目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) E6/E7 mRNA联合P16/KI-67抗原(ki67)免疫细胞化学双染色检测对意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)分流诊断的价值。方法选取272例患者,回顾性分析剩余的细胞学标本中HPV E6/E7 mRNA及P16/ki67免疫细胞化学双... 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) E6/E7 mRNA联合P16/KI-67抗原(ki67)免疫细胞化学双染色检测对意义不明确的不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)分流诊断的价值。方法选取272例患者,回顾性分析剩余的细胞学标本中HPV E6/E7 mRNA及P16/ki67免疫细胞化学双染色检测结果。HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测采用HPV E6/E7 mRNA检测试剂盒利用Panther分子诊断仪进行检测、P16/ki67采用免疫细胞化学染色利用Ventana Benchmark Ultra免疫组织化学染色仪进行。分析两种检测法在同级别宫颈上皮病变中阳性率的差异,探讨两种检测法及二者联合检测在诊断高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)的效能的差异,综合评估不同检测方法分流诊断ASCUS中的作用。结果宫颈细胞学ASCUS对应的组织病理学结果包括慢性宫颈炎、低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)、HSIL到宫颈癌等。单纯分子诊断或免疫细胞化学染色检测阳性率随宫颈病变严重程度的加重而增加。在宫颈炎和LSIL病变组中,两种检测法阳性率之间的差异明显,在HSIL和宫颈癌病变组中,两种检测法阳性率之间无显著差异。联合检测法诊断HSIL以上病变的综合性能最佳,其灵敏度、特异度、约登指数、符合率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为95. 65%、85. 40%、0. 81、87. 13%、57. 14%、98. 97%。结论 HPV E6/E7 mRNA和P16/ki67免疫细胞化学染色检测均在ASCUS分流诊断中有一定的意义,联合检测HPV E6/E7 mRNA和P16/ki67明显提高分流诊断的灵敏度,保持了较好的特异度。 展开更多

A study of the Kunlunshan earthquake of MS = 8.1 based on observed coseismic strain steps from the borehole strain monitoring network over China has been carried out with some interesting results. Firstly, many recordings disagree with theoretic calculation using static dislocation model. Secondly, abnormally large strain steps are ob-served at quite a few stations in the tectonically active east-northern China, while in the relatively inactive east-southern China no obvious steps are recorded. It is inferred that seismic stress triggering may significantly affect remote seismic strain field. In other words, whether remote faulting be seismically triggered or not may de-termine the pattern of local seismic strain changes. Further comparison study results of March 11, 1999 Zhangbei earthquake and November 1, 1999 Datong earthquake show that the specific pattern of seismic zones has obvious influence on seismic strain changes in the region. This supports the idea that observed abnormal strain steps might be produced by coseismicly stress-triggered local faulting. 展开更多

Given the multiple terrorist attacks that have occurred in recent years in China, medical rescue teams and specialized incident assessment teams have been established by the government; however, medical rescue after nuclear, biological, and chemical incidents remains challenging and is often inefficient. In the present article, problems were analyzed regarding the assessment of responder countermeasures, training of professionals and the management of emergency medical incidents related to nuclear, biological and chemical attacks. Countermeasures, the establishment of response coordination, public education, practical training and exercise, and a professional consultant team or system should be the focus of emergency medical response facilities. Vertical Structure of Baroclinic Currents over Northern South China Sea Continental Slope

The 28.6 d time series of ADCP currents at 27 depth levels, (11,15,…,115m) which are obtained from a mooring station at the northern South China Sea continental slope, have been decomposed into barotropic and baroclinic components. The emphasis in this paper is on the analysis of the time series of baroclinic currents by means of several methods,such as the tidal harmonic analysis, the power spectra and the kinetic energy estimation.The major results are as follows: (1) In respect of the baroclinic currents, the values of several parameters first decrease and then increase with depth. These parameters include the temporal mean value of the cross-shelf component, the standard deviations, the amplitudes of K1 constituents, the mean eddy kinetic energy, as well as the significant peaks of the power spectra of the cross-shelf components. (2) The diurnal period of the baroclinic currents is dominant. The diumal tidal current rotates clockwise and the major axis of current ellipse is located along the directions of NW-SE. The vertical distribution of the phases of the diurnal constituent varies with the different water layers. Around the 67m depth level, the phase changes very much.At those layers far away from the 67m depth level, the vertical distribution of the phase is relatively stable, but with opposite phases in the upper and lower water layers. For the upper layers between the surface and 67m,the phases are around 300°; for the lower layers between 67m and 115m, the phases are around 120° .(3) The mean eddy kinetic energy of the baroclinic current is quite large, accounting for 41% of the mean kinetic energy of the measured currents. The cross-shelf component is larger than the along-shelf one. The two baroclinic current components correspond to the major and minor axes of the current ellipse of the diurnal constituent respectively. (4) The power spectra of the baroclinic currents show a singnificant period of about 24h, with 23.6h at both 19m and 99m and 24.4h at 55m. The vertical distributions of the significant spectra-peak values of the power spectra of both the crossshelf and along-shelf components of both the baroclinic currents are different. The former increases with depth, then decreases and finally increases again while the latter decreases with depth. 展开更多

Borehole strainmeter has been improved rapidly and tends to get more and more components included in one probe. Based on observations by this kind of instruments, studies on seismic strain step, slow earthquake, earthquake precursor and volcanic eruption forecasting have made remarkable achievements. 目的探讨母孕前父母超重/肥胖与子代孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)发生的关系。方法选取ASD儿童36名(ASD组)及性别、年龄与之相匹配的72名正常儿童(对照组)纳入研究。采用问卷调查的方式收集母亲孕前两组儿童父母身高、体重以及母亲孕期增重等信... 目的探讨母孕前父母超重/肥胖与子代孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)发生的关系。方法选取ASD儿童36名(ASD组)及性别、年龄与之相匹配的72名正常儿童(对照组)纳入研究。采用问卷调查的方式收集母亲孕前两组儿童父母身高、体重以及母亲孕期增重等信息,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归法分析母孕前父母超重/肥胖与子代ASD的关系。结果 ASD组母孕前父亲超重/肥胖的检出率高于对照组(56% vs 32%,P=0.018)。单因素和多因素logistic回归分析均显示母孕前父亲超重/肥胖是子代发生ASD的危险因素(分别OR=2.66、2.58,P<0.05)。结论母孕前父亲超重/肥胖是子代罹患ASD的独立危险因素,因此在母亲妊娠前,父亲的体重指数应控制在正常范围内,以减少子代ASD的发生。 展开更多
