For a long time,rural economic development has put economic benefits in the first place,ignoring the impact of unreasonable land use on local land resources and ecological environment,which is not conducive to the lon...For a long time,rural economic development has put economic benefits in the first place,ignoring the impact of unreasonable land use on local land resources and ecological environment,which is not conducive to the long-term high-quality development of local economy and sustainable land use.There is an urgent need to study the relationship between sustainable land use and rural economic development in order to achieve the coordinated development of the two.By using the methods of literature research and field investigation,this paper studies Meining Village,Tiandong County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The study found that farmers tend to plant pure eucalyptus forest,single land use structure,short-term rotation planting model and traditional afforestation and land preparation technology are not conducive to sustainable land use in forest areas,and affected by economic and educational factors,farmers livelihood is relatively simple,so the development of rural economy will be restricted.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following solutions:changing the land use model of Meining Village to promote sustainable land use;introducing advanced science and technology and diversified livelihood ways to promote the sustainable development of rural economy;building a virtuous circle of sustainable land use and rural economic development.展开更多

The establishment of a unified land use classification system is the basis for realizing the unified management of land and sea,urban and rural areas,and aboveground and underground space.In November 2020,the Ministry...The establishment of a unified land use classification system is the basis for realizing the unified management of land and sea,urban and rural areas,and aboveground and underground space.In November 2020,the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China issued the Classification Guide for Land and Space Survey,Planning and Use Control of Land and Sea(for Trial Implementation),which aims to establish a national unified land and sea use classification system,lay an important foundation for scientific planning and unified management of natural resources,rational use and protection of natural resources,and speed up the construction of a new pattern of land and space development and protection.However,there are still some obvious shortcomings in the Classification Guide.This paper analyzes some problems existing in this classification standard from three aspects of logicality,rigorousness and comprehensiveness,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.This has important practical significance to better guiding the practice of land use and land resources management,and then to achieving the goal of unified management of natural resources.展开更多
Over the past ten years,large amounts of original research data related to Earth system science have been made available at a rapidly increasing rate.Such growing data stock helps researchers understand the human-Eart...Over the past ten years,large amounts of original research data related to Earth system science have been made available at a rapidly increasing rate.Such growing data stock helps researchers understand the human-Earth system across different fields.A substantial amount of this data is published by geoscientists as open-access in authoritative journals.If the information stored in this literature is properly extracted,there is significant potential to build a domain knowledge base.However,this potential remains largely unfulfilled in geoscience,with one of the biggest obstacles being the lack of publicly available related corpora and baselines.To fill this gap,the Earth Science Data Corpus(ESDC),an academic text corpus of 600 abstracts,was built from the international journal Earth System Science Data(ESSD).To the best of our knowledge,ESDC is the first corpus with the needed detail to provide a professional training dataset for knowledge extraction and construction of domain-specific knowledge graphs from massive amounts of literature.The production process of ESDC incorporates both the contextual features of spatiotemporal entities and the linguistic characteristics of academic literature.Furthermore,annotation guidelines and procedures tailored for Earth science data are formulated to ensure reliability.ChatGPT with zero-and few-shot prompting,BARTNER generative,and W2NER discriminative models were trained on ESDC to evaluate the performance of the name entity recognition task and showed increasing performance metrics,with the highest achieved by BARTNER.Performance metrics for various entity types output by each model were also assessed.We utilized the trained BARTNER model to perform model inference on a larger unlabeled literature corpus,aiming to automatically extract a broader and richer set of entity information.Subsequently,the extracted entity information was mapped and associated with the Earth science data knowledge graph.Around this knowledge graph,this paper validates multiple downstream applications,including hot topic research analysis,scientometric analysis,and knowledge-enhanced large language model question-answering systems.These applications have demonstrated that the ESDC can provide scientists from different disciplines with information on Earth science data,help them better understand and obtain data,and promote further exploration in their respective professional fields.展开更多
