目的:基于文献计量学和高影响力论文研究糖尿病视网膜病变人工智能研究的热点和趋势。方法:检索2012-01-01/2022-12-31在Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)发表的关于糖尿病视网膜病变人工智能研究的论文,使用CiteSpace软件分析年...目的:基于文献计量学和高影响力论文研究糖尿病视网膜病变人工智能研究的热点和趋势。方法:检索2012-01-01/2022-12-31在Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)发表的关于糖尿病视网膜病变人工智能研究的论文,使用CiteSpace软件分析年发文量、国家、机构、论文来源、研究领域、关键词等,并进一步分析高影响力论文。结果:纳入79个国家关于糖尿病视网膜病变人工智能研究的论文1009篇,其中2022年发文量272篇;中国和印度发文量分别为287、234篇。英国的中心性为0.31,美国的H指数为48,英国的3家机构(伦敦大学、莫菲尔德眼科医院、伦敦大学学院)和埃及的1家机构(埃及知识库)H指数均达到14。该研究领域涉及的主要学科为眼科学、计算机科学和人工智能,2021~2022年突现关键词是迁移学习、血管分割和卷积神经网络。结论:中国在这一领域发文量最大,美国被认为是该领域的领先国家,埃及知识库和伦敦大学为该领域的领先机构,IEEE Access为该领域最活跃的期刊。糖尿病视网膜病变人工智能研究领域的研究重点已经从人工智能用于疾病检测和分级以辅助诊断转向对其辅助诊断系统的研究,迁移学习、血管分割和卷积神经网络在该领域具有广泛的应用前景。展开更多
Profile control is utilized to redirect the injection water to low permeability region where a large amount of crude oil lies.Performed gel particles are the commonly used agent for redistributing water by blocking th...Profile control is utilized to redirect the injection water to low permeability region where a large amount of crude oil lies.Performed gel particles are the commonly used agent for redistributing water by blocking the pores in high permeability region.But the capability of deep penetration of performed gel particles is poor.Here,we formulate nanoparticle stabilized emulsion(NSE).The stability and the effect of NSE on the fluid redirection in a three-dimensional porous medium were investigated.By usingμ-PIV(particle image velocimetry),it was found that the velocity gradient of continuous fluid close to the nanoparticle stabilized droplets is much higher than that close to surfactant stabilized droplets.NSE behaves as solid particle in preferential seepage channels,which will decrease effectively the permeability,thereby redirecting the subsequent injection water.Furthermore,NSE shows high stability compared with emulsion stabilized by surfactant in static and dynamic tests.In addition,water flooding tests also confirm that the NSE can significantly reduce the permeability of porous media and redirect the fluid flow.Our results demonstrate NSE owns high potential to act as profile control agent in deep formation.展开更多
Objective This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the surface area ratio of medial tibial plateau(MTP)to lateral tibial plateau(LTP)and the mechanical tibiofemoral angle(mTFA).Methods Lower limb comput...Objective This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the surface area ratio of medial tibial plateau(MTP)to lateral tibial plateau(LTP)and the mechanical tibiofemoral angle(mTFA).Methods Lower limb computed tomography(CT)images were collected at our hospital.Then,the original CT data were analyzed and reconstructed using medical image processing software.The proximal and distal centres of the femur and tibia were marked.The surface areas of MTP and LTP were identified using image processing software.GraphPad Prism 8.0.2 was used to perform the statistical analysis.Results The surface area ratio of MTP to LTP was significantly correlated with the mTFA in all patients(P<0.0001),male group(P<0.0001),female group(P<0.0001),varus group(P<0.0001),and valgus group(P=0.002).Furthermore,the surface area of MTP and LTP was significantly greater in the male group than in the female group(P<0.0001).There was significant difference in the surface area of the MTP between the varus and valgus groups(P<0.0001).Significant difference was also observed in the surface area ratio of MTP to LTP between the varus and valgus groups(P<0.0001).Conclusion The surface area ratio of MTP to LTP was correlated with the mTFA.Within a certain range,the smaller the mTFA,the greater the surface area ratio of MTP to LTP.For patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty,of whom the surface area of the MTP was basically equal to that of the LTP,it is recommended that the osteotomy should be performed in accordance with mechanical alignment standards,and that a symmetrical tibial plateau prosthesis should be used.For patients whose surface area of MTP is significantly greater than that of the LTP,it is recommended that the osteotomy should be performed in accordance with kinematic alignment standards,and that an anatomical tibial plateau prosthesis should be used.展开更多
The geometric and electronic structures of several possible adsorption configurations of the pyrazine(C4H4N2)molecule covalently attached to Si(100)surface,which is of vital importance in fabricating functional nano-d...The geometric and electronic structures of several possible adsorption configurations of the pyrazine(C4H4N2)molecule covalently attached to Si(100)surface,which is of vital importance in fabricating functional nano-devices,have been investigated using X-ray spectroscopies.The Carbon K-shell(1s)X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure(NEXAFS)spectroscopy of predicted adsorbed structures have been simulated by density functional theory with cluster model calculations.Both XPS and NEXAFS spectra demonstrate the structural dependence on different adsorption configurations.In contrast to the XPS spectra,it is found that the NEXAFS spectra exhibiting conspicuous dependence on the structures of all the studied pyrazine/Si(100)systems can be well utilized for structural identification.In addition,according to the classification of carbon atoms,the spectral components of carbon atoms in different chemical environments have been investigated in the NEXAFS spectra as well.展开更多
BACKGROUND Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma(UPS)is a type of soft tissue sarcoma,the histologic origin and differentiation direction of which are still unclear.There are few treatment options for UPS other than su...BACKGROUND Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma(UPS)is a type of soft tissue sarcoma,the histologic origin and differentiation direction of which are still unclear.There are few treatment options for UPS other than surgery.Herein we describe a patient who had multiple recurrences of UPS postoperatively,but R0 resection was achieved by local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy,thus providing a new treatment approach for similar situations.CASE SUMMARY A 65-year-old man sought evaluation from a physician for a mass on his right back.After surgery,the pathologic diagnosis was fibrosarcoma.During the follow-up evaluations until 2021,the patient had four relapses of varying degrees.Postoperative pathology confirmed the recurrence of UPS on the right back.In March 2021,he underwent local hyperthermia combined with two cycles of chemotherapy for recurring lesions.After magnetic resonance imaging reexamination and preoperative examination,the patient chose surgery again.During the operation,the tumors were easy to excise,the amount of bleeding decreased significantly,and the pathologic evaluation confirmed that one of the specimens was an R0 excision.CONCLUSION Local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy enables R0 resection to be achieved in patients with advanced UPS recurrence.展开更多
Objective:To review the recent developments in the mechanisms of epithelium sodium channels (ENaCs) induced bone formation and regulation.Data Sources:Studies written in English or Chinese were searched using Medl...Objective:To review the recent developments in the mechanisms of epithelium sodium channels (ENaCs) induced bone formation and regulation.Data Sources:Studies written in English or Chinese were searched using Medline,PubMed and the index of Chinese-language literature with time restriction from 2005 to 2014.Keywords included ENaC,bone,bone formation,osteonecrosis,estrogen,and osteoporosis.Data from published articles about the structure of ENaC,mechanism of ENaC in bone formation in recent domestic and foreign literature were selected.Study Selection:Abstract and full text of all studies were required to obtain.Studies those were not accessible and those did not focus on the keywords were excluded.Results:ENaCs are tripolymer ion channels which are assembled from homologous α,β,and γ subunits.Crystal structure of ENaCs suggests that ENaC has a central ion-channel located in the central symmetry axis of the three subunits.ENaCs are protease sensitive channels whose iron-channel activity is regulated by the proteolytic reaction.Channel opening probability of ENaCs is regulated by proteinases,mechanical force,and shear stress.Several molecules are involved in regulation of ENaCs in bone formation,including nitride oxide synthases,voltage-sensitive calcium channels,and cyclooxygenase-2.Conclusion:The pathway of ENaC involved in shear stress has an effect on stimulating osteoblasts even bone formation by estrogen interference.展开更多
