By reviewing the development of “three-high” oil and gas well testing technology of Sinopec in recent years, this paper systematically summarizes the application of “three-high” oil and gas well testing technology of Sinopec in engineering optimization design technology, and high temperature and high pressure testing technology, high pressure and high temperature transformation completion integration technology. Major progress has been made in seven aspects: plug removal and re-production technology of production wells in high acid gas fields;wellbore preparation technology of ultra-deep, high-pressure, and high-temperature oil and gas wells;surface metering technology;and supporting tool development technology. This paper comprehensively analyzes the challenges faced by the “three-high” oil and gas well production testing technology in four aspects: downhole tools, production testing technology, safe production testing, and the development of low-cost production test tools. Four development directions are put forward: 1) Improve ultra-deep oil and gas testing technology and strengthen integrated geological engineering research. 2) Deepen oil and gas well integrity evaluation technology to ensure the life cycle of oil and gas wells. 3) Carry out high-end, customized, and intelligent research on oil test tools to promote the low-cost and efficient development of ultra deep reservoirs. 4) Promote the fully automatic control of the surface metering process to realize the safe development of “three-high” reservoirs. 展开更多

BaO·4B2O3·5H2O纳米材料的制备及其对聚丙烯阻燃性能的热分解动力学方法评价 被引量:2

硼酸盐是一类抑烟、低毒和热稳定性较高的无机阻燃剂,但是通常制备得到的硼酸盐颗粒在微米尺度,在聚合物基质中很难分散,限制了其在工业上的应用。所以,开展硼酸盐纳米材料的制备及其阻燃性能的有效评价研究具有重要实际意义。关于硼酸... 硼酸盐是一类抑烟、低毒和热稳定性较高的无机阻燃剂,但是通常制备得到的硼酸盐颗粒在微米尺度,在聚合物基质中很难分散,限制了其在工业上的应用。所以,开展硼酸盐纳米材料的制备及其阻燃性能的有效评价研究具有重要实际意义。关于硼酸钡作为纳米阻燃剂的研究还未见报道,本文采用水热法制备了硼酸钡BaO·4B2O3·5H2O纳米片和纳米带,并通过粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD),傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR),热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对样品进行了表征。采用热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热(DSC)及极限氧指数(LOI)法对聚丙烯/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O复合材料的阻燃性能进行了研究;考虑到聚丙烯/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O纳米片和纳米带复合材料接近的TG失重和LOI,所以进一步通过非等温热分解动力学方法进行了评估。伴随着TG质量损失的减少,DSC在N2气氛下吸收热的增加,氧指数值的增加,以及热分解表观活化能的增加,制备样品BaO·4B2O3·5H2O的阻燃性能由块体到纳米带再到纳米片依次增强,这与样品尺寸依次减小一致。通过对燃烧后残渣的扫描照片分析,对其阻燃机理进行了探讨。另外,对聚丙烯/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O复合材料的力学性能也进行了研究。其中,聚丙烯/BaO·4B2O3·5H2O纳米片复合材料具有最好的阻燃性能和力学性能,可以发展作为一种潜在的实用阻燃剂。 展开更多

A Topology-Aware Relay Lookup Scheme for P2P VoIP System

Because of the best-effort service in Internet, direct routing path of Internet may not always meet the VoIP quality requirements. Thus, many researches proposed Peer-to-Peer VoIP systems such as SIP+P2P system, which uses relay node to relay RTP stream from the source node to the destination node and uses application-layer routing scheme to lookup the best relay nodes. The key of those systems is how to lookup the appropriate relay nodes, which we call relay lookup problem. This paper presents a novel peer relay lookup scheme based on SIP+P2P system. The main ideas are to organize the P2P network using a Cluster overlay and to use topology-aware to optimize relay selection. We introduce the mechanism in detail, and then evaluate this mechanism in NS2 network simulation environment. The results show that our scheme is scalable and can get high relay hit ratio, which confirm the feasibility of a real system. We also make comparison with traditional schemes and the results show that our scheme has good path quality. 展开更多

嵌入式存储器测试一般是通过存储器BIST(Built-in Self Test,内建自测)进行的。生产过程中,人们不仅要知道存储器是合格的或是不合格的,而且要知道哪一个存储器不合格,故障位及其行/列。一种流行的诊断方法能帮助实现这个目的,这个方法... 嵌入式存储器测试一般是通过存储器BIST(Built-in Self Test,内建自测)进行的。生产过程中,人们不仅要知道存储器是合格的或是不合格的,而且要知道哪一个存储器不合格,故障位及其行/列。一种流行的诊断方法能帮助实现这个目的,这个方法称为出错-停止(SOE)。基于特性测定和调试包(CDP)的BIST SOE诊断已在EDA软件和ATE(自动测试设备)平台间提供了标准界面。诊断算法和诊断相关的设计信息能与ATE的主机软件互动,并相应地传送到ATE硬件。这个方法已经缓解了运行的诊断对ATE专门平台的依赖性。案例研究显示,这一流程有助于用户界面的开发和现有诊断方法性能的提高。 展开更多
