The absence of desmosome involvement allows to differentiate this condition from others such as acantholytic acanthoma. We report the first case, to our knowledge, of a 54- year- old male patient exhibiting disseminated scrotal, gluteal, inguinal and perineal epidermolytic acanthomas.展开更多
