Because of the pressure in environmental protection and the less amount of conventional energy, more and more countries around the world attached great importance to the development and utilization of bioenergy. Using bioenergy effectively and setting up a perfect bioenergy industry chain are the premises for bioenergy to be well developed. The main applications of bioenergy in China are electric power generating and fuel refining. But there is still some gap between Chinaand other countries in bioenergy’s development, not only in the technology, but also in government policy support. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the concept and the basic condition, the development and utilization of bioenergy inChina. Secondly, this paper makes an analysis and comparison of supply chain for the biomass and coal. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to the further research orientation of the biomass supply chain based on its characteristics. 展开更多

为提高纤维增强聚合物复合材料(FRP)筋混凝土梁抗裂性能,改善其脆性破坏特征,将玻璃纤维增强聚合物复合材料(GFRP)筋与橡胶集料混凝土共同应用于梁构件中。采用ABAQUS对GFRP筋橡胶集料混凝土梁的受弯性能进行有限元模拟及参数分析,探究... 为提高纤维增强聚合物复合材料(FRP)筋混凝土梁抗裂性能,改善其脆性破坏特征,将玻璃纤维增强聚合物复合材料(GFRP)筋与橡胶集料混凝土共同应用于梁构件中。采用ABAQUS对GFRP筋橡胶集料混凝土梁的受弯性能进行有限元模拟及参数分析,探究了橡胶掺量、GFRP筋配筋率、混凝土强度等级及截面高度对梁受弯性能的影响。结果表明:增加混凝土中橡胶颗粒的掺量可提高梁的开裂荷载,当橡胶掺量为15%时,开裂荷载提高了29%;增加配筋率可提高梁的开裂荷载和承载力,当受拉筋直径由10 mm增加至18 mm时,橡胶掺量为10%的GFRP筋橡胶混凝土梁开裂荷载提高了约15%,承载力提高了约85%,但配筋率增加至一定数值后,其影响不再明显;提高橡胶混凝土强度等级,可提高梁的开裂荷载及承载力,当橡胶混凝土强度等级由C25提高至C40时,开裂荷载提了高约53.7%,承载力提高了约23%;为更好地满足正常使用极限状态,GFRP筋橡胶混凝土梁的截面高度宜适当增加。 展开更多

Concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)has been widely applied in bridges due to its excellent structural and constructional performance.In CFST bridges,temperature action is not only an important but also a special load that must be considered in bridge design,construction and structural evaluation.This paper presents an overview on current researches of the temperature action and effect of CFST bridges.The historical and spatial characteristics as well as corresponding influencing factors of temperature distributions are summarized,and classifications of temperature actions are also reviewed.Results show that in-depth investigations of the contributions of temperature influencing factors can help to effectively reduce the adverse temperature effects on CFST bridges in the design stage.Due to the lack of long-term measurements and insufficient use of historical meteorological data,research on the representative value along with correlation analysis of CFST temperature actions and meteorological parameters have to be further carried out.In the meanwhile,a decomposition method of temperature distribution is proposed based on structural effects of CFST bridges in this paper.The decomposed temperature actions can be used for more accurate effect calculation than traditional temperature action classification method,especially for CFST truss bridges.At last,specific temperature action patterns still need to be investigated in some of the special problems,such as longitudinal temperature differences along the CFST arch rib and thermal debonding in the CFST interface.Further investigations are required on the accurate simulation of temperature distribution of CFST bridges considering the shading effects of components and terrain. 展开更多

Based on the system dynamics(SD) model, this paper puts forward a quantitative method to evaluate the earthquake emergency plan in China. Firstly, we analyze the disaster system structure and the content of plan. Using the analysis results, we establish a system dynamics(SD) model and then carry out its simulation. According to the simulation results, the rescue effect using the plan of 2012 is better than that of 2006. From the policy level, in order to reduce loss, government should maintain communication smoothly, improve the ability of self and mutual help, strengthen the management of public opinion, and pay more attention to secondary disasters. 展开更多

Analysis of the Impacts of Work,Non-Work and Stress Issues on the Work Family Conflict in Ivorian Industrial Sector

This paper analyzes the perceptions that workers in the Ivorian industrial sector have as the interface between their professional and personal life,and the factors that facilitate or make it difficult.Data collected from 4 Ivorian industrial companies which represent a sample of 187 respondents according to the selection criteria.These collected data make it possible to identify the factors which act on the labor conflict towards the family as well as the factors which act on the family conflict towards the work within the industrial sector in Cte d'Ivoire.The results of the correlation coefficients show that the relationships between the proposed variables are significant and in the direction suggested for the most part,thus providing support for nine of the ten hypotheses affecting these relationships.According to some results obtained,it was discovered that certain factors could be at the same time,factors of conflict and satisfaction,such as the commitment to work or the nature of the work.These variables can simultaneously increase stress,and increase the self-esteem of the worker.The results of the analysis of the proposed model recommend the possibility that the data fit the model well,explaining the impacts of work,non-work and stressors on work-family conflict.This indicates that the proposed model is adapted to the Ivorian context. 展开更多
