黑穗病已成为影响甘蔗产量和含糖量的重要病害。为从蛋白质水平探讨甘蔗应答黑穗病菌的分子机制,本实验选用抗黑穗病品种桂糖29号和感黑穗病品种崖城71-374,处理组用浸渍法接种黑穗病菌,对照组用无菌水模拟接菌,在接种180 d后采取甘蔗叶... 黑穗病已成为影响甘蔗产量和含糖量的重要病害。为从蛋白质水平探讨甘蔗应答黑穗病菌的分子机制,本实验选用抗黑穗病品种桂糖29号和感黑穗病品种崖城71-374,处理组用浸渍法接种黑穗病菌,对照组用无菌水模拟接菌,在接种180 d后采取甘蔗叶片,使用iTRAQ技术对蛋白质组进行研究。结果显示,桂糖29号中有定量信息蛋白1429个,差异表达蛋白290个,其中上调表达蛋白153个,下调表达蛋白137个;崖城71-374中有定量信息蛋白1576个,差异表达蛋白125个,其中上调表达蛋白55个,下调表达蛋白70个。抗病品种桂糖29号中差异表达蛋白数多于感病品种崖城71-374,且桂糖29号在KEGG富集到的代谢通路也更多,可能被侵染后抗病品种的免疫调节机制更为复杂,涉及的调控通路网更广。经对光合作用、抗氧化系统、钙信号、苯丙烷类代谢、激素相关差异表达蛋白及共有差异表达蛋白分析,发现光合作用通路、ROS、ABA、钙信号通路相关蛋白在2个品种中多为上调表达,且桂糖29号的上调表达蛋白数多于崖城71-374,可能参与甘蔗后期对黑穗病的应答。植物抗病是一个复杂的过程,需要多种功能与途径参与调控。在本实验中没有发现苯丙烷类代谢途径及一些酶(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶、过氧化氢酶)、激素(生长素、乙烯、赤霉素)参与甘蔗的抗病过程,可能与采样时间有关。 展开更多

【目的】研究不同甘蔗品种与黑穗病菌长期互作过程中相关酶活性及内源激素含量的变化,为甘蔗应答黑穗病菌侵染的抗性机制提供理论依据。【方法】选用抗黑穗病品种桂糖29号和感黑穗病品种崖城71-374,用浸渍法接种黑穗病菌,对照组用无菌... 【目的】研究不同甘蔗品种与黑穗病菌长期互作过程中相关酶活性及内源激素含量的变化,为甘蔗应答黑穗病菌侵染的抗性机制提供理论依据。【方法】选用抗黑穗病品种桂糖29号和感黑穗病品种崖城71-374,用浸渍法接种黑穗病菌,对照组用无菌水模拟接菌。在接菌后30、60、90和180 d取甘蔗+1位叶为样品,分析几丁质酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及生长素(IAA)、细胞分裂素(CTK)和乙烯(ETH)含量的变化。【结果】在整个侵染期间,两个甘蔗品种叶片的几丁质酶活性、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性及IAA、CTK含量呈逐步降低或波动下降趋势,均在接种后180 d达最低值,而CAT活性整体上呈上升趋势,在接种后180 d达最高值;其中抗性品种桂糖29号的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性和ETH含量在整个浸染过程均高于感病品种崖城71-374。【结论】甘蔗在不同时期应答黑穗病菌胁迫的生理生化反应不同,感病品种与抗病品种的防御机制可能存在差异。 展开更多

The various methods for microwave processing of materials exhibit numerous advantages,such as short processing times,high yield,expanded reaction conditions,high reproducibility,and high purity of products.Microwave-assisted synthesis strategies have been widely adopted for the preparation of highperformance graphene-based materials for supercapacitor electrodes.Metal oxides,mixed metal oxides,metal hydroxides,layered double hydroxides,carbon nanotubes and conducting polymers are some of the main materials which have been added to graphene derivatives for advanced composite/hybrid electrodes.This review article first provides a brief introduction and an overview of microwave heating and its advantages for processing graphene-based electrode materials.After that,a systematic survey of recently published research on microwave irradiation-assisted processing is presented,focusing on:(i)transformation of graphite/graphite oxide into graphene/graphene oxide by exfoliation and reduction;(ii)formation of graphene derivatives in various liquid and gaseous media;(iii)modification of graphene derivatives with various metal oxides/hydroxides,carbon nanotubes,and conducting polymers for use in supercapacitors.Major challenges and future perspectives for microwave-assisted processing of graphene-based materials for cutting-edge supercapacitor electrode applications are also summarized in the conclusion. 展开更多

Corrosion of Snails (Gastropods) in Acidic Environment and Their Protection

But these sources of water are contami... Snails’ protection is essential because this species is to maintain a balanced ecology of water sources. They occur in rivers as well as ponds and balance the pH level of water. But these sources of water are contaminated by effluents, pollutants, acid rain, particulates, biological wastes etc. They can change the pH of water. Water is absorber of carbon dioxide and it converts carbon dioxide into carbonic. Other above mentioned wastes also increase the concentration of H+ ions in water. They produce hostile environment for snails. The outer part of snails is made of CaCO3. It produces chemical reaction in acidic medium and corrosion reaction is accelerated, and thus deterioration starts on the surface of snails. This medium makes their survival become miserable. For this work, corrosion of the snails’ study in the pH values of water is 6.5 in H2CO3 environment. The corrosion rates of snails were calculated by gravimetric methods and potentiostat technique. Aloe Vera was used for corrosion protection in acidic medium. The surface adsorption phenomenon was studied by Langmuir isotherm. Aloe Vera formed thin surface film on the interface of snails which adhered with chemical bonding. It was confirmed by activation energy, heat of adsorption, free energy, enthalpy and entropy. The results of surface coverage area and inhibitors efficiency indicated that Aloe Vera developed a strong protective barrier in the acidic medium. 展开更多

Chloride ions interact with aluminium in marine atmosphere to form corrosion cell.Due to this corrosion reaction occurs on their surface,aluminium is oxidized into Al3+.The corrosion reaction accelerates deterioration in metal and it produces galvanic,pitting,stress,crevice,intergranular corrosion.Chloride ions decrease internal and external strength of aluminium metal.It is a very important metal so used in different appliances for e.g.road,water,air transports,housing,railways and other fields.Nanocoating and electrospray techniques used to check the corrosion of aluminium metal.For nanocoating and electrospray materials applied tetrahydro-dibenzo[a,d][7]annulene-5,11-dihydrazone and MgO.Both materials formed composite barrier and developed a passive surface for Cl-ions.This barrier reduced the corrosion rate of aluminium.Nozzle spray and chemical vapour deposition technique used for coating process.The corrosion rate of metal was determined by gravimetric method.Corrosion potential and current density were calculated by potentiostat.The composite barrier formation was confirmed by activation energy,heat of adsorption,free energy,enthalpy and entropy.These thermal parameters were obtained by Arrhenius equation,Langmuir isotherm and Transition state equation.The adsorption of tetrahydro-dibenzo[a,d][7]annulene-5,11-dihydrazone and MgO electrospray on aluminium surface was depicted by Langmuir,Frundlich and Temkin isotherm.The results of surface coverage area and coating efficiency were noticed that both materials were mitigated the corrosion rate of aluminium in chloride ions environment. 展开更多

The significance of graphene and its two-dimensional(2D)analogous inorganic layered materials especially as hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)and molybdenum disulphide(MoS2)for“clean energy”applications became apparent over the last few years due to their extraordinary properties.In this review article we study the current progress and selected challenges in the syntheses of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 including energy storage applications as supercapacitors and batteries.Various substrates/catalysts(metals/insulator/semiconducting)have been used to obtain graphene,h-BN and MoS2 using different kinds of precursors.The most widespread methods for synthesis of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 layers are chemical vapor deposition(CVD),plasma-enhanced CVD,hydro/solvothermal methods,liquid phase exfoliation,physical methods etc.Current research has shown that graphene,h-BN and MoS2 layered materials modified with metal oxide can have an insightful influence on the performance of energy storage devices as supercapacitors and batteries.This review article also contains the discussion on the opportunities and perspectives of these materials(graphene,h-BN and MoS2)in the energy storage fields.We expect that this witen review article including recent research on energy storage will help in generating new insights for further development and practical applications of graphene,h-BN and MoS2 layers based materials. 展开更多

About two thirds of the population in India lives in villages.There is an acute shortage of health centers in rural areas.Hospitals are not located uniformly across different regions of country.Rural areas are also not well connected with cities due to a lack of infrastructure.Therefore,the demand for super specialty hospitals is greater in rural areas.This paper has analyzed the health requirement in a prominent Indian state,Bihar,in terms of population density.The purpose of this study is to illustrate the hospital site-selection problem by using the fuzzy extended elimination and choice expressing reality(ELECTRE)approach.Different attributes considered for site selection in this paper are cost,proximity,population characteristics,availability of human resources,accessibility,environment,etc.The findings of the study will be of great value to the health ministry and policy makers in taking judicious decision s while selecting the site for a new hospital or health center. 展开更多

The aim of the paper is to benchmark the performance of the Indian fertilizermanufacturing organizations based on the ranking of efficiencies using a fuzzy data envelopment analysis(FDEA).FDEA has been used to find the relative efficiency and ranking of the fertilizer-manufacturing organizations.The last few years’data have been converted into the fuzzy inputs and outputs as minimum,mean,and maximum values,respectively.The performance of the fertilizer manufacturing organizations is based on the output maximization model of DEA.The frontier organizations set the benchmark for the lagging organizations for further improvement in the performance.This method can also be used to incorporate the data of the several years for multiple inputs and outputs instead of consideration of data of only one year.The proposed approach in this study may help organizations to improve its efficiency to fulfill its goal. 展开更多

The world's oceans have played an important role in sequestering atmospheric carbon dioxide through solubility and the action of algae.Fixation of atmospheric carbon dioxide by photoautotrophic algal cultures has the potential to diminish the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere,thereby helping to alleviate the trend toward global warming.This work investigates the role of algae in controlling the level of atmospheric carbon dioxide.Partial Rank Correlation Coefficients(PRCCs)technique is used to address how the concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide is affected by changes in a specific parameter disregarding the uncertainty over the rest of the model parameters.Parameters related to algal growth are shown to significantly reduce the level of atmospheric CO_(2).Further,we explore the dynamics of nonautonomous system by incorporating the seasonal variations of sonic ecologically important model parameters.Our nonautonomous system exhibits globally attractive positive periodic solution,and also the appearance of double periodic solution is observed.Moreover,by letting the seasonally forced parameters as almost periodic functions of time,we show almost periodic behavior of the system.Our findings suggest that the policy makers should focus on continuous addition of nutrients in the ocean to accelerate the algal growth thereby reducing the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. 展开更多
