苯基乙烯基低聚硅倍半氧烷的合成及乙烯基酯树脂复合物的性能

以苯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,制备了苯基乙烯基低聚硅倍半氧烷(MPOSS),采用^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,^(29)Si-NMR和MALDI-TOF-MS证明MPOSS段主体为完整的T10和T12笼型结构。将MPOSS用于乙烯基酯树脂(VER)制... 以苯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,制备了苯基乙烯基低聚硅倍半氧烷(MPOSS),采用^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,^(29)Si-NMR和MALDI-TOF-MS证明MPOSS段主体为完整的T10和T12笼型结构。将MPOSS用于乙烯基酯树脂(VER)制备了VER/MPOSS复合物,热重分析、差示扫描量热分析和力学性能测试表明,VER/MPOSS复合物的热稳定性和玻璃化转变温度随MPOSS比例增加而升高;相对于纯VER,添加20%的MPOSS后复合物的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和断裂力分别提高了203%,365%和200%,力学性能显著提升。极限氧指数、锥形量热、热重-红外等阻燃性能与机理研究表明,MPOSS促进了致密炭层的形成,阻止了有机挥发性产物的释放,降低了VER的热释放、烟释放和有毒气体释放量,增强了VER/MPOSS复合物的阻燃性能。综合认为,MPOSS同时提高了乙烯基酯树脂的力学性能、阻燃性能和综合性能。 展开更多

采用不完全缩聚七苯基硅倍半氧烷三硅醇(T 7-Ph-POSS)和七苯基硅倍半氧烷锂盐(Li-Ph-POSS)作为功能添加剂,以低添加量(1%)制备了2种含多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷(POSS)的环氧树脂(EP)复合材料,并对其热稳定性、光学性能、力学性能和阻燃性能... 采用不完全缩聚七苯基硅倍半氧烷三硅醇(T 7-Ph-POSS)和七苯基硅倍半氧烷锂盐(Li-Ph-POSS)作为功能添加剂,以低添加量(1%)制备了2种含多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷(POSS)的环氧树脂(EP)复合材料,并对其热稳定性、光学性能、力学性能和阻燃性能进行了研究。研究表明,T 7-Ph-POSS在EP中呈三维亚微米球形颗粒的分散,分散粒径为0.1~1μm,而Li-Ph-POSS在EP中实现了零维球形纳米颗粒的分散,分散粒径为40 nm左右;2种EP/POSS复合材料的热稳定性均有提升;含有Li-Ph-POSS的EP复合材料具有显著吸收蓝紫光的性质和良好的透明性,甚至在紫光区域的透过率接近于0;相比于纯EP,EP/Li-Ph-POSS的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别增加了40.2%,40.8%和3.8%,并且热释放速率峰值和烟释放速率峰值都出现了明显的降低。因此,EP/Li-Ph-POSS亦表现出明显的力学性能和阻燃性能的增强效应。 展开更多

As a versatile star product,poly(viny chloride)(PVC)has kept active in our dily lif all through since it was invented.However,the severe fire hazard andheavy smoke produced during combustion,particularly the extensively used flexible PC product,have been putzig manufacturers and researchers forages.Over the last decade,multifarious ftame retardants and smoke suppressants were developed for PVC materias.n this review combined literaturewith the results based on the research from our group,recent emerged fame retardants and smoke suppressants for PVC are introduced.Meanwhile,theflame retardant mechanisms and experimental analysis resuts are described to understand the relationship between characters of fame retardants (in-cluding chemical compositions,structures or morphologies)and fire performance of the composites.The potential substitutes for traditional harmfulflame retardant antimony trioxide are discussed aiming to the emphasis on increasing prominent environmental concerns.ln partcular,one section isdedicated to new approaches for the preparation of novel environmentally friendly and high-effciency fame retardants.is hoped that ths review wilnot only summarine the new emerged fame retardants and smoke suppressants for PVC,but also provide the new trend to prompt sequent explorationin both academic research and industrial application. 展开更多

The performance of task scheduling algorithm in cloud computing determines the performance of the cloud system.This study mainly analyzed the application of the artificial bee colony(ABC)algorithm in the cloud task scheduling.In order to solve the problem of cloud task scheduling,the ABC algorithm was discretized to get the discrete artificial bee colony(DABC)algorithm.Then the mathematical model of cloud task scheduling was established and solved by the DABC algorithm.Finally,the simulation experiment was carried out,and the performance of first-come-first-served(FCFS),MIN–MIN,ABC and DABC algorithms under different cloud tasks was compared to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm.The results showed that the user waiting time of the DABC algorithm was 1210s,the load balance degree was 0.01,and the user payment fee was 1688 yuan when the number of cloud tasks was 500;compared with other algorithms,the user waiting time of the DABC algorithm was shorter,the resource load balance degree was higher,and the overall performance was better.The research results verify the effectiveness of the DABC algorithm in solving the problem of cloud task optimal scheduling,and it can be further extended and applied in practice. 展开更多
