目的 对老龄高血压患者血压变异性和体位性低血压之间的相关性进行分析.方法 选取180例老龄高血压患者,对其数据资料进行分析,分析血压变异性与体位性低血压之间的关系.结果 ①第3三分位患者年龄、收缩压、饮酒高于第1三分位;第3三分位... 目的 对老龄高血压患者血压变异性和体位性低血压之间的相关性进行分析.方法 选取180例老龄高血压患者,对其数据资料进行分析,分析血压变异性与体位性低血压之间的关系.结果 ①第3三分位患者年龄、收缩压、饮酒高于第1三分位;第3三分位患者收缩压高于第2三分位(P<0.05);其他数据比较无差异(P>0.05).②第3三分位收缩压、舒张压与体位性低血压检出率均高于第1与第2三分位患者(P<0.05).③与第1三分位比较,第3三分位是体位性低血压的危险因素;模型2在模型1的基础上校正年龄、性别,第3三分位为体位性低血压的危险因素;模型3在模型2的基础上校正收缩压、BMI、饮酒等,第3三分位是体位性低血压的阴险因素.结论 老老龄高血压患者血压变异与体位性低血压有着很大的相关性. 展开更多

In recent decades,Southwest China(SWC)has suffered from frequent super droughts,leading to severe economic losses and ecological degradation.This study investigates the characteristics of super droughts in SWC during 1961-2022,reveals the compounding effect of multiscalar anomalies,and explores the plausible atmospheric circulation mechanisms responsible.The nature of super drought is a compound drought caused by the superposition of extreme drought events across multiple time scales.By contrasting the typical drought cases in 2006 and 2022,the decisive role of multiscalar drought compounding is confirmed.Based on the Comprehensive Multiscalar Index(CMI),multiple super drought events in SWC were identified to be temporally clustered during 2006-2014.Among them,the decadal background of enhanced evaporation and precipitation deficit at long time scales is a necessary condition for shaping the overall pattern of super droughts,while the precipitation and evaporation anomalies at short time scales trigger the outbreak of super droughts,determining the exact timing of occurrence.These events include August-September 2006,November 2009 to May 2010,July-October 2011,April-May 2012,January-April 2013,etc.Statistical results suggest that the contribution of superposed precipitation anomalies to super drought is 2.4 times that of evaporation.As regards the circulation mechanisms affecting multiscalar precipitation,the anomalous spatial patterns at short-term and long-term scales are similar,featuring the cyclonic circulation over the South China Sea and the northeasterly wind anomalies together with the subsidence center over SWC.During 2006-2014,the possible causes for the cross-seasonal persistent precipitation reduction in SWC are the extreme negative phase of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)in the North Pacific as well as the pronounced warming of the warm pool in the western Pacific.The key dynamic processes are outlined as follows.On the one hand,the negative PDO phase generates anomalous anticyclonic circulation in the North Pacific,with the northeasterly winds on its southwest flank extending to Southeast Asia,hindering moisture transport into SWC.On the other hand,the warming of the warm pool excites anomalous cyclonic circulation to its northwest,also giving rise to northeasterly wind anomalies over SWC.Meanwhile,the ascending motion over the warm pool region diverges at upper levels with outflows converging aloft over SWC,which further induces compensating downward motion there.The combined effect of the above two remote forcings establishes a climatic background state unfavorable for precipitation over SWC at long time scales,thus constituting a crucial prerequisite for the superimposition of short-term precipitation anomalies to develop into super droughts. 展开更多

The application of anti-drift nozzles,such as air-induction nozzles,is the most common recommendation for reducing spray drift;To reduce the risk of coarse droplets bouncing and rolling produced by anti-drift nozzles,various types of adjuvants were screened by comparing their atomization performance,surface tension and contact angle,in order to identify favourable adjuvants that are compatible with anti-drift nozzles.It was found from the study results that the addition of 50%neem crude oil emulsifiable concentrate(neem oil),isomeric alcohol ethoxylates and BYK-405 all significantly decreased distribution span(S)and the percentage of droplet size less than 150μm(ΦVol_(<150μm))values,but significantly promoted the median volume(D_(50))value.And the surface tension measurement results showed that all tested adjuvants significantly reduced the surface tension,while neem oil,FC4430 and silwetl-77 were observed with a most significant effects;Furthermore,all tested adjuvants except BYK-051N could also significantly decrease the contact angle,and the difference between neem oil,FC4430 and silwetl-77 was significant.Wind tunnel test results clearly demonstrated that the application of IDKA(a combination of air-induction nozzle IDK120-01 and neem oil)substantially decreased the drift deposition amount;In addition,the field experiments revealed that IDKA possessed a significantly improved deposition amount per unit area on canopy or bottom,leading to a more effective deposition.These results suggest that the use of IDK120-01 nozzle and neem oil can effectively reduce spray drift,lessen surface tension and enhance spreading. 展开更多

Simultaneous catalytic removal of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs)and nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))emission at low temperature is of great significance to solve the multiple air pollution problem caused during waste incineration.A novel catalyst with excellent low-temperature activity towards PCDD/Fs catalytic decomposition,as well as selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO with NH_(3)is urgently needed to simultaneously control PCDD/Fs and NO emis-sions.Manganese-cerium composite oxides supported on titanium dioxide(MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2))or TiO_(2)and carbon nano-tubes(CNTs)composite carrier(MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)-CNTs)were prepared using sol-gel method,and their catalytic activity towards simultaneous abatement of ortho-dichlorobenzene(o-DCBz,model molecular to simulate PCDD/Fs)and NO was investigated.In comparison with their removal,the simultaneous removal efficiencies of o-DCBz and NO over MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)catalyst are lowered to 27.9%and 51.3%at 150℃under the gas hourly space velocity(GHSV)of 15,000 h−1,due to the competition between the reactants for the limited surface acid sites and surface reactive oxygen species.CNTs addition improves the catalytic activity for their simultaneous removal.The optimum condition occurs on MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)combined with 20 wt.%CNTs that above 70%of o-DCBz and NO are removed simultaneously.Characterization results reveal that MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)/TiO_(2)-CNTs catalyst with proper CNTs content has larger Brunauer-Emmet-Teller surface area and greatly improved surface acidity property,which are beneficial to both o-DCBz and NO adsorption.Moreover,the relatively higher surface atomic concentration of Mn^(4+)as well as the existence of abundant surface Ce^(3+)atom accelerates the redox cycle of the catalyst and enriches the surface reactive oxygen species.All the above factors alleviate the competition effect between o-DCBz catalytic oxidation and NH_(3)-SCR reaction and are conducive to the simultaneous abatement of o-DCBz and NO.However,excess CNTs make less contribution on enhancing the interaction between Mn atom and Ce atom,thereby result-ing in less improvement in the catalytic activity. 展开更多
