面向高速公路智能度分级的路侧感知设备优化布设方法

感知设备采集的交通数据是智能交通运输系统高效运行的关键,而交通数据的准确性和时效性与感知设备的空间密度和具体位置密切相关。在交通数据采集系统中,既要获得给定精度和完整度的交通数据,又要尽量减少在路网中的感知设备布置的数... 感知设备采集的交通数据是智能交通运输系统高效运行的关键,而交通数据的准确性和时效性与感知设备的空间密度和具体位置密切相关。在交通数据采集系统中,既要获得给定精度和完整度的交通数据,又要尽量减少在路网中的感知设备布置的数量。为保证多元感知设备在满足感知性能指标的同时,能服从布设成本约束的条件并合理地布设在高速公路上,提出一种基于DBSCAN聚类的高速公路路段划分方法和基于遗传算法的路测设备优化布设方法。其次,对基于DBSCAN聚类和遗传算法的多元感知设备布设方法进行验证,构建智慧高速感知设备的仿真平台,以杭甬高速G92和沪昆高速为案例,按照行业指南将路段划分为不同感知性能等级,并针对L1和L2级路段应用优化布设方法。结果表明:L2级路段采用雷视一体机进行优化布设,检测精度达到98.5%;L1级路段选择视频检测器进行优化布设,检测精度可达84.2%。各路段的行程时间估计精度均较高,验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

TCT联合免疫组织化学在NSCLC恶性胸腔积液诊断中的价值 被引量:7

目的采用液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)与免疫组织化学检测甲状腺转录因子1(TTF-1)、细胞角蛋白7(CK7)、细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)和P63在恶性胸腔积液中的表达,探讨这2种检测方法联合诊断非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)致恶性胸腔积液及在分型诊断中的临... 目的采用液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)与免疫组织化学检测甲状腺转录因子1(TTF-1)、细胞角蛋白7(CK7)、细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)和P63在恶性胸腔积液中的表达,探讨这2种检测方法联合诊断非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)致恶性胸腔积液及在分型诊断中的临床价值。方法采用TCT对703例胸腔积液进行细胞学涂片,筛选出疑似肿瘤细胞和肿瘤细胞标本281例;再利用免疫组织化学染色对确诊为NSCLC恶性胸腔积液的137例患者进行肺腺癌、鳞癌分型诊断;最后采用ROC曲线计算其曲线下面积,进一步判断该指标是否具有诊断价值。结果初筛703例胸腔积液,137例为NSCLC所致的恶性积液,其中肺腺癌110例、肺鳞癌25例、肺腺鳞癌2例。CK5/6、P63、TTF-1及CK7在肺鳞癌和肺腺癌致恶性胸腔积液标本中的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CK5/6在肺鳞癌所致恶性胸腔积液中敏感性、特异性分别为92.86%(95%CI:0.64,0.99)和89.58%(95%CI:0.77,0.99);P63在肺鳞癌致恶性胸腔积液中敏感性、特异性分别为91.67%(95%CI:0.60,0.99)和72.73%(95%CI:0.54,0.86)。TTF-1在肺腺癌致恶性胸腔积液中的敏感性、特异性分别为87.18%(95%CI:0.77,0.93)和90.63%(95%CI:0.74,0.98);CK7在肺腺癌致恶性胸腔积液中敏感性、特异性分别为94.23%(95%CI:0.83,0.98)和75.00%(95%CI:0.41,0.93)。TTF-1和CK7诊断肺腺癌致恶性胸腔积液的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.821和0.774;CK5/6和P63诊断肺鳞癌致恶性胸腔积液的(AUC)分别为0.805和0.755。结论TTF-1和CK7、CK5/6和P63分别对肺腺癌、鳞癌致恶性胸腔积液有重要的诊断价值,TCT联合免疫组织化学对良恶性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断及NSCLC致恶性胸腔积液的分型诊断具有临床应用价值,值得推广应用。 展开更多

Gastric cancer(GC) is the third leading cause of cancerrelated death worldwide.In areas of high prevalence,such as Japan,South Korea and China,most cases of GC are related to Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),which involves well-characterized sequential stages,including infection,atrophic gastritis,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,and GC.Mucins are the most abundant highmolecular-weight glycoproteins in mucus,which is the first line of defense and plays a major role in blocking pathogenic factors.Normal gastric mucosa shows expression of MUC1,MUC5 AC and MUC6 that is specific to cell type.However,the specific pattern of MUC1,MUC5 AC and MUC6 expression is changed in gastric carcinogenesis,accompanied by de novo expression of secreted MUC2.Recent studies have provided evidence that variations in these mucin genes affect many steps of GC development,such as H.pylori infection,and gastric precancerous lesions.In this review,we focus on studies of the association between polymorphisms in mucin genes and development of GC.This information should be helpful for the early detection,surveillance,and treatment of GC. 展开更多

We investigate photon coalescence in a lossy non-Hermitian system and study a dynamic device modeled by a beam splitter with an extra intrinsic phase term added in the transformation matrix,with which the device is a lossy non-Hermitian linear system.The two-photon interference behavior is altered accordingly since this extra intrinsic phase affects the unitary of transformation and the coalescence of the incoming photons.We calculate the coincidence between two single-photon pulses,considering the interferometric phase between two pulses and the extra intrinsic phase as the tunable parameters.The extra phase turns the famous Hong–Ou–Mandel dip into a bump,with the visibility dependent on both the interferometric phase and the extra phase. 展开更多

The intratumoral microbiome(TM)refers to the microorganisms in the tumor tissues,including bacteria,fungi,viruses,and so on,and is distinct from the gut microbiome and circulating microbiota.TM is strongly associated with tumorigenesis,progression,metastasis,and response to therapy.This paper highlights the current status of TM.Tract sources,adjacent normal tissue,circulatory system,and concomitant tumor co-metastasis are the main origin of TM.The advanced techniques in TM analysis are comprehensively summarized.Besides,TMis involved in tumor progression through several mechanisms,including DNA damage,activation of oncogenic signaling pathways(phosphoinositide 3-kinase[PI3K],signal transducer and activator of transcription[STAT],WNT/β-catenin,and extracellular regulated protein kinases[ERK]),influence of cytokines and induce inflammatory responses,and interaction with the tumor microenvironment(anti-tumor immunity,pro-tumor immunity,and microbial-derived metabolites).Moreover,promising directions of TM in tumor therapy include immunotherapy,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,the application of probiotics/prebiotics/synbiotics,fecal microbiome transplantation,engineered microbiota,phage therapy,and oncolytic virus therapy.The inherent challenges of clinical application are also summarized.This review provides a comprehensive landscape for analyzing TM,especially the TM-related mechanisms and TM-based treatment in cancer. 展开更多

Lead-free perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)manifests great potential in developing high-performance,environmentally friendly,solution-processable photodetectors(PDs).However,due to the relatively large energy bandgap,the spectrum responses of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PDs are limited to the ultraviolet and visible region with wavelengths shorter than 560 nm.In this work,a broadband Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD covering the ultraviolet,visible,and near infrared(NIR)range is demonstrated by incorporating titanium nitride(TiN)nanoparticles that are prepared with the assistance of self-assembled polystyrene sphere array.In addition,an atomically thick Al2O3layer is introduced at the interface between the Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)film and TiN nanoparticles to alleviate the dark current deterioration caused by nanoparticle incorporation.As a result,beyond the spectrum range where Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)absorbs light,the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of the TiN nanoparticle incorporated Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD is enhanced significantly compared with that of the control,displaying enhancement factors as high as 2000 over a broadband NIR wavelength range.The demonstrated enhancement in EQE arises from the photocurrent contribution of plasmonic hot holes injected from TiN nanoparticles into Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6).This work promotes the development of broadband solution-processable perovskite PDs,providing a promising strategy for realizing photodetection in the NIR region. 展开更多

目的中脑星形胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(MANF)可能对视网膜光感受器细胞和视网膜神经节细胞具有保护性作用。但是其作用机制还不清楚。本研究探索MANF在视网膜上的作用通路,为其在眼科的应用奠定基础。方法选用Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠25... 目的中脑星形胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(MANF)可能对视网膜光感受器细胞和视网膜神经节细胞具有保护性作用。但是其作用机制还不清楚。本研究探索MANF在视网膜上的作用通路,为其在眼科的应用奠定基础。方法选用Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠25只,体重0.2~0.25 kg。采用数字表法,随机将大鼠分为未处理组和处理组。其中,未处理组5只,处理组左眼注射重组人MANF10μg (3μl),右眼注射磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)3μl,分别于注射后0.5 h、1 h、2 h及4 h四个时间点取材视网膜,每个时间点5只大鼠。新生大鼠视网膜分离培养原代Müller细胞,100ng/ml MANF处理细胞后,在不同时间点收集细胞Western blot检测磷酸化p44/42丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)的表达水平,冰冻切片免疫组化检测MANF诱导活化的磷酸化p44/42MAPK在视网膜上的定位。以Image J图像分析软件分析图像,Western blot条带密度比值和免疫荧光强度为计量资料以(x±s)表示;各时间点与未处理组组间,采用独立样本t检验的方法进行比较。结果 SD大鼠玻璃体腔注射MANF后,磷酸化p44/42MAPK的表达在0.5 h就开始明显升高,1 h达到高峰,较对照玻璃体腔注射PBS组和未处理组差异均具有统计学意义(t=21.18,4.41;P<0.05),然后逐渐下降,4 h降至未处理组水平。冰冻切片免疫组化检查结果显示磷酸化p44/42MAPK阳性的细胞位于视网膜内核层的Müller细胞,其荧光强度显著高于阴性未处理组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.41,P<0.05)。原代培养的Müller细胞经MANF处理后,磷酸化p44/42MAPK在5 min时较未处理组就有显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.48,6.43;P<0.05),15 min达到高峰,差异有统计学意义(t=19.57,9.18;P<0.05),到30 min降至正常水平。结论 p44/42MAPK信号通路参与了MANF的神经保护作用机制。MANF直接作用于视网膜Müller细胞,可能通过与Müller细胞的相互作用起到细胞保护性作用。 展开更多

MAPbI_(3)perovskite has attracted widespread interests for developing low-cost near infrared semiconductor gain media.However,it faces the instability issue under operation conditions,which remains a critical challenge.It is found that the instability of the MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser comes from the thermal-induced degradation progressing from the surface defects towards neighboring regions.By using PbI_(2) passivation,the defect-initiated degradation is significantly suppressed and the nanoplatelet degrades in a layer-by-layer way,enabling the MAPbI_(3)laser to sustain for 4500 s(2.7×10^(7) pulses),which is nearly three times longer than that of the nanoplatelet laser without passivation.Meanwhile,the PbI_(2) passivated MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser with the nanoplatelet cavity displays a maximum quality factor up to∼7800,the highest reported for all MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet cavities.Furthermore,a high stability MAPbI_(3)nanoplatelet laser that can last for 8500 s(5.1×10^(7) pulses)is demonstrated based on a dual passivation strategy,by retarding the defect-initiated degradation and surface-initiated degradation simultaneously.This work provides in-depth insights for understanding the operating degradation of perovskite lasers,and the dual passivation strategy paves the way for developing high stability near infrared semiconductor laser media. 展开更多
