目的:探讨前牙区连续多牙即刻种植、即刻修复治疗的可行性及临床效果。方法:选取2015年11月—2018年6月就诊于北京大学口腔医院种植科的相邻多个前牙无法保留而行即刻种植的21例患者。将患者分为上颌组(10例)和下颌组(11例),于即刻种植...目的:探讨前牙区连续多牙即刻种植、即刻修复治疗的可行性及临床效果。方法:选取2015年11月—2018年6月就诊于北京大学口腔医院种植科的相邻多个前牙无法保留而行即刻种植的21例患者。将患者分为上颌组(10例)和下颌组(11例),于即刻种植手术当天(T0)行即刻修复,术后6个月行永久修复。术后1年(T1)评价修复体、种植体存留率及种植体边缘骨吸收(marginal bone loss,MBL)情况;分别于T0和T1时对患者进行软组织美学(pink esthetic score,PES)评分及Jemt牙间乳头评分。结果:T1时,2组修复体存留率为100%,种植体存留率为100%。上颌组:10例患者共植入21枚种植体,T0时,PES评分为(12.5±2.8)分,Jemt牙间乳头评分为(2.1±0.7)分;T1时,PES评分为(11.8±3.0)分,Jemt牙间乳头评分为(1.9±0.7)分,种植体近中MBL为(0.4±0.5)mm,种植体远中MBL为(0.5±0.6)mm。下颌组:11例患者共植入22枚种植体,T0时,PES评分为(8.7±3.1)分,Jemt牙间乳头评分为(1.6±0.5)分;T1时,PES评分为(7.9±2.0)分,Jemt牙间乳头评分为(1.5±0.7)分,种植体近中MBL为(0.2±0.3)mm,种植体远中MBL为(0.3±0.5)mm。分别比较两组T1与T0时的PES、Jemt牙间乳头评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:观察期内,前牙区连续多牙即刻种植、即刻修复效果稳定,牙间乳头保存效果好。展开更多

The results showed that among "the homonucleo_heterocytoplasmic lines", resistance of calli to G. zeae toxin was different; the difference of cytoplasmic effect among different nucleoplasm combinations showed certain nucleoplasm interaction relation. Resistance of hybrid F 1 plants of reciprocal cross between alloplasmic line and disease-sensitive wheat variety to wheat scab was of clear difference. Hybrid F 1 of reciprocal cross between Ae. ventricosa cytoplasmic wheat and disease-sensitive or -resistant wheat variety all exhibited fine resistance effect of alloplasm. Compared with general common wheat variety, most alloplasmic wheats tested have stronger resistance. A few selected lines having Ae. ventricosa cytoplasm have a strong and stable resistance to scab.
