海河流域是华北平原最主要的水源供给流域,主要产流集中在上游土石山区。近50 a来该区域的径流量呈现持续减少趋势,导致区域水资源危机。选取海河流域山区57个有长时间序列水文和气象数据的子流域作为研究对象,基于区域水文、气象数据,... 海河流域是华北平原最主要的水源供给流域,主要产流集中在上游土石山区。近50 a来该区域的径流量呈现持续减少趋势,导致区域水资源危机。选取海河流域山区57个有长时间序列水文和气象数据的子流域作为研究对象,基于区域水文、气象数据,利用M-K检验分析了径流随时间序列的变化趋势,通过敏感性分析分离了气候变化和人类活动对区域内不同尺度流域径流的贡献率。结果显示,面积较大的流域径流更容易受到降雨和潜在蒸散发改变的影响,在小尺度和大尺度流域上人类活动对径流变化的贡献率显著高于气候变化,在较为干燥的地区人类活动导致的径流变化较大。 展开更多

Monotropein Induced Apoptosis and Suppressed Cell Cycle Progression in Colorectal Cancer Cells

Objective: To determine whether monotropein has an anticancer effect and explore its potential mechanisms against colorectal cancer(CRC) through network pharmacology and molecular docking combined with experimental verification. Methods: Network pharmacology and molecular docking were used to predict potential targets of monotropein against CRC. Cell counting kit assay, plate monoclonal assay and microscopic observation were used to investigate the antiproliferative effects of monotropein on CRC cells HCT116, HT29 and LoVo. Flow cytometry and scratch assay were used to analyze apoptosis and cell cycle, as well as cell migration, respectively in HCT116, HT29, and LoVo cells. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of proteins related to apoptosis, cell cycle, and cell migration, and the expression of proteins key to the Akt pathway. Results: The Gene Ontology and Reactome enrichment analyses indicated that the anticancer potential of monotropein against CRC might be involved in multiple cancer-related signaling pathways. Among these pathways, RAC-beta serine/threonine-protein kinase(Akt1, Akt2), cyclin-dependent kinase 6(CDK6), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9), epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), cell division control protein 42 homolog(CDC42) were shown as the potential anticancer targets of monotropein against CRC. Molecular docking suggested that monotropein may interact with the 6 targets(Akt1, Akt2, CDK6, MMP9, EGFR, CDC42). Subsequently, cell activity of HCT116, HT29 and LoVo cell lines were significantly suppressed by monotropein(P<0.05). Furthermore, our research revealed that monotropein induced cell apoptosis by inhibiting Bcl-2 and increasing Bax, induced G_1–S cycle arrest in colorectal cancer by decreasing the expressions of CyclinD1, CDK4 and CDK6, inhibited cell migration by suppressing the expressions of CDC42 and MMP9(P<0.05), and might play an anticancer role through Akt signaling pathway. Conclusions: Monotropein exerts its antitumor effects primarily by arresting the cell cycle, causing cell apoptosis, and inhibiting cell migration. This indicates a high potential for developing novel medication for treating CRC. 展开更多

女性生殖道感染流行特征及相关因素调查 被引量:9

目的分析妇科就诊门诊女性生殖道感染的流行特征,并分析感染的影响因素。方法以2017年7月至2019年6月在郑州市某医院妇科门诊就诊的全部女性为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查及生殖道感染相关检查,采用单、多因素分析方法对生殖道感染影响... 目的分析妇科就诊门诊女性生殖道感染的流行特征,并分析感染的影响因素。方法以2017年7月至2019年6月在郑州市某医院妇科门诊就诊的全部女性为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查及生殖道感染相关检查,采用单、多因素分析方法对生殖道感染影响因素进行分析。结果本研究共对妇科门诊就诊女性700例进行调查,年龄最小19岁,最大65岁,平均年龄为(40.08±7.29)岁,婚姻状态以已婚为主(占63.29%),文化程度以高中/中专及以下为主(占59.86%),家庭人均月收入以>2 000元为主(占55.14%)。检出生殖道感染者283例,感染率为40.43%。检出致病菌357株,主要为细菌217株(占60.78%)、念珠菌64株(占17.93%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄50~65岁(OR=2.119)、孕次≥3次(OR=2.188)、有既往生殖道感染史(OR=3.277)、个人卫生知识掌握情况不佳(OR=2.878)、不良卫生习惯(OR=3.785)和丈夫/性侣存在生殖道感染(OR=3.629)均是妇科门诊就诊者发生生殖道感染的危险因素。结论郑州地区妇科门诊就诊者生殖道感染发病率较高,卫生习惯不良是该病的主要影响因素,建议加强女性生殖道感染相关知识的宣传教育,使其养成良好的卫生习惯,预防感染发生。 展开更多
