Up-Sampled Cross-Correlation Based Object Tracking & Vibration Measurement in Agriculture Tractor System

This research introduces a challenge in integrating and cleaning the data,which is a crucial task in object matching.While the object is detected and then measured,the vibration at different light intensities may influence the durability and reliability of mechanical systems or structures and cause problems such as damage,abnormal stopping,and disaster.Recent research failed to improve the accuracy rate and the computation time in tracking an object and in the vibration measurement.To solve all these problems,this proposed research simplifies the scaling factor determination by assigning a known real-world dimension to a predetermined portion of the image.A novel white color sticker of the known dimensions marked with a color dot is pasted on the surface of an object for the best result in the template matching using the Improved Up-Sampled Cross-Correlation(UCC)algorithm.The vibration measurement is calculated using the Finite-Difference Algorithm(FDA),a machine vision systemfitted with a macro lens sensor that is capable of capturing the image at a closer range,which does not affect the quality of displacement measurement from the video frames.Thefield test was conducted on the TAFE(Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited)tractor parts,and the percentage of error was recorded between 30%and 50%at very low vibration values close to zero,whereas it was recorded between 5%and 10%error in most high-accelerations,the essential range for vibration analysis.Finally,the suggested system is more suitable for measuring the vibration of stationary machinery having low frequency ranges.The use of a macro lens enables to capture of image frames at very close-ups.A 30%to 50%error percentage has been reported when the vibration amplitude is very small.Therefore,this study is not suitable for Nano vibration analysis. 展开更多

In The Wireless Multimedia Sensor Network(WNSMs)have achieved popularity among diverse communities as a result of technological breakthroughs in sensor and current gadgets.By utilising portable technologies,it achieves solid and significant results in wireless communication,media transfer,and digital transmission.Sensor nodes have been used in agriculture and industry to detect characteristics such as temperature,moisture content,and other environmental conditions in recent decades.WNSMs have also made apps easier to use by giving devices self-governing access to send and process data connected with appro-priate audio and video information.Many video sensor network studies focus on lowering power consumption and increasing transmission capacity,but the main demand is data reliability.Because of the obstacles in the sensor nodes,WMSN is subjected to a variety of attacks,including Denial of Service(DoS)attacks.Deep Convolutional Neural Network is designed with the stateaction relationship mapping which is used to identify the DDOS Attackers present in the Wireless Sensor Networks for Smart Agriculture.The Proposed work it performs the data collection about the traffic conditions and identifies the deviation between the network conditions such as packet loss due to network congestion and the presence of attackers in the network.It reduces the attacker detection delay and improves the detection accuracy.In order to protect the network against DoS assaults,an improved machine learning technique must be offered.An efficient Deep Neural Network approach is provided for detecting DoS in WMSN.The required parameters are selected using an adaptive particle swarm optimization technique.The ratio of packet transmission,energy consumption,latency,network length,and throughput will be used to evaluate the approach’s efficiency. 展开更多

Obstructive Sleep Apnea(OSA)is a respiratory syndrome that occurs due to insufficient airflow through the respiratory or respiratory arrest while sleeping and sometimes due to the reduced oxygen saturation.The aim of this paper is to analyze the respiratory signal of a person to detect the Normal Breathing Activity and the Sleep Apnea(SA)activity.In the proposed method,the time domain and frequency domain features of respiration signal obtained from the PPG device are extracted.These features are applied to the Classification and Regression Tree(CART)-Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)classifier which classifies the signal into normal breathing signal and sleep apnea signal.The proposed method is validated to measure the performance metrics like sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and F1 score by applying time domain and frequency domain features separately.Additionally,the performance of the CART-PSO(CPSO)classification algorithm is evaluated through comparing its measures with existing classification algorithms.Concurrently,the effect of the PSO algorithm in the classifier is validated by varying the parameters of PSO. 展开更多
