The Bayan Obo supergiant carbonatite-related rare-earth-element-niobium-iron(REE-Nb-Fe) endogenetic deposit(thereafter as the Bayan Obo deposit), located at 150 km north of Baotou City in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous... The Bayan Obo supergiant carbonatite-related rare-earth-element-niobium-iron(REE-Nb-Fe) endogenetic deposit(thereafter as the Bayan Obo deposit), located at 150 km north of Baotou City in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is the largest rare-earth element(REE) resource in the world. Tectonically,this deposit is situated on the northern margin of the North China Craton and adjacent to the Xing’anMongolian orogenic belt to the south. The main strata within the mining area include the Neoarchean Se’ertengshan Group and the Mesoproterozoic Bayan Obo Group. Generally, the rare earth, niobium, and iron mineralization within the deposit are intrinsically related to the dolomite carbonatites and the extensive alteration of the country rocks caused by the carbonatite magma intrusion. The alteration of country rocks can be categorized into three types: contact metasomatism(anti-skarn and skarn alteration), fenitization,and hornfelsic alternation. As indicated by previous studies and summarized in this review, the multielement mineralization at Bayan Obo is closely associated with the metasomatic replacement of siliceous country rocks by carbonatite magmatic-hydrothermal fluids. The metasomatic process is comparable to the conventional skarnification that formed due to the intrusion of intermediate-acid magmatic rocks into limestone strata. However, the migration pattern of Si O2, Ca O, and Mg O in this novel metasomatic process is opposite to the skarn alteration. Accordingly, this review delineates, for the first time, an antiskarn metallogenic model for the Bayan Obo deposit, revealing the enigmatic relationship between the carbonatite magmatic-hydrothermal processes and the related iron and rare earth mineralization.Moreover, this study also contributes to a better understanding of the REE-Nd-Fe metallogenetic processes and the related fluorite mineralization at the Bayan Obo deposit. 展开更多

Objective:To study the energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata).Methods:Literature induction method was applied to study the energy properties,energy pharmacological connotation,and energy pharmacological effects of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata).Results:The warm and hot properties of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)are exactly its energy properties.The energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)is based on its energy properties,which is different from the modern aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)pharmacology that is based on the chemical composition of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata).In addition,the energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)includes not only the traditional energy pharmacology but also the modern energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata).The traditional energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)is mainly manifested as the energy effect of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)at the whole-body level,warm yang and dissipate cold,whereas the modern energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)is manifested as the physiological and pathological energy effect of warm and thermal energy properties of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)at the tissue,cellular,and molecular levels of the body,mainly strengthening the heart,protecting cardiac muscles,dilating blood vessels,and having anti-arrhythmia,anti-shock,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and antineoplastic effects.The traditional energy pharmacology and modern energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)constitute the basic connotation of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)energy pharmacology.For the aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)energy pharmacology,there is a substantial foundation,its chemical components such as alkaloids.In addition,the toxicity of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)is a manifestation of its energy pharmacology.Conclusion:aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)has energy properties that have substantial foundation.The energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata)is based on its high energy and hot properties and includes the traditional energy pharmacology and modern energy pharmacology of aconite(Radix aconiti lateralis reparata). 展开更多

Stem cell characteristics of early colon cancer tissue and their relationship with cell proliferation and invasion

Objective:To study the stem cell characteristics of early colon cancer tissue and their relationship with cell proliferation and invasion.Methods: Colon cancer tissues and adjacent tissues surgically removed in Dongguan People's Hospital between January 2010 and October 2017 were selected as the clinical samples of this study, the protein was extracted to determine the protein expression of tumor stem cell genes USP22, Nanog, Lgr5 and CD44, and RNA was extracted to determine the mRNA expression of cell proliferation genes and cell invasion genes.Results:USP22, Nanog, Lgr5 and CD44 protein expression as well as Rab5A, TBX2, MDM2, TGF-β1, Smad2/3, Vimentin, Rac1 and VEGF mRNA expression in colon cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues while Bad, Bax and Fas mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in adjacent tissues;USP22, Nanog, Lgr5 and CD44 protein expression in colon cancer tissues were positively correlated with Rab5A, TBX2, MDM2, TGF-β1, Smad2/3, Vimentin, Rac1 and VEGF mRNA expression, and negatively correlated with Bad, Bax and Fas mRNA expression.Conclusion: The activation of stem cell characteristics in early colon cancer can promote the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells. 展开更多

Naphthyl-α-diimine nickel complexes with systematically varied ligand sterics, activated by modified methylaluminoxane(MMAO), were tested in the polymerization of higher α-olefin(1-hexene, 1-decene and 1-hexadecene) under suitable conditions. The polymerization results indicated the possibility of precise microstructure control, depending on catalyst structure, polymerization temperature, monomer concentration and types of monomers, which in turn strongly affects the resultant polymer properties. Naphthyl-α-diimine nickel complex bearing chiral bulky sec-phenethyl groups in the o-naphthyl position showed good catalytic activity, and resulted in branched polymers(42-88/1000 C) with high molecular weights(Mn:(4.3-15.2) × 10^4 g·mol^-1) and narrow molecular weight distribution(Mw/Mn = 1.13-1.29, RT), which suggested a living polymerization. The increasing steric hindrance of catalyst leads to enhance insertion for 2,1-insertion of α-olefin and the chain-walking reaction. 展开更多

Objective: To summarize a decade of research on various aspects of Sowthistle-leaf Ixeris seedling for acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Thirty-six papers were collected from searches of CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, and other databases and then they were summarized. Results: Researchers have carried out widespread and various pharmacological studies of Sowthistle-leaf Ixeris seedling, and have pursued different research directions on its etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment methods for acute cerebral infarction (ischemic stroke). With the development of Chinese medicine, its safety and non-toxic side effects have been recognized by the majority of scholars. The research results have contributed significantly to the treatment of acute cerebral infarction by Sowthistle-leaf Ixeris seedling. Conclusion: Sowthistle-leaf Ixeris seedling has extensive medicinal value and unique advantages in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, especially in expanding brain vessels, increasing blood flow, reducing thrombosis, protecting brain cells, improving neurological impairment, and it has no toxic side effects. 展开更多

In this paper,a modeling method for a pantograph-catenary system is put forward to investigate the dynamic contact behavior in space,taking into consideration of the appearance characteristics of the contact surfaces of the pantograph and catenary.The dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system,including contact forces,accelerations,and the corresponding spectra,is analyzed.Furthermore,with the modeling method,the influences of contact wire irregularity and the vibration caused by the front pantograph on the rear pantograph for a pantograph-catenary system with double pantographs are investigated.The results show that the appearance characteristics of the contact surfaces play an important role in the dynamic contact behavior.The appearance characteristics should be considered to reasonably evaluate the dynamic performance of the pantograph-catenary system. 展开更多
