 nm),the Au(Ⅰ)-BSA nanocomposites are successfully used for cell imaging with multiple and switchable colors on demand.What is more,the solid tablets of Au(Ⅰ)-BSA nanoparticles showed pressure-responsive luminescence and decent room temperature phosphorescence.This work provides an assembling-induced emission strategy for the design of water-soluble,non-cytotoxic,and color-tunable luminescent biomaterials based on the composite of protein and Au nanoparticles. 展开更多

Background and Aims: Chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)in-fection remains a major public health problem globally.Here,we describe the baseline characteristics and treatment pro-files of HBV-infected patients recruited to the China Registry of Hepatitis B.Methods: Inclusion criteria were patients with different stages of chronic HBV infection and complete key data.Exclusion criteria were patients with hepatocellular car-cinoma.The baseline clinical,laboratory and treatment pro-files were analyzed.Results: Finally,40,431 patients were included.The median age was 43 years,with 65.2%being men and 51.3%being positive for hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg).The most common initial diagnosis was chronic hep-atitis B(81.0%),followed by cirrhosis(9.3%),inactive carrier of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)(6.7%),and immune tolerant phase of hepatitis B infection(3.0%).Among the 21,228 patients who were on treatment,88.0%,10.0%and 2.0%received nucleos(t)ide analogues(NAs),interferon or combination of NAs and interferon,respectively.The propor-tion of patients who received preferred NAs(entecavir or te-nofovir disoproxil fumarate)had increased from 13.5%in 2003 to 79.7%in 2016.Conclusions: We concluded that middle-aged men accounted for most of the patients with chronic hepatitis B in this cross-sectional study.About half of the patients were HBeAg-positive.NAs were the most com-monly used therapy,and use of the preferred NAs had steadily increased in the past decade. 展开更多
