Supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)systems are computer systems that gather and analyze real-time data,distributed control systems are specially designed automated control system that consists of geographi...Supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)systems are computer systems that gather and analyze real-time data,distributed control systems are specially designed automated control system that consists of geographically distributed control elements,and other smaller control systems such as programmable logic controllers are industrial solid-state computers that monitor inputs and outputs and make logic-based decisions.In recent years,there has been a lot of focus on the security of industrial control systems.Due to the advancement in information technologies,the risk of cyberattacks on industrial control system has been drastically increased.Because they are so inextricably tied to human life,any damage to them might have devastating consequences.To provide an efficient solution to such problems,this paper proposes a new approach to intrusion detection.First,the important features in the dataset are determined by the difference between the distribution of unlabeled and positive data which is deployed for the learning process.Then,a prior estimation of the class is proposed based on a support vector machine.Simulation results show that the proposed approach has better anomaly detection performance than existing algorithms.展开更多
With the rapid development of the fresh cold chain logistics distribution and the prevalence of low carbon concept,this paper proposed an optimization model of low carbon fresh cold chain logistics distribution route ...With the rapid development of the fresh cold chain logistics distribution and the prevalence of low carbon concept,this paper proposed an optimization model of low carbon fresh cold chain logistics distribution route considering customer satisfaction,and combined with time,space,weight,distribution rules and other constraints to optimize the distribution model.At the same time,transportation cost,penalty cost,overloading cost,carbon tax cost and customer satisfaction were considered as the components of the objective function,and the thought of cost efficiency was taken into account,so as to establish a distribution model based on the ratio of minimum total cost to maximum satisfaction as the objective function.Then,the improved A∗algorithm and ant colony algorithm were used to construct the model solution.Through the simulation analysis results of different calculation examples,the effectiveness,efficiency and correctness of the design of the single target low-carbon fresh agricultural products cold chain model by using the improved ant colony algorithm were verified.展开更多
As a new mode and means of smart manufacturing,smart cloud manufacturing(SCM)faces great challenges in massive supply and demand,dynamic resource collaboration and intelligent adaptation.To address the problem,this pa...As a new mode and means of smart manufacturing,smart cloud manufacturing(SCM)faces great challenges in massive supply and demand,dynamic resource collaboration and intelligent adaptation.To address the problem,this paper proposes an SCM-oriented dynamic supply-demand(SD)intelligent adaptation model for massive manufacturing services.In this model,a collaborative network model is established based on the properties of both the supply-demand and their relationships;in addition,an algorithm based on deep graph clustering(DGC)and aligned sampling(AS)is used to divide and conquer the large adaptation domain to solve the problem of the slow computational speed caused by the high complexity of spatiotemporal search in the collaborative network model.At the same time,an intelligent supply-demand adaptation method driven by the quality of service(QoS)is established,in which the experiences of adaptation are shared among adaptation subdomains through deep reinforcement learning(DRL)powered by a transfer mechanism to improve the poor adaptation results caused by dynamic uncertainty.The results show that the model and the solution proposed in this paper can performcollaborative and intelligent supply-demand adaptation for themassive and dynamic resources in SCM through autonomous learning and can effectively performglobal supply-demand matching and optimal resource allocation.展开更多

In this pap...Blood vessels in ophthalmoscope images play an important role in diagnosis of some serious pathology on retinal images. Hence, accurate extraction of vessels is becoming a main topic of this research area. In this paper, a new hybrid approach called the (Genetic algorithm and vertex chain code) for blood vessel detection. And this method uses geometrical parameters of retinal vascular tree for diagnosing of hypertension and identified retinal exudates automatically from color retinal images. The skeletons of the segmented trees are produced by thinning. Three types of landmarks in the skeleton must be detected: terminal points, bifurcation and crossing points, these points are labeled and stored as a chain code. Results of the proposed system can achieve a diagnostic accuracy with 96.0% sensitivity and 98.4% specificity for the identification of images containing any evidence of retinopathy.展开更多
