Because of its low price and simple design, Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys are considered to be suitable for practical applications. In this paper, we review the latest research on Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys. Firstly, the machine learning and density functional theory are introduced to provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys. Then, in order to improve the hydrogen storage performance, we briefly introduce the research of AB type and AB2 type Ti-based alloys, focusing on doping elements and adaptive after treatment. Finally, suggestions for the future research and development of Ti-based hydrogen storage alloys are proposed. .展开更多

The complex and changeable geological environment in the drilling makes lithology identification face many challenges. This paper studies the problems of difficult feature information extraction,low precision of thin-layer identification and limited applicability of the model in intelligent lithologic identification. The author tries to improve the comprehensive performance of the lithology identification model from three aspects: data feature extraction, class balance, and model design. A new real-time intelligent lithology identification model of dynamic felling strategy weighted random forest algorithm(DFW-RF) is proposed. According to the feature selection results, gamma ray and 2 MHz phase resistivity are the logging while drilling(LWD) parameters that significantly influence lithology identification. The comprehensive performance of the DFW-RF lithology identification model has been verified in the application of 3 wells in different areas. By comparing the prediction results of five typical lithology identification algorithms, the DFW-RF model has a higher lithology identification accuracy rate and F1 score. This model improves the identification accuracy of thin-layer lithology and is effective and feasible in different geological environments. The DFW-RF model plays a truly efficient role in the realtime intelligent identification of lithologic information in closed-loop drilling and has greater applicability, which is worthy of being widely used in logging interpretation.展开更多
Acetic acid and furfural are known as prevalent inhibitors deriving from pretreatment during lignocellulosic ethanol production.They negatively impact cell growth,glucose uptake and ethanol biosynthesis of Saccharomyc...Acetic acid and furfural are known as prevalent inhibitors deriving from pretreatment during lignocellulosic ethanol production.They negatively impact cell growth,glucose uptake and ethanol biosynthesis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains.Development of industrial S.cerevisiae strains with high tolerance towards these inhibitors is thus critical for efficient lignocellulosic ethanol production.In this study,the acetic acid or furfural tolerance of different S.cerevisiae strains could be significantly enhanced after adaptive evolution via serial cultivation for 40 generations under stress conditions.The acetic acid-based adaptive strain SPSC01-TA9 produced 30.5 g·L^(-1)ethanol with a yield of 0.46 g·g^(-1)in the presence of 9 g·L^(-1)acetic acid,while the acetic acid/furfural-based adaptive strain SPSC01-TAF94 produced more ethanol of 36.2 g·L^(-1)with increased yield up to 0.49 g·g^(-1)in the presence of both 9 g·L^(-1)acetic acid and 4 g·L^(-1)furfural.Significant improvements were also observed during non-detoxified corn stover hydrolysate culture by SPSC01-TAF94,which achieved ethanol production and yield of 29.1 g·L^(-1)and 0.49 g·g^(-1),respectively,the growth and fermentation efficiency of acetic acid/furfural-based adaptive strain in hydrolysate was 95%higher than those of wildtype strains,indicating the acetic acid-and furfural-based adaptive evolution strategy could be an effective approach for improving lignocellulosic ethanol production.The adapted strains developed in this study with enhanced tolerance against acetic acid and furfural could be potentially contribute to economically feasible and sustainable lignocellulosic biorefinery.展开更多

The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom fraud.The efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent websites.Current re...The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom fraud.The efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent websites.Current research on image recognition of fraudulent websites is mainly carried out at the level of image feature extraction and similarity study,which have such disadvantages as difficulty in obtaining image data,insufficient image analysis,and single identification types.This study develops a model based on the entropy method for image leader decision and Inception-v3 transfer learning to address these disadvantages.The data processing part of the model uses a breadth search crawler to capture the image data.Then,the information in the images is evaluated with the entropy method,image weights are assigned,and the image leader is selected.In model training and prediction,the transfer learning of the Inception-v3 model is introduced into image recognition of fraudulent websites.Using selected image leaders to train the model,multiple types of fraudulent websites are identified with high accuracy.The experiment proves that this model has a superior accuracy in recognizing images on fraudulent websites compared to other current models.展开更多
BACKGROUND Esophageal cancer is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related death and eighth most common cancer,affecting>450000 people worldwide.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is the most common histological typ...BACKGROUND Esophageal cancer is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related death and eighth most common cancer,affecting>450000 people worldwide.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is the most common histological type,whereas esophageal adenoid cystic carcinoma(EACC)is rare.The liver is the most common distant metastatic site in esophageal cancer.Anal metastasis is rare and has not been reported in clinical practice before.Here,we report anal metastases in a patient with EACC after regular chemotherapy and surgical resection.CASE SUMMARY A 61-year-old esophageal cancer patient was found to have lung and brain metastases during standardized treatment.The patient’s treatment plan was continuously adjusted according to the latest treatment guidelines.However,the patient subsequently noticed rectal bleeding and itching,and after obtaining pathology results at the local hospital,anal metastasis of esophageal cancer was diagnosed.CONCLUSION Postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed EACC with rare anal metastasis.More exploration of EACC diagnosis and treatment is needed.展开更多
The forging stage of rail flash welding has a decisive influence on joint strength,and the study of the temperature distribution in the process has an important role in further improving joint strength.In this paper,t...The forging stage of rail flash welding has a decisive influence on joint strength,and the study of the temperature distribution in the process has an important role in further improving joint strength.In this paper,three calculation methods for the temperature field are given.First,the finite element model of the temperature field before forging rail flash welding is established by using the transient heat module of Ansys software and verified by infrared temperature measurement.Second,the temperature distribution of different parts of the rail before flash welding is obtained by using infrared thermal imaging equipment.Third,Matlab software is used to calculate the temperature of the non-measured part.Finally,the temperature distribution function along the rail axis is fitted through the temperature measurement data.The temperature distribution before the top forging of the rail flash welding can be used to analyze the joint and heat-affected zone organization and properties effectively and to guide the parameter setting and industrial production.展开更多

However, the practic...Lithium metal anode(LMA) is a promising candidate for achieving next-generation high-energy-density batteries due to its ultrahigh theoretical capacity and most negative electrochemical potential. However, the practical application of lithium metal battery(LMB) is largely retarded by the instable interfaces, uncontrolled dendrites, and rapid capacity deterioration. Herein, we present a comprehensive overview towards the working principles and inherent challenges of LMAs. Firstly, we diligently summarize the intrinsic mechanism of Li stripping and plating process. The recent advances in atomic and mesoscale simulations which are crucial in guiding mechanism study and material design are also summarized. Furthermore, the advanced engineering strategies which have been proved effective in protecting LMAs are systematically reviewed, including electrolyte optimization, artificial interface, composite/alloy anodes and so on. Finally, we highlight the current limitations and promising research directions of LMAs. This review sheds new lights on deeply understanding the intrinsic mechanism of LMAs, and calls for more endeavors to realize practical Li metal batteries.展开更多
Multistable mechanical metamaterials are a type of mechanical metamaterials with special features,such as reusability,energy storage and absorption capabilities,rapid deformation,and amplified output forces.These meta...Multistable mechanical metamaterials are a type of mechanical metamaterials with special features,such as reusability,energy storage and absorption capabilities,rapid deformation,and amplified output forces.These metamaterials are usually realized by series and/or parallel of bistable units.They can exhibit multiple stable configurations under external loads and can be switched reversely among each other,thereby realizing the reusability of mechanical metamaterials and offering broad engineering applications.This paper reviews the latest research progress in the design strategy,manufacture and application of multistable mechanical metamaterials.We divide bistable structures into three categories based on their basic element types and provide the criterion of their bistability.Various manufacturing techniques to fabricate these multistable mechanical metamaterials are introduced,including mold casting,cutting,folding and three-dimensional/4D printing.Furthermore,the prospects of multistable mechanical metamaterials for applications in soft driving,mechanical computing,energy absorption and wave controlling are discussed.Finally,this paper highlights possible challenges and opportunities for future investigations.The review aims to provide insights into the research and development of multistable mechanical metamaterials.展开更多
Waterlogging is a growing threat to wheat production in high-rainfall areas.In this study,a doubled haploid(DH) population developed from a cross between Yangmai 16(waterlogging-tolerant) and Zhongmai895(waterlogging-...Waterlogging is a growing threat to wheat production in high-rainfall areas.In this study,a doubled haploid(DH) population developed from a cross between Yangmai 16(waterlogging-tolerant) and Zhongmai895(waterlogging-sensitive) was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL) for waterlogging tolerance using a high-density 660K single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) array.Two experimental designs,waterlogging concrete tank(CT) and waterlogging plastic tank(PT),were used to simulate waterlogging during anthesis in five environments across three growing seasons.Waterlogging significantly decreased thousand-kernel weight(TKW) relative to non-waterlogged controls,although the degree varied across lines.Three QTL for waterlogging tolerance were identified on chromosomes 4AL,5AS,and 7DL in at least two environments.All favorable alleles were contributed by the waterlogging-tolerant parent Yangmai16.QWTC.caas-4AL exhibited pleiotropic effects on both enhancing waterlogging tolerance and decreasing plant height.Six high-confidence genes were annotated within the QTL interval.The combined effects of QWTC.caas-4AL and QWTC.caas-5AS greatly improved waterlogging tolerance,while the combined effects of all three identified QTL(QWTC.caas-4AL,QWTC.caas-5AS,and QWTC.caas-7DL) exhibited the most significant effect on waterlogging tolerance.Breeder-friendly kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP) markers(K_AX_111523809,K_AX_108971224,and K_AX_110553316) flanking the interval of QWTC.caas-4AL,QWTC.caas-5AS,and QWTC.caas-7DL were produced.These markers were tested in a collection of 240 wheat accessions,and three superior polymorphisms of the markers distributed over 67elite cultivars in the test population,from the Chinese provinces of Jiangsu,Anhui,and Hubei.The three KASP markers could be used for marker-assisted selection(MAS) to improve waterlogging tolerance in wheat.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of lung cancer patients with pulmonary infections.Methods:A total of 330 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and pulmonary infection,who wer...Objective:To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of lung cancer patients with pulmonary infections.Methods:A total of 330 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and pulmonary infection,who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University from 2020 to 2022,were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:a control group receiving conventional treatment and an observation group receiving conventional treatment combined with montelukast sodium.Each group consisted of 165 cases.The time required for clinical symptom improvement,the resolution of lung infection signs,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited significantly faster improvement in clinical symptoms compared to the control group(P<0.001).ELISA assays were conducted to detect the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αin the serum of both groups at 1 week and 2 weeks into the treatment.The results indicated that,as the treatment progressed,the observation group displayed significantly lower levels of the four serum inflammatory factors compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium demonstrates efficacy in the treatment of patients with lung cancer complicated by pulmonary infections.These findings suggest its potential for further verification and clinical application.展开更多
Epidemiological and animal studies indicate that pre-existing diabetes increases the risk of Parkinson's disease(PD).However,the mechanisms underlying this association remain unclear.In the present study,we found ...Epidemiological and animal studies indicate that pre-existing diabetes increases the risk of Parkinson's disease(PD).However,the mechanisms underlying this association remain unclear.In the present study,we found that high glucose(HG)levels in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of diabetic rats might enhance the effect of a subthreshold dose of the neurotoxin 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)on the development of motor disorders,and the damage to the nigrostriatal dopaminergic neuronal pathway.In vitro,HG promoted the 6-OHDA-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells differentiated to neurons with nerve growth factor(NGF)(NGF-PC12).Metabolomics showed that HG promoted hyperglycolysis in neurons and impaired tricarboxylic acid cycle(TCA cycle)activity,which was closely related to abnormal mitochondrial fusion,thus resulting in mitochondrial loss.Interestingly,HG-induced upregulation of pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2)combined with 6-OHDA exposure not only mediated glycolysis but also promoted abnormal mitochondrial fusion by upregulating the expression of MFN2 in NGF-PC12 cells.In addition,we found that PKM2 knockdown rescued the abnormal mitochondrial fusion and cell apoptosis induced by HGþ6-OHDA.Furthermore,we found that shikonin(SK),an inhibitor of PKM2,restored the mitochondrial number,promoted TCA cycle activity,reversed hyperglycolysis,enhanced the tolerance of cultured neurons to 6-OHDA,and reduced the risk of PD in diabetic rats.Overall,our results indicate that diabetes promotes hyperglycolysis and abnormal mitochondrial fusion in neurons through the upregulation of PKM2,leading to an increase in the vulnerability of dopaminergic neurons to 6-OHDA.Thus,the inhibition of PKM2 and restoration of mitochondrial metabolic homeostasis/pathways may prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic PD.展开更多
In Information Centric Networking(ICN)where content is the object of exchange,in-network caching is a unique functional feature with the ability to handle data storage and distribution in remote sensing satellite netw...In Information Centric Networking(ICN)where content is the object of exchange,in-network caching is a unique functional feature with the ability to handle data storage and distribution in remote sensing satellite networks.Setting up cache space at any node enables users to access data nearby,thus relieving the processing pressure on the servers.However,the existing caching strategies still suffer from the lack of global planning of cache contents and low utilization of cache resources due to the lack of fine-grained division of cache contents.To address the issues mentioned,a cooperative caching strategy(CSTL)for remote sensing satellite networks based on a two-layer caching model is proposed.The two-layer caching model is constructed by setting up separate cache spaces in the satellite network and the ground station.Probabilistic caching of popular contents in the region at the ground station to reduce the access delay of users.A content classification method based on hierarchical division is proposed in the satellite network,and differential probabilistic caching is employed for different levels of content.The cached content is also dynamically adjusted by analyzing the subsequent changes in the popularity of the cached content.In the two-layer caching model,ground stations and satellite networks collaboratively cache to achieve global planning of cache contents,rationalize the utilization of cache resources,and reduce the propagation delay of remote sensing data.Simulation results show that the CSTL strategy not only has a high cache hit ratio compared with other caching strategies but also effectively reduces user request delay and server load,which satisfies the timeliness requirement of remote sensing data transmission.展开更多
A homologous gene of basic-helix-loop-helix AtTT8 in Arabidopsis thaliana was identified in juice sac cells of pulp tissues from blood orange(Citrus sinensis cv‘Tarocco’),which was designated as CsTT8 in this study....A homologous gene of basic-helix-loop-helix AtTT8 in Arabidopsis thaliana was identified in juice sac cells of pulp tissues from blood orange(Citrus sinensis cv‘Tarocco’),which was designated as CsTT8 in this study.Additionally,the mRNA levels of TT8 with the full-length open reading frame were significantly higher in‘Tarocco’than in mutant fruit lacking pigment in pulp or peel tissues.However,an alternative splicing transcript,Δ15-TT8,with the fourth exon skipped,was also identified from transcripts different in length from that in‘Tarocco’.The mRNA levels ofΔ15-TT8 were higher in mutant fruit lacking pigment in pulp or peel tissues than in the wild type.Therefore,the TT8/Δ15-TT8 mRNA level ratio was found to be crucial for sufficient pigment in either pulp or peel tissues.TT8 from blood orange fruit demonstrated the capacity for nucleus localization and binding to other proteins.In contrast,Δ15-TT8,lacking the fourth exon,lost its ability to interact with RUBY1 and to localize at the nucleus.Using a dual luciferase reporter assay and transient overexpression in tobacco,we proved that two regulatory complexes formed by a functional TT8 with different MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)-type partners significantly promoted expression of an anthocyanin biosynthetic gene and a proton pumping gene,leading to anthocyanin and citrate production.Our findings suggest that TT8,rather than dysfunctionalΔ15-TT8,is possibly involved in modulating anthocyanin biosynthesis and its transport into vacuoles by proton gradients.However,increased mRNA levels of the dysfunctional alternative splicing transcript may act as a negative feedback to downregulate TT8 expression and limit anthocyanin accumulation in blood oranges.展开更多
BACKGROUND During anesthesia administration for cataract surgery,low pH of proparacaine may induce pain or complications such as corneal damage and poor wound healing,with the use of additional drops intraoperatively ...BACKGROUND During anesthesia administration for cataract surgery,low pH of proparacaine may induce pain or complications such as corneal damage and poor wound healing,with the use of additional drops intraoperatively increasing the risk of complications.Accordingly,there is a clinical need for adjuncts to local anesthesia needs to improve the efficiency of anesthesia and reduce the required amount of intraoperative proparacaine.AIM To identify a method of anesthesia for geriatric cataract phacoemulsification that provides more efficient analgesia and improves clinical efficacy.METHODS A total of 130 geriatric patients with cataracts who attended Hebei Eye Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were included in the present study.Patients were divided into the proparacaine surface anesthesia(SA)group(65 cases)and the compound acupuncture-medicine anesthesia group(CAMA group,65 cases).Patients in the CAMA group were provided acupuncture analgesia in addition to SA.Preoperative anxiety[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and state anxiety inventory(SAI)score],intraoperative stress,vital signs,analgesia,and cooperation,as well as postoperative adverse events,were compared between groups.RESULTS More marked reductions in anxiety were observed among patients in the CAMA group,with corresponding reductions in SAS and SAI scores.During the operation,no change in the secretion of E,NE,or Cor group compared to the preoperative period was observed in the CAMA,which was markedly lower than that in the SA group.Heart rate,blood pressure,and respiratory rate were more stable intraoperatively in the CAMA group.In addition,the incidence of intraoperative pain and the number of additional doses of anesthesia required in the CAMA group were markedly lower than in the SA group.Accordingly,patients in the CAMA group were able to avoid eye movements and eyelid closing leading to greater cooperation with surgeons during surgery.Furthermore,marked reductions in intraoperative adverse effects were observed in the CAMA group,indicating greater overall safety.CONCLUSION Proparacaine SA combined with acupuncture as an analgesic provides improved analgesia with greater safety compared to surface anesthesia with proparacaine during geriatric cataract phacoemulsification.展开更多

文摘Real-time intelligent lithology identification while drilling is vital to realizing downhole closed-loop drilling. The complex and changeable geological environment in the drilling makes lithology identification face many challenges. This paper studies the problems of difficult feature information extraction,low precision of thin-layer identification and limited applicability of the model in intelligent lithologic identification. The author tries to improve the comprehensive performance of the lithology identification model from three aspects: data feature extraction, class balance, and model design. A new real-time intelligent lithology identification model of dynamic felling strategy weighted random forest algorithm(DFW-RF) is proposed. According to the feature selection results, gamma ray and 2 MHz phase resistivity are the logging while drilling(LWD) parameters that significantly influence lithology identification. The comprehensive performance of the DFW-RF lithology identification model has been verified in the application of 3 wells in different areas. By comparing the prediction results of five typical lithology identification algorithms, the DFW-RF model has a higher lithology identification accuracy rate and F1 score. This model improves the identification accuracy of thin-layer lithology and is effective and feasible in different geological environments. The DFW-RF model plays a truly efficient role in the realtime intelligent identification of lithologic information in closed-loop drilling and has greater applicability, which is worthy of being widely used in logging interpretation.

文摘Acetic acid and furfural are known as prevalent inhibitors deriving from pretreatment during lignocellulosic ethanol production.They negatively impact cell growth,glucose uptake and ethanol biosynthesis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains.Development of industrial S.cerevisiae strains with high tolerance towards these inhibitors is thus critical for efficient lignocellulosic ethanol production.In this study,the acetic acid or furfural tolerance of different S.cerevisiae strains could be significantly enhanced after adaptive evolution via serial cultivation for 40 generations under stress conditions.The acetic acid-based adaptive strain SPSC01-TA9 produced 30.5 g·L^(-1)ethanol with a yield of 0.46 g·g^(-1)in the presence of 9 g·L^(-1)acetic acid,while the acetic acid/furfural-based adaptive strain SPSC01-TAF94 produced more ethanol of 36.2 g·L^(-1)with increased yield up to 0.49 g·g^(-1)in the presence of both 9 g·L^(-1)acetic acid and 4 g·L^(-1)furfural.Significant improvements were also observed during non-detoxified corn stover hydrolysate culture by SPSC01-TAF94,which achieved ethanol production and yield of 29.1 g·L^(-1)and 0.49 g·g^(-1),respectively,the growth and fermentation efficiency of acetic acid/furfural-based adaptive strain in hydrolysate was 95%higher than those of wildtype strains,indicating the acetic acid-and furfural-based adaptive evolution strategy could be an effective approach for improving lignocellulosic ethanol production.The adapted strains developed in this study with enhanced tolerance against acetic acid and furfural could be potentially contribute to economically feasible and sustainable lignocellulosic biorefinery.

文摘Ni-based superalloys are one of the most important materials employed in high-temperature applications within the aerospace and nuclear energy industries and in gas turbines due to their excellent corrosion,radiation,fatigue resistance,and high-temperature strength.Linear friction welding(LFW)is a new joining technology with near-net-forming characteristics that can be used for the manu-facture and repair of a wide range of aerospace components.This paper reviews published works on LFW of Ni-based superalloys with the aim of understanding the characteristics of frictional heat generation and extrusion deformation,microstructures,mechanical proper-ties,flash morphology,residual stresses,creep,and fatigue of Ni-based superalloy weldments produced with LFW to enable future optim-um utilization of the LFW process.

文摘We systematically study the electronic structure of a kagome superconductor CsV_(3)Sb_(5)at different temperatures coveringboth its charge density wave state and normal state with angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy.We observe thatthe V-shaped band aroundГshows three different behaviors,referred to as a/a',βandγ,mainly at different temperatures.Detailed investigations confirm that these bands are all from the same bulk Sb-p_(z)origin,but they are quite sensitiveto the sample surface conditions mainly modulated by temperature.Thus,the intriguing temperature dependent electronicbehavior of the band nearГis affected by the sample surface condition,rather than intrinsic electronic behavior originatingfrom the phase transition.Our result systematically reveals the confusing electronic structure behavior of the energy bandsaroundГ,facilitating further exploration of the novel properties in this material.

文摘The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom fraud.The efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent websites.Current research on image recognition of fraudulent websites is mainly carried out at the level of image feature extraction and similarity study,which have such disadvantages as difficulty in obtaining image data,insufficient image analysis,and single identification types.This study develops a model based on the entropy method for image leader decision and Inception-v3 transfer learning to address these disadvantages.The data processing part of the model uses a breadth search crawler to capture the image data.Then,the information in the images is evaluated with the entropy method,image weights are assigned,and the image leader is selected.In model training and prediction,the transfer learning of the Inception-v3 model is introduced into image recognition of fraudulent websites.Using selected image leaders to train the model,multiple types of fraudulent websites are identified with high accuracy.The experiment proves that this model has a superior accuracy in recognizing images on fraudulent websites compared to other current models.

文摘BACKGROUND Esophageal cancer is the sixth leading cause of cancer-related death and eighth most common cancer,affecting>450000 people worldwide.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is the most common histological type,whereas esophageal adenoid cystic carcinoma(EACC)is rare.The liver is the most common distant metastatic site in esophageal cancer.Anal metastasis is rare and has not been reported in clinical practice before.Here,we report anal metastases in a patient with EACC after regular chemotherapy and surgical resection.CASE SUMMARY A 61-year-old esophageal cancer patient was found to have lung and brain metastases during standardized treatment.The patient’s treatment plan was continuously adjusted according to the latest treatment guidelines.However,the patient subsequently noticed rectal bleeding and itching,and after obtaining pathology results at the local hospital,anal metastasis of esophageal cancer was diagnosed.CONCLUSION Postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed EACC with rare anal metastasis.More exploration of EACC diagnosis and treatment is needed.

文摘The forging stage of rail flash welding has a decisive influence on joint strength,and the study of the temperature distribution in the process has an important role in further improving joint strength.In this paper,three calculation methods for the temperature field are given.First,the finite element model of the temperature field before forging rail flash welding is established by using the transient heat module of Ansys software and verified by infrared temperature measurement.Second,the temperature distribution of different parts of the rail before flash welding is obtained by using infrared thermal imaging equipment.Third,Matlab software is used to calculate the temperature of the non-measured part.Finally,the temperature distribution function along the rail axis is fitted through the temperature measurement data.The temperature distribution before the top forging of the rail flash welding can be used to analyze the joint and heat-affected zone organization and properties effectively and to guide the parameter setting and industrial production.
文摘In recent years,the national higher education reform has proposed the concept of curriculum ideological and political education as a major element.This integration into the standardized training of general practice residents(commonly referred to as general resident training)is an unavoidable trend in the teaching field.Based on the actual situation of our unit at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University,this paper emphasizes the necessity of incorporating ideological and political education into the general resident training curriculum,despite the absence of pertinent practical experience in how to effectively incorporate such courses into comprehensive residential training.In our hospital,we must assess the ideological and political education in the curriculum of general resident training,proposing a scientific,reasonable ideological and political education concept system for general practice courses,integrating ideological and political education with general practice resident training,and strengthening the team of ideological and political education physicians to teach them to carry out such education,this would foster enthusiasm and initiative.Strengthening admission education and training for general practice resident training,as well as regularly hosting symposiums to share ideas and understand the mission of doctors can provide effective experience for ideological and political education in general resident training courses.

文摘To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.

文摘Lithium metal anode(LMA) is a promising candidate for achieving next-generation high-energy-density batteries due to its ultrahigh theoretical capacity and most negative electrochemical potential. However, the practical application of lithium metal battery(LMB) is largely retarded by the instable interfaces, uncontrolled dendrites, and rapid capacity deterioration. Herein, we present a comprehensive overview towards the working principles and inherent challenges of LMAs. Firstly, we diligently summarize the intrinsic mechanism of Li stripping and plating process. The recent advances in atomic and mesoscale simulations which are crucial in guiding mechanism study and material design are also summarized. Furthermore, the advanced engineering strategies which have been proved effective in protecting LMAs are systematically reviewed, including electrolyte optimization, artificial interface, composite/alloy anodes and so on. Finally, we highlight the current limitations and promising research directions of LMAs. This review sheds new lights on deeply understanding the intrinsic mechanism of LMAs, and calls for more endeavors to realize practical Li metal batteries.

文摘Multistable mechanical metamaterials are a type of mechanical metamaterials with special features,such as reusability,energy storage and absorption capabilities,rapid deformation,and amplified output forces.These metamaterials are usually realized by series and/or parallel of bistable units.They can exhibit multiple stable configurations under external loads and can be switched reversely among each other,thereby realizing the reusability of mechanical metamaterials and offering broad engineering applications.This paper reviews the latest research progress in the design strategy,manufacture and application of multistable mechanical metamaterials.We divide bistable structures into three categories based on their basic element types and provide the criterion of their bistability.Various manufacturing techniques to fabricate these multistable mechanical metamaterials are introduced,including mold casting,cutting,folding and three-dimensional/4D printing.Furthermore,the prospects of multistable mechanical metamaterials for applications in soft driving,mechanical computing,energy absorption and wave controlling are discussed.Finally,this paper highlights possible challenges and opportunities for future investigations.The review aims to provide insights into the research and development of multistable mechanical metamaterials.

文摘Waterlogging is a growing threat to wheat production in high-rainfall areas.In this study,a doubled haploid(DH) population developed from a cross between Yangmai 16(waterlogging-tolerant) and Zhongmai895(waterlogging-sensitive) was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL) for waterlogging tolerance using a high-density 660K single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) array.Two experimental designs,waterlogging concrete tank(CT) and waterlogging plastic tank(PT),were used to simulate waterlogging during anthesis in five environments across three growing seasons.Waterlogging significantly decreased thousand-kernel weight(TKW) relative to non-waterlogged controls,although the degree varied across lines.Three QTL for waterlogging tolerance were identified on chromosomes 4AL,5AS,and 7DL in at least two environments.All favorable alleles were contributed by the waterlogging-tolerant parent Yangmai16.QWTC.caas-4AL exhibited pleiotropic effects on both enhancing waterlogging tolerance and decreasing plant height.Six high-confidence genes were annotated within the QTL interval.The combined effects of QWTC.caas-4AL and QWTC.caas-5AS greatly improved waterlogging tolerance,while the combined effects of all three identified QTL(QWTC.caas-4AL,QWTC.caas-5AS,and QWTC.caas-7DL) exhibited the most significant effect on waterlogging tolerance.Breeder-friendly kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP) markers(K_AX_111523809,K_AX_108971224,and K_AX_110553316) flanking the interval of QWTC.caas-4AL,QWTC.caas-5AS,and QWTC.caas-7DL were produced.These markers were tested in a collection of 240 wheat accessions,and three superior polymorphisms of the markers distributed over 67elite cultivars in the test population,from the Chinese provinces of Jiangsu,Anhui,and Hubei.The three KASP markers could be used for marker-assisted selection(MAS) to improve waterlogging tolerance in wheat.
文摘Objective:To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of lung cancer patients with pulmonary infections.Methods:A total of 330 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and pulmonary infection,who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University from 2020 to 2022,were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:a control group receiving conventional treatment and an observation group receiving conventional treatment combined with montelukast sodium.Each group consisted of 165 cases.The time required for clinical symptom improvement,the resolution of lung infection signs,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group exhibited significantly faster improvement in clinical symptoms compared to the control group(P<0.001).ELISA assays were conducted to detect the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αin the serum of both groups at 1 week and 2 weeks into the treatment.The results indicated that,as the treatment progressed,the observation group displayed significantly lower levels of the four serum inflammatory factors compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium demonstrates efficacy in the treatment of patients with lung cancer complicated by pulmonary infections.These findings suggest its potential for further verification and clinical application.

文摘Epidemiological and animal studies indicate that pre-existing diabetes increases the risk of Parkinson's disease(PD).However,the mechanisms underlying this association remain unclear.In the present study,we found that high glucose(HG)levels in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of diabetic rats might enhance the effect of a subthreshold dose of the neurotoxin 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)on the development of motor disorders,and the damage to the nigrostriatal dopaminergic neuronal pathway.In vitro,HG promoted the 6-OHDA-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells differentiated to neurons with nerve growth factor(NGF)(NGF-PC12).Metabolomics showed that HG promoted hyperglycolysis in neurons and impaired tricarboxylic acid cycle(TCA cycle)activity,which was closely related to abnormal mitochondrial fusion,thus resulting in mitochondrial loss.Interestingly,HG-induced upregulation of pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2)combined with 6-OHDA exposure not only mediated glycolysis but also promoted abnormal mitochondrial fusion by upregulating the expression of MFN2 in NGF-PC12 cells.In addition,we found that PKM2 knockdown rescued the abnormal mitochondrial fusion and cell apoptosis induced by HGþ6-OHDA.Furthermore,we found that shikonin(SK),an inhibitor of PKM2,restored the mitochondrial number,promoted TCA cycle activity,reversed hyperglycolysis,enhanced the tolerance of cultured neurons to 6-OHDA,and reduced the risk of PD in diabetic rats.Overall,our results indicate that diabetes promotes hyperglycolysis and abnormal mitochondrial fusion in neurons through the upregulation of PKM2,leading to an increase in the vulnerability of dopaminergic neurons to 6-OHDA.Thus,the inhibition of PKM2 and restoration of mitochondrial metabolic homeostasis/pathways may prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic PD.

文摘In Information Centric Networking(ICN)where content is the object of exchange,in-network caching is a unique functional feature with the ability to handle data storage and distribution in remote sensing satellite networks.Setting up cache space at any node enables users to access data nearby,thus relieving the processing pressure on the servers.However,the existing caching strategies still suffer from the lack of global planning of cache contents and low utilization of cache resources due to the lack of fine-grained division of cache contents.To address the issues mentioned,a cooperative caching strategy(CSTL)for remote sensing satellite networks based on a two-layer caching model is proposed.The two-layer caching model is constructed by setting up separate cache spaces in the satellite network and the ground station.Probabilistic caching of popular contents in the region at the ground station to reduce the access delay of users.A content classification method based on hierarchical division is proposed in the satellite network,and differential probabilistic caching is employed for different levels of content.The cached content is also dynamically adjusted by analyzing the subsequent changes in the popularity of the cached content.In the two-layer caching model,ground stations and satellite networks collaboratively cache to achieve global planning of cache contents,rationalize the utilization of cache resources,and reduce the propagation delay of remote sensing data.Simulation results show that the CSTL strategy not only has a high cache hit ratio compared with other caching strategies but also effectively reduces user request delay and server load,which satisfies the timeliness requirement of remote sensing data transmission.

文摘A homologous gene of basic-helix-loop-helix AtTT8 in Arabidopsis thaliana was identified in juice sac cells of pulp tissues from blood orange(Citrus sinensis cv‘Tarocco’),which was designated as CsTT8 in this study.Additionally,the mRNA levels of TT8 with the full-length open reading frame were significantly higher in‘Tarocco’than in mutant fruit lacking pigment in pulp or peel tissues.However,an alternative splicing transcript,Δ15-TT8,with the fourth exon skipped,was also identified from transcripts different in length from that in‘Tarocco’.The mRNA levels ofΔ15-TT8 were higher in mutant fruit lacking pigment in pulp or peel tissues than in the wild type.Therefore,the TT8/Δ15-TT8 mRNA level ratio was found to be crucial for sufficient pigment in either pulp or peel tissues.TT8 from blood orange fruit demonstrated the capacity for nucleus localization and binding to other proteins.In contrast,Δ15-TT8,lacking the fourth exon,lost its ability to interact with RUBY1 and to localize at the nucleus.Using a dual luciferase reporter assay and transient overexpression in tobacco,we proved that two regulatory complexes formed by a functional TT8 with different MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)-type partners significantly promoted expression of an anthocyanin biosynthetic gene and a proton pumping gene,leading to anthocyanin and citrate production.Our findings suggest that TT8,rather than dysfunctionalΔ15-TT8,is possibly involved in modulating anthocyanin biosynthesis and its transport into vacuoles by proton gradients.However,increased mRNA levels of the dysfunctional alternative splicing transcript may act as a negative feedback to downregulate TT8 expression and limit anthocyanin accumulation in blood oranges.

文摘BACKGROUND During anesthesia administration for cataract surgery,low pH of proparacaine may induce pain or complications such as corneal damage and poor wound healing,with the use of additional drops intraoperatively increasing the risk of complications.Accordingly,there is a clinical need for adjuncts to local anesthesia needs to improve the efficiency of anesthesia and reduce the required amount of intraoperative proparacaine.AIM To identify a method of anesthesia for geriatric cataract phacoemulsification that provides more efficient analgesia and improves clinical efficacy.METHODS A total of 130 geriatric patients with cataracts who attended Hebei Eye Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were included in the present study.Patients were divided into the proparacaine surface anesthesia(SA)group(65 cases)and the compound acupuncture-medicine anesthesia group(CAMA group,65 cases).Patients in the CAMA group were provided acupuncture analgesia in addition to SA.Preoperative anxiety[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and state anxiety inventory(SAI)score],intraoperative stress,vital signs,analgesia,and cooperation,as well as postoperative adverse events,were compared between groups.RESULTS More marked reductions in anxiety were observed among patients in the CAMA group,with corresponding reductions in SAS and SAI scores.During the operation,no change in the secretion of E,NE,or Cor group compared to the preoperative period was observed in the CAMA,which was markedly lower than that in the SA group.Heart rate,blood pressure,and respiratory rate were more stable intraoperatively in the CAMA group.In addition,the incidence of intraoperative pain and the number of additional doses of anesthesia required in the CAMA group were markedly lower than in the SA group.Accordingly,patients in the CAMA group were able to avoid eye movements and eyelid closing leading to greater cooperation with surgeons during surgery.Furthermore,marked reductions in intraoperative adverse effects were observed in the CAMA group,indicating greater overall safety.CONCLUSION Proparacaine SA combined with acupuncture as an analgesic provides improved analgesia with greater safety compared to surface anesthesia with proparacaine during geriatric cataract phacoemulsification.
