综合能源网络基于多能源技术的灵活性,可以为地区及更上级的能源系统提供服务。由于非线性因素和建模的复杂性,其运行不确定性在优化控制建模时常常被忽略。为此,提出了一个包含多能源可控装置的综合能源网络优化控制框架。并将改进型...综合能源网络基于多能源技术的灵活性,可以为地区及更上级的能源系统提供服务。由于非线性因素和建模的复杂性,其运行不确定性在优化控制建模时常常被忽略。为此,提出了一个包含多能源可控装置的综合能源网络优化控制框架。并将改进型混合整数线性规划(mixed integer linear programming,MILP)和非线性网络方程的线性逼近用于该框架的二阶段迭代建模。在MILP优化阶段,基于电功率、热功率和天然气功率均衡等效模型,并引入不确定概率因子,将不确定运行进行集合约束,建立成本最小化的优化目标函数。在第二阶迭代计算阶段,使用非线性综合网络模型,引入微分参数的随机概率因子集合,为提高迭代逼近计算运行效率及可行性,将线性约束独立参数进行动态修正策略引入迭代过程中。最后,所提出的优化控制模型被应用到一个工业园区,实验结果表明,该优化模型算法可以最大化地节约运行能耗成本,确保计算效率的同时能够适应综合能源网络不确定性工况。展开更多
To study the epidemic status of Ectromelia virus ( ECTV), Mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) and Sendai virus (SV) in clean-grade experimental mice and rats in East China, 30 individuals of ICR and/or C57BL/6 mice and ...To study the epidemic status of Ectromelia virus ( ECTV), Mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) and Sendai virus (SV) in clean-grade experimental mice and rats in East China, 30 individuals of ICR and/or C57BL/6 mice and 15 individuals of SD or Wistar rats were purchased from four major experimental animal supply bases in East China. Blood samples were collected by eyeball picking method, and serum was separated. ECTV, MHV and SV serum antibodies in mice were de- teeted using imported commercial ELISA kits. Since rats were not easily infected by MHV and SV, only the ECTV serum antibody was detected in rats. Survey re- suits revealed that clean-grade experimental mice and rats derived from three out of four major experimental animal supply bases were negative in detection, but the positive rates of MHV and SV serum antibody in clean-grade ICR mice in one supply base were 56.7% and 100.0%, respectively, while the positive rate of MHV serum antibody in C57BL/6 mice was 100%. Research results showed that most of the commercial experimental mice and rats in major experimental animal supply bases in East China were qualified in detection of above three kinds of diseases, but MHV and SV still existed in individual base, with severe infection status. Thus, active measures must be strengthened to purify mice and rats. Meanwhile, monitoring of mouse and rat diseases must be developed seriously to guarantee the quality of experimental mice and rats, so as to avoid adveme impacts on breeding and use of experimental rats and miee.展开更多

As one of the active compounds derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine,Celastrol(CSL)had cytotoxicity for human leukemia cancer cells K562 and its multidrug-resistant cell line K562/A02.Here,we introduced cysteamine...As one of the active compounds derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine,Celastrol(CSL)had cytotoxicity for human leukemia cancer cells K562 and its multidrug-resistant cell line K562/A02.Here,we introduced cysteamine-modified CdTe QDs as the labeling and drug carrier into CSL research and found that the self-assembly and conjugation of anticancer molecular CSL with the Cys-CdTe QDs could significantly increase the drug’s cytotoxicity for K562 cells.More important,these CSL-Cys-CdTe nanocomposites could overcome the multidrug resistance of K562/A02 cells and efficiently inhibit the cancer cell proliferation by realizing the pH-sensitive responsive release of CSL to cancer cells.The enhanced cytotoxicity was caused by the increase of the G2/M phase arrest for K562/A02 cells as well as for K562 cells.Cys-CdTe QDs can readily bind on the cell plasma membranes and be internalized into cancer cells to trace and detect human leukemia cancer cells in real time.In addition,these Cys-CdTe QDs can facilitate the inhibition of the multidrug resistance of K562/A02 cells and readily induce apoptosis.As a good photosensitizer for the therapy,labeling,and tracing of cancer cells,the combination of CSL with Cys-CdTe QDs can optimize the use of and a new potential therapy method for CSL and yield new tools to explore the mechanisms of active compounds from Traditional Chinese Medicine.展开更多
