The spectral observations and analysis for the W80 region are presented by using the data of Medium-Resolution Spectroscopic Survey of Nebulae(MRS-N) with the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(... The spectral observations and analysis for the W80 region are presented by using the data of Medium-Resolution Spectroscopic Survey of Nebulae(MRS-N) with the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST).A total of 2982 high-quality nebular spectra have been obtained in the 20 square degree field of view which covers the W80 complex,and the largest sample of spectral data has been established for the first time.The relative intensities,radial velocities(RVs),and full widths at half maximum(FWHMs) are measured with the high spectral resolution of LAMOST MRS-N,for Ha λ6563?,[NⅡ] λλ6548 A,6584 A,and [SⅡ] λλ6716A,6731 A emission lines.In the field of view of the whole W80 region,the strongest line emissions are found to be consistent with the bright nebulae NGC 7000,IC 5070,and LBN 391,and weak line emissions also exist in the Middle Region,where no bright nebulae are detected by the wide-band optical observations.The large-scale spectral observations of the W80 region reveal the systematic spatial variations of RVs and FWHMs,and several unique structural features.A "curved feature" to the east of NGC 7000,and a "jet feature" to the west of LBN 391 are detected to be showing larger RVs.A "wider FWHM region" is identified in the eastern part of NGC 7000.The variations of[S Ⅱ]/Ha ratios display a gradient from southwest to northeast in the NGC 7000 region,and manifest a ring shape around the "W80 bubble" ionized by an O-type star in L935.Further spectral and multi-band observations are guaranteed to investigate in detail the structural features. 展开更多

Superbunching pseudothermal light has important applications in studying the second-and higher-order interference of light in quantum optics.Unlike the photon statistics of thermal or pseudothermal light is well understood,the photon statistics of superbunching pseudothermal light has not been studied yet.In this paper,we will employ single-photon detectors to measure the photon statistics of superbunching pseudothermal light and calculate the degree of second-order coherence.It is found that the larger the value of the degree of second-order coherence of superbunching pseudothermal light is,the more the measured photon distribution deviates from the one of thermal or pseudothermal light in the tail part.The results are helpful to understand the physics of two-photon superbunching with classical light.It is suggested that superbunching pseudothermal light can be employed to generate non-Rayleigh temporal speckles. 展开更多

Cancer is the leading cause of death all over the world.Among the chemotherapy drugs,taxanes play an important role in cancer treatment.6258-70 is a new semi-synthetic taxane which has a broad spectrum of antitumor activity.A fast and reliable high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for quantification of 6258-70 in rat plasma and tissues in this paper.After extraction by liquid-liquid extraction method with methyl tert-butyl ether,the samples were separated on a Kinetex C_(18) column(50 mm × 2.1 mm,2.6 μm,Phenomenex,USA) within3 min.The method was fully validated with the matrix effect between 87.7%and 99.5%and the recovery ranging from 80.3%to 90.1%.The intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 9.5%and the accuracy ranged from-3.8%to 6.5%.The reliable method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution studies of 6258-70 after intravenous administration in rats.The pharmacokinetic results indicated that the pharmacokinetic behavior of 6258-70 in rats was in accordance with linear features within tested dosage of 1 to 4 mg/kg,and there was no significant difference between the two genders.The tissue distribution study showed that 6258-70 had an effective penetration,spread widely and rapidly and could cross blood-brain barrier.The results of pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution may provide a guide for future study. 展开更多

A series of mono-and binuclear Co(Ⅱ) complexes (Col-Co7) supported by quinoline-2-imidate ligands were synthesized and thoroughly characterized. Measured by single crystal X-ray crystallography, complexes Col and Co3 adopted distorted tetrahedral structures around the cobalt center. Upon activation by ethylaluminium sesquichloride (EASC), these cobalt complexes exhibited high catalytic activity and cis-l,4-selectivity towards 1,3-butadiene polymerization. The effects of ligand environment, polymerization temperature, and cocatalyst types on the polymerization were investigated in detail. Interestingly, the binuclear Co(Ⅱ) complexes exhibited high thermal stability, and the polymer yields were up to 97.2% even at a high temperature of 70 ℃. 展开更多

Half-titanocene complexes bearing dibenzhydryl-substituted aryloxide ligands (2a-2d) were prepared. Among them, 2e adopted a three-legged distorted tetrahedral geometry evidenced by X-ray crystallography. The poly-1,3-butadiene with high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution was obtained by using these complexes as the catalysts activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO). The catalytic activities of the complexes depended on their structures. The Ti-- O--C bond in the complexes with large angle afforded them with higher activity, while Cp*-based complexes exhibited lower activities than the Cp-based analogues. The activity of complex increased with increasing the polymerization temperature while the selectivity remained no change, indicating the high thermal stability. Furthermore, the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene catalyzed by 2a/MAO at 0 ℃ has been found in a living fashion. 展开更多

The optical potential depth is related to the incident angle and phase difference of the light incident on two gratings of CSPPL. The depth of optical potential can be manipulated with negligible displacement by the incident angle less than 20°. Both the depth and the center position of the optical potential well can be manipulated by the incident phase difference. The study of stable and manipulatable optical potential on the CSPPL promotes the integration of optical tweezers. 展开更多
