X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission el...Nanocrystalline nickel zinc ferrite powders (Ni=Zn1-xFe2O4, A for x=0, B for x=0.2, C for x=0.5, D for x= 0.8 and E for x= 1) were synthesized by polyacrylamide gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and wave-guide were used to characterize the composition. The XRD results show that the dried gel powders are amorphous, and the characteristic peaks of the spinel Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 appear after the gel is calcined at 400℃ for 1 h. When the calcining temperatures are 600 and 800℃, the average grain sizes are identified by TEM to be 10 and 30 nm, respectively. The NixZn1-xFe2O4 powders have both dielectric loss and magnetic loss in the frequency range of 8.2-11.0GHz. With the increase of Ni^2+ ions content, the dielectric parameters (ε′) and permeability (u′) of the NixZn1-xFe2O4 powders decrease while the dielectric loss (ε″), magnetic loss (u″) and the reflection loss increase.展开更多

The electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of the ferrite were investigated. The results indicated that calcining temperature of the ferrite had a significant influence on the effective properties of the ferrite. When the calcining temperature was 500, 600 and 700℃, the average size of particles was 10, 30 and 80 nm, respectively. The dielectric loss (ε″) and magnetic loss (μ″) of the ferrite was around 0.65 and 0.29 at 8.2 GHz, respectively. Microwave absorption properties of the ferrites were simultaneously influenced due to the strong correlation between reflection loss and electromagnetic parameters of the ferrite.展开更多
San Wei Tan Xiang(SWTX)capsule has been proved to have significant curative effect on depression in clinic and have less side effects in the treatment.Based on network pharmacology,the mechanism of depression treatmen...San Wei Tan Xiang(SWTX)capsule has been proved to have significant curative effect on depression in clinic and have less side effects in the treatment.Based on network pharmacology,the mechanism of depression treatment by SWTX capsule was studied.The related targets of depression were collected in the GeneCards database.The active ingredients and potential target genes of SWTX were screened out in the TCMSP database,and the chemical formulas of the active ingredients were confirmed in the PubChem database.As a result,Oleic,quercetin,and beta-sitosterol were screened to be the main ingredients correlated with depression.And NCOA2,GABRA1,and RXRA were analyzed to be the main targets of SWTX on depression.Moreover,the results of molecular docking showed that Oleic and quercetin successfully docked with RXRA.Taken together,using the method of network pharmacology,the main active ingredients of SWTX,and its target points and related pathways on depression are initially revealed,which provides a new idea for depression treatment.展开更多
Hehui capsule(Hhc)has been used as an assistant treatment for hyperlipidemia.According to the previous studies,miltiorrhiza and Chavica roxburghii may reduce the serum lipid level.This study aims at examining the effi...Hehui capsule(Hhc)has been used as an assistant treatment for hyperlipidemia.According to the previous studies,miltiorrhiza and Chavica roxburghii may reduce the serum lipid level.This study aims at examining the efficiency of Hehui capsule with regards to treating hyperlipidemia in a randomized control,double-blind clinical trial.In the research,we assigned 104 eligible subjects to Hehui capsule group and placebo groups(52:52,respectively).Subjects used self-control and inter-group controls to compare serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL)and other changes before and after the test group and the test group and the control group.During the 45 days intervention,101 cases were actually included,among which 51 cases for test group,and other 50 cases for placebo group.The total effective rate of blood lipid reduction(90.20%)in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(26.00%)(P<0.01).Together,the result indicates that Hhc has a certain curative effect on dyslipidemia,with no obvious adverse reactions,which can be developed into a new drug for hyperlipidemia.展开更多
